My husband and I bought a home last summer and after a week of being in the home, our air went out. In Georgia, that’s probably the worst thing that could happen to any individual (especially after moving into a newly purchased home). I happened to call Aire Serv of Smyrna, and it was really the best experience I could have asked for.

Dominic came out to assess the issue. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional and took the time to explain all the options available to me (along with their costs). He was able to get us back up and running in the same day (our issue wasn’t as big of a deal as we thought).

Let’s just say, I was so pleased with the company that I called them first when the heat went out during the unusually cold snap we had in December. Again, great service.

My husband and I have older units (almost 15 years old) and we know we will have to replace them in the near future due to the move from R-22 and I will surely be calling Aire Serv of Smyrna and Dominic to complete the replacement!

I had an old heater and hence had to use Aire Serv of Smyrna a few times. Today they installed my new system and I couldn't be more pleased. Amazing communication, professional team, and overall excellent service!

I purchased a new AC system from them at a very reasonable price and were thankful for them at first. They are terrible at time management and customer service though. Nothing was done on-time, no one ever shows up on time, and when we have called for service they went out of their way to not tell us when we could expect a tech to show up. No call backs, no information on when, they just sent a random person a day later with no heads up. The last time we had a service call they had one warranty related item and one non-warranty related item that needed to be fixed. I was overcharged for the non-warranty related repair as the bill included a new replacement pump for $400 that the tech said confirmed wasn't required and wasn't replaced.

Great service, excellent pricing, and quality work. Would recommend this company to all of my clients.

I called Dominic about my A/C not blowing cold air and my house was warming up. He came over with in an hour. Got my unit back up and running immediately. I appreciated his professionalism and the price was so reasonable so much I signed up for the twice a year servicing of my AC and Heating unit. I 100% recommend Aire Serv for all your AC and heating needs.

Dominic is awesome!. I met him because my Nest thermostat had turned off, lost power and I could not figure out why. He sat on the phone and did some troubleshooting with me for over 20 minutes and got me to a solution. BEFORE I ever signed up for any service with them or paid a dime. After that, I was sold as a customer. He's been servicing my home for over a year now. Giving me realistic updates. Letting me know far in advance what could be problematic down the line. Highly recommend.

Dominic was amazing! Great customer service, very responsive and actually fixed my AC. This was such a relief after going back and forth with another AC company and paying quite a bit of money for them to “fix” the issue. Which ended up breaking again in two months. That is where Aire Serv came to the rescue. Dominic found what the actual issue was and fixed it quickly at a great price. If you are looking for someone to be honest and knowledgeable, this is the place for you.

Excellent service, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Our local franchise closed and left us in a lurch as this is my go to HVAC service company. Thankfully this location was willing to take the job and I'm so glad and thankful they did. Always professional and there when they say they will be. They charge what they say they will and nothing more. No hidden fees, no scam, no nonsense. Very happy with the service and hoping another closer one opens again. Recently used them, and will definitely be using again. I liked the fact that they are looking for the best interest of the customer ( didn't try to sell me something I didn't need) and very professional at the same time(gave tips to be more efficent). Excellant service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Drivers need to slow down! When they run over someone, a good attorney will save these reviews about their driving and use it as evidence. Someone needs to get a handle on these guys’ driving skills. We have a special needs kid on our road and this driver could caused a serious injury. Slow down!

Central Heating and Air are my go to guys for HVAC! They arrived EARLY, their HVAC Tech (Conrad, you RULE!) was extremely professional, asked many questions about my unit for a thorough diagnosis, and was always ready with an answer for my questions.

Best of all, they were honest about repairing a series of sensors my HVAC unit vs. getting a new one. Considering mine is over 30 years old, that was great news and a welcome relief to my household repair budget.

Had an air conditioner that didn't work and it was the hottest day of the year so far. Called Ken Johnson my Central Heating and Air Sales guy who sold us a new unit for another part of the house. He tested me back quickly with the best service contact number. I called and got a call back from the technician John in about an hour. Described the situation and he said he'd be there in an hour. Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed compressor control switch. He had one on this truck and efficiently solved the issue. John made sure all was working well and even called back the next day to check in. All this was on a Saturday. Good to work with great people.

I had some cooling issues with one of my units and Triple M came out to fix the problem ASAP!

They were knowledgeable and efficient, and this is by far the best HVAC service I have ever used.

Usually skeptical because most Hvac companies will screw you but Martin is always super honest. Triple M is always professional, courteous and above all honest. Definitely recommend.

Martin was rude and has no customer service. I was asking questions on what the issue was and he got upset with me, yelled at me and said "i don't work like this, I do the work and You don't ask questions". He told me I had to replace my entire unit and told me it would be $5500 to $6000. I asked him just tell me whats wrong and then he just said "forget this, I'm leaving" so he just up and left, didn't even take my service charge. Called another company and $500 dollars later, all fixed. I would give him 0 stars if possible. Don't let Triple M be your 2nd opinion. You will be ripped off.
