I have to give props to the guys at Rapid HVAC. I had previously scheduled service with another firm, but the sales guy never actually booked it so we waited about 10 days in 90 heat and day of service they don't show. So I contacted Rapid HVAC and explained the situation and they were so great. Cory got us booked the next morning and he ended up saving us $ as well with a lower quote so I highly recommend them. We will use them for all service going forward.

Corey did an excellent job installing our dual zone mini-split system! We have very high dangerous roofs and Corey had to risk life and limb to get the job done... The AC's are running great and we'd definitely hire him again!

The technician Son from Rapid HVAC was very thorough and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it in less than 2 hours from arrival time. He was friendly and professional and assured me the issues was fixed. Quick response all around.

A follow up was needed a few days later when a leak occurred and Cory came out and addressed the issue. So far the system is working fine with no leaks. Cory was very thorough, answered my questions and addressed my concerns and did a variety of troubleshooting tasks in an attempt to determine the source of the problem. Great customer service

During a recent snowstorm, our heating unit went out, and the emergency heat wasn’t working. I initially called another company, but the technician who came said there was nothing they could do and left. I had the pleasure of working with Corey. He was very personable but at the same time he was also the consummate professional. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part I needed for the repair. The part took a few days to arrive and once it did he promptly installed it. He also walked me through the process of registering the part with the manufacturer so that I could take advantage of the full warranty. I have not had any issue since the repair. Everything is working great. I highly recommend him and this company!

Do your due diligence and compare, BUT you won’t find better service than Rapid Heating and Air. I was without ac for sometime. Corey worked with me to get me scheduled quick. On the day of install the team showed up on time. His prices are fair. Corey answered any questions I had after the installation. It’s been a couple of days since install and I’m a happy client. 9/24 update…requested Rapid for my 1 year service. I received a prompt reply with a link to schedule my service. I was able to get an appointment on the day and time that worked with my schedule. He changed my thermostat and turned up my blower speed. I didn’t even know that was possible for my unit. My heat is set on 78 now, my wife is happy!

We called them last night for our airbnb cause the thermostat won’t turn on. Cory took less than 30 mins to get to us, his magic touch quickly diagnosed the issue. He told us what the issue was, resolved it, and everything was back to normal. I was a concerned and anxious so he went back the next day to check for me! And everything was amazing! Rapid HVAC was referred to me by another resident in our community. Corey, owner of Rapid HVAC, promptly came the same day. Initially suggested filling Freon. It didn’t resolve issue. The guy came again and found a leak in the coil. He suggested replacing the coil would fix the problem. He ordered the part and came back with Sun, one of his employees to fix the problem. Both of them replaced coil, tested the AC and left. He had to refill the Freon again when coil was replaced. He did not charge for Freon the second time. Corey called to check how AC is working a couple of days later. They were very professional throughout. Another good thing is their availability. Both the times they came after 8PM to fix the problem as I am only available in the evening those two days. I would highly recommend Rapid HVAC if you are looking for a reliable AC repair company.

Corey was excellent! We had another company come out and say that we had a bad compressor, which was strange since the unit was only 5 years old. So Corey came out to give me a second opinion. Well, it was a good thing we reached out to him. Turns out it was the control board. The cost of a control board vs changing out a whole compressor is a big difference, especially for a senior on a fixed income. Corey was honest and educated me throughout the whole process. He also went ahead and changed the filter since it was overdue. I highly recommend Corey if you want an honest diagnosis and repair.
