CoolRay did an amazing job helping us when our current heater failed. They came out the very next day, identified the issue and even worked to get it at the best price they could find. They communicated extremely well about what time they would come and even texted us a tracker so we could follow their drive to us in real time. This was the first time we used CoolRay but we are sold moving forward!

My husband and I were very impressed with the HVAC and furnace 5 man installation crew. They communicated their arrival time and were ready to get to work immediately upon arrival. They were very professional and respectful of our home during the entire duration of the installation. When they left they cleaned up every area they worked on and took away the old equipment, boxes etc. Unfortunately, I dont recall their names but I'm sure they are noted in your records. They are a credit to your company and should be acknowledged accordingly.

CoolRay is an excellent company! I’ve been using them annually to inspect and tune up my HVAC system, both heat and A/C. They’re easy to schedule, on time and communication is professional. The service is top notch.

The technician was exceptional, very knowledgeable, took the time to explain in details what he was going to do and possible steps to follow. I had an excellent experience with Waylon Coley. After spending five days without heat and having multiple technicians unable to identify the issue, Waylon quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.

He went above and beyond by thoroughly checking components that had previously been overlooked, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. His technical knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are outstanding.

Two years after replacing entire system and major component failed. The component was under warranty but they charged me almost 2,000 dollars for labor that took a little over an hour to do. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

My heat went out on Sunday night. I called Coolray on Monday morning. They sent out a technician the same day. Waylan was the technician and he was great! He explained everything to me in detail. Great experience. Coolray sent out both a tech and an engineer so that they could thoroughly evaluate both repair and replacement options. They presented the alternatives to us very concisely. We opted in this case to replace the system due to age and the likelihood of a future failure. I highly recommend Coolray and specifically Jaime Lazo. I had some concerns regarding the performance of my HVAC units - especially during these winter months. CoolRay was able to schedule me in a just a day or two and I had the pleasure of having Jaime serve as my technician. He is personable, professional and best of all skilled. He expertly assessed my units and provided recommendations on each. Most importantly, when I requesed a return visit to address a lingering concern they came out SAME DAY. Tony did a great job fixing our heating system! He's very professional, easy to talk to, and explained everything well. I have full confidence he completed a thorough repair and if anything goes wrong, he'll come back to fix it for free (if within 30 days) but assured me we have a warranty on the new parts. I'd recommend Coolray!

I paid over $8400 for a new system. The line from the attic had to be run to the outside of my home. Now the casing that covers the lines are coming loose. Coolray wants to charge $1600 to replace it. They didn't even offer to repair it. This is ridiculous and a rip off. Do better Coolray.

Dalton Lyons with CoolRay Water came to performance the work covered by the annual maintenance plan for our water filter system. He did a great job and was very friendly. He also tested the water pressure in our house and let us know that it was too high. He recommended that we call a plumber because the PRV valve probably needed to be replaced. We call Mr. Plumber to get that done and now everything is good. Thanks for the great service Dalton!!
