Horrible service, they come to my apartment community on a regular basis. No regard for the community. Their service men don’t know how to even use a weed eater properly. They cut rocks that will hit your property. You might want to park your car elsewhere when they come. Even a manager John told me he hit his window while he was working.. I guess it’s normal to them.

Lawn mower put scratches in my car spitting out branches of trees and mulch and I was told that it couldnt happen. I also sent multiple pictures as evidence and kept getting brushed off until I had to reach out only to be told they arent responsible. TERRIBLE BUSINESS...I wouldnt do business with such crooked people.

This company always does such a fantastic job at all of our properties. From monthly landscaping to erosion projects and any other landscaping project we have. We always know things will be done right when we contract this company.

Jeremy (who I guess is a manager, not sure how) continued to make excuses for his company. This company lacks the scheduling skills that are necessary both for customers and vendors that do business in the landscaping industry. A company that cant at least own up to their mistakes and hustle to fix issues and retain customers does not deserve any new ones, right?

Had a large temporary retention pond that needed to be filled in for an HOA. They were not only the best price but they fit us in quickly and got the job done in a fraction of the time we desired. It was a great experience.

I heard this company outside cutting concrete in my townhouse neighborhood about 7am. When I walked out an hour later they were using a concrete saw to cut my driveway a few feet from my truck. Of course I was pretty upset to see this-I called a supervisor(He gave me two names- Scott and Jeremy) who was argumentative and not willing to take responsibility(did offer a $20 gift card but reneged on that offer when I explained that wouldn't even clean my vehicle). I had to have the engine compartment professionally cleaned and concrete debris left scratches on my finish. Left multiple messages for the owner of the company who never returned a call. Avoid this one!!

I just would like to give a shout out to Veronica! She is always so sweet and does an amazing job with our landscaping at our community! Great job Veronica. Keep shining!

How is it that Upland Townhomes has contract with this company? The branch pictured fell from the tree two weeks ago. I was laying in the street they cut it up and removed it from the road but left it laying in the yard directly in front of the leasing office. Horrible customer service. There is no way a fallen beach should be laying in the yard for two weeks with out proper action taken to remove it. 7/26/21

Update: DOESNT DESERVE ONE STAR! Let me tell you, at this point determined they’re JUST LAZY. They service my complex and only do a good job around office and maybe first two buildings. Property advertised 19 rolling acres of beautifully landscaped greenery. WHERE? It’s NOW Jurassic Park. Let’s not even get started on the bugs this attracts. They still cut with the blade too high, or old, they don’t properly weed eat, trim or edge. Then the guy with the blower literally just walks around leaving what they did cut at your front/back door and on the sidewalks if he does that much.… buyer BEWARE!!! No order, blower will come before mower, then trimmer, ugh common sense. Also NO POINT IN TRYING TO TALK TO ASSOCIATES THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH TO AVOID DOING THEIR JOB. Made two formal complaints with the property, & company, our rent has gone up twice DUE TO SERVICES LIKE THESE. Also IF they do show up, trust they have no care or concerns for any of the vehicles on the property and will leave them filthy because the idiots don’t comprehend blow/cut inward . Which costs you the customer more money. Funny I learned that at the age of twelve. SO JUST DONT! IT’S A WASTE OF MONEY USING THIS COMPANY, THEIR PICS & REVIEWS ARE LIES.

They did a wonderful job. Came earlier than expected. Called before they came. I would have order more but the bobcat cost was too much. I'll do a little at a time myself.

From beginning to conclusion, staff was tremendous. Provided excellent customer service and offered professional recommendations rather than just what I asked for. They provided exactly what I needed, when promised!

Everyone from the last who helped us at the front desk to the forklift drivers who delivered our purchase were incredibly helpful!

I will be using them again whenever we may need to!

G's Hauling was great. Good prices, good product and clear communication from scheduling. Driver was prompt, courteous and a surgeon with a dump truck backing up through a gate with 2 inches to spare and making it look simple. Will definitely use again!

They are complete crooks. I ordered premium topsoil, they brought mulch. I informed the delivery person as soon as he dropped it that it was not topsoil. He told me that he needed to go back and see how it would be handled with the front office. I also called the front office that day to inform them I did not receive premium topsoil. They told me that the manager was not available they would speak with her and get back with me. Needless to say I never heard back from them when I called back and finally got a manager it took her three days to call me back to tell me that they did indeed deliver topsoil. I offered to FaceTime, send videos, pictures all were denied. I said at least they could send someone out to verify that it is topsoil that request was also rejected. Bottom line they are crooks do not use this company.

William came out to drop dirt he was very professional and patient. Even when I call I just love their customer service. Book the dirt guy you won’t be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stairs I would. He charged my brother and I $1200 more than what was owed. He charged us for 7 extra loads I asked for a invoice and the trucks GPS with no response. I showed him my home security camera that showed the exact amount of loads but he is now ghost leaving me to dispute on my credit card. The excavator even confirmed the amount of loads he put on the trucks. This guy is a crook, stay far away.
