My air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working during this hot weather, which was causing very. high temps on the top two floors. I contacted Carter and Sons HVAC, and they responded very quickly.

Their technicians arrived quickly, were notably courteous, and demonstrated impressive professionalism. They efficiently diagnosed the issue with one of my exterior units and had my air conditioning fully operational again in a short amount of time. I truly appreciate their swift and knowledgeable service.

This morning Ryan came to fix our AC after it stopped working yesterday. Not only was Ryan extremely professional, he was also super knowledgeable. All of our issues were addressed in a good timely manner. Also I can’t thank Katie enough for being so accommodating and kind when helping us yesterday and fitting us into their schedule so last minute. I’m glad I chose this company to take care of my studios AC.

What an outstanding company. They were quick to respond to my A/C being out yesterday. Diagnosed the problem that the blower motor was burnt up. Researched and found that my unit was still under warranty and came and fixed the issue the next morning and was done in an hour. Very friendly and very professional. He had An assistant with him today to help with the install and she was very professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend these folks for your A/C and heater problems.

Had a great experience with my heating and air annual service visit. The techs, Ryan and his co-tech, showed up on time, were super friendly, and explained everything they were doing in a way that made sense. They checked over the whole system, cleaned it up, and made sure it’s ready to go for the season.

What I really liked was how thorough they were —didn’t rush, answered all my questions, and left everything neat when they were done. Even replaced a couple lightbulbs in my crawl space for me. It’s nice having that peace of mind knowing the system’s in good shape.

This was my first time using Carter & Sons for my fall tuneups. Elijah was my technician and he was professional and polite. He answered all questions I had about my units and completed the job in a timely manner. I look forward to using the company in the spring!

Ryan was my HVAC tech today and did an excellent job. He bagged his shoes prior to entering the house, took time to inspect the full unit, and gave tips and tricks to better care for my unit. I will likely be signing up for the biannual maintenance package and will definitely use this company in the future. Thanks for the help!

Elijah and Mac were amazing. The professionalism, communication, knowledge and general vibe was awesome while these technicians were repairing our unit in a very confined space. There was no mess left behind and they made sure to cover their feet on this rainy day while coming in and out of our unit. Great folks and an asset to this company.

Excellent service, extremely professional from answering my call till the job was done. Very reasonable prices that beats any other estimates that I got from three other companies. They installed a new AC and two furnaces. They showed up 15 minutes before time, worked non stop and cleaned any debris around the working sight. The owner John bought and installed a new grid in the hallway and didn’t charge me . Thank you Carter and sons an outstanding job.

I’ve never used this company, and never will after they drove recklessly, speeding around several cars on a winding 2 lane road (with double solid lines) in Smyrna, GA. They drove into oncoming traffic multiple times, and almost caused a head on collision. If they have zero regard for their own life and personal property, I doubt they’ll have any for yours either. I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting anyone this reckless into my own home, let alone paying them with my hard earned money. Wouldn’t recommend, won’t recommend, and will stay as far away from them on the roads as possible.

I could not recommend Ezee HVAC enough, Todrick is a consummate professional. He is very thorough and gave good honest pricing. He serviced our 10 year old unit and instead of up charging me and trying to sell me on a new unit, it was cheaper and more practical for me to just have him fix it. He could of tried to upsell me but as a testimony to is character he didn't. If you want good honest work in Marietta/Smyrna call Ezee HVAC

Super pleased with Todrick's work and responsiveness. He came out to my house quickly and looked at my system. I previously had another HVAC company tell me I was several pounds low on refrigerant and had a leak in my system in hopes of getting me to install an entire new unit. I had Todrick come by for a 2nd opinion and, come to find out, the unit was not low on refrigerant and was working as it was supposed to. Thank you Todrick for your honesty & integrity!
