Johnathan at coolray was great. I had a window of 12 - 6 and Johnathan called to see if he could cine before noon. I'm So glad I didn't have to spend half my day at home waiting. He came got the problem solved immediately. Very knowledgable nice young man.

Woke up to no heat this morning. Called Coolray and they had a technician out same day. The technician was Jaime and he was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what the problem was and some things to watch but was not pushy at all. Very pleased and highly recommend them!!!

I've used Coolray for HVAC installation and twice yearly system checkups for two units and would definitely recommend them. There prices were competitive, they call to schedule visits so I don't have to remember, they accommodate my schedule and they are punctual, professional, and friendly. They advice on needed maintenance such as vent cleaning (even if they don't offer those services) and are never pushy.

Jason was great. He was very good trying to get some heat. He would let me know what he was doing. Unfortunately our old heat/cooling. Getting new (if not too expensive). Monday I will meet with one of sales guy Monday about a package.

The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable; he had been to my home previously, and it's comforting to see the same employee from a company. The heating system "tune-up" is part of my maintenance plan, and as the technician found found no issues, there was no additional cost. The service was provided in a reasonable amount of time, and the appointment began in the early part of my appointment window, so there was no waiting around.

He pointed out areas of concern that I needed to keep an eye on, and made suggestions on additional services that could be performed inthe future to maintain the system.
