I had my Heating & A/C system with Home Depot in Collaboration with CoolRay Company who actually did the service and it was a great professional experience. They called, texted and showed up with boot covers for your floors which I greatly appreciated. The service gentleman was on time he communicated very well and even changed out my filter for me since I had the news ones located where the furnace was.

I thought that was so helpful since i didn't mention anything to him and had it on my 3 month calendar to do.

I had a great experience with Coolray. My central heater wasn’t working and their technician quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly and fix it on the spot. I really appreciated the communication throughout the visit. He wore shoe covers respected my home and cleaned up before leaving. My heat is working perfectly now and I’m thankful for the professionalism the courtesy and fair pricing. I highly recommend Coolray for reliable service.

I've had mixed experiences with Cool Ray over the years. Sometimes they do a great job and other times not so much. Here are a couple of examples:

A couple of years ago my old unit failed and cool ray had me up and running again in about a day. That was great! Fast forward to 2025 and our AC failed. Turns out when the unit was installed in 2023, the installers failed to install a critical sensor. That failure may have damaged the unit but there's no telling if it did or not....yet.

Another example during one of our ever present storms last year, our blower motor was hit with an electrical surge and burned out. The Cool Ray team came and had me going again in short order. Again, great.

Just last week, I had ordered a tune up and everything checked out which was good news. However on one of the coldest days now, the heat from the furnace will not kick on. How is it possible when they just checked it out 2 days before?

I just don't know if I can trust anything that they do as much as I want to.

Always good, reliable service techs at Cool Ray! I've been with them for 20+ years now, and they are the best. Tony was just doing routine maintenance today, but he pointed out a couple of things that could be probs in the future.

The technician was very polite, clean with his work and informative, but he did not replace my dirty air filter with a correct size clean filter. The correct filter size for my system is 20x20x1. Please make sure technicians have the correct size filters for the customers systems. Now I have to go to Home Depot and purchase the correct size. I hope everything else was done properly. 🤷🏽‍♀️ When paying, I signed up for the maintenance plan. Please make sure techs have correct filter sizes.

I had an outstanding experience with Coolray from start to finish. I was looking for an HVAC company I could build a long‑term relationship with for ongoing maintenance, and a family member referred me to them.

Scheduling was quick and easy, and they kept me updated on the technician’s arrival the entire time. Even when they needed to reschedule, the technician reached out to me personally, and they even sent a photo of my tech beforehand — a level of communication you don’t see often.

The technician was thorough, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of the work. He took time to answer all of my questions.

I did not think that my condo was salvageable. I was about to take a rock bottom offer and run, but Cool Ray came in and completely transformed the attic in a matter of two days. She made sure to go through all available times to fit my schedule. I was notified when the technician was on his way so I could plan accordingly. The technician explained the process and confirmed the expectations that the representative had shared so there were no surprises. The installation was fast and efficient and the technician explained any follow-up maintenance I would need to perform to ensure top performance of my Water Filtration system. He even checked the water pressure and provided me with the correct psi needed for best performance of my system.
