There is no one better! I'm almost 100% certain of that. For a week we called all the big names and none of them would answer the phone, return our message or even show up after scheduling. We were without water for a week because of a service line leak in our front yard. Alliance Plumbing and Drain steps in to save the day (the month, the year)!!!

From the very first call with Dimitri, he made us feel like we were his only customer and that our job was his top priority. He was able to get Alex and Daniel out to our property with half a day's notice and the hole that would have taken me a day to dig was done in 10-15 minutes. These guys were in BEAST Mode and had spotted the leak, which happened to be a pinhole leak in some sub-quality line installed by the original builder.

These guys weren't even on our property for 2 hours and had dug a 2-3' deep hole at the front of our house in the shrub bed and you couldn't even tell they were ever there. They were so professional and consulted with us on a prior line patch and fix that I was going to try to do myself. I'm so glad I called these guys.

I couldn't be more happy about the fix, the service, professionalism and commitment that they showed from start to finish. I was even extremely astonished with the price of the job. I was having nightmares about that part and they came in at about 25% of the cost I thought it would be. Just Amazing!

My waterline, between my meter and my house, began leaking. I needed immediate help. Called Alliance Wednesday afternoon. They came out Thursday morning and found the problem. Unfortunately, my waterline broke under my driveway and required a new line from the meter to my house. By that afternoon, all utilities were marked and Alliance had a directional driller come to the house and install a casing pipe. On Friday morning, Alliance came and pulled a new pipe all the way from the meter into my basement. They finished the work, had my water back on Friday. When they left, you couldn’t tell that there was any work done. My front yard was perfect, my 16 year old bush was replanted.
I can’t overstate how happy I am that I called these guys. No question, these guys and the directional driller were outstanding. OUTSTANDING! PROFESSIONAL! QUALITY! Thank you Alliance!!!

We have used Dimitri and his team a few times in the past from shower cartridge to water expansion tank, and water regulator to main water line replacement. We found our water leak on the driveway on Tuesday. Dimitri and his team patiently tested the leak between my irrigation and the main water line on the same day, and eased my concerns at next day with another test. They came back on Friday, worked with a boring company, and reran my water line under driveway to the garage. We are so grateful to have their reliable service. Thanks to the Alliance team!

Boyfriend has used Alliance Plumbing several times, so when we ended up with a burst water pipe underneath the driveway, they were there asap. We decided to go ahead with having a new water heater as well~Swear to God boyfriend said it looked like a work of art! Always friendly, quick to come out and give us a quote, work was done in 1 day! (and it was a dumpster fire lol) Extremely professional in all that they do. Would absolutely recommend their services 100%

I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing repair needs. I searched for a plumber around this area and Alliance was mentioned by a lot of people in my neighborhood. Dmitriy and Nick showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue we had with our shower. Overall 10/10.

Dimitri and his nephew, Daniel were great. They came in on short notice, helped me remove a broken vacuum breaker, and even informed me on tips to prevent any future damage to my spigot. Very professional and easy process overall. Would definitely recommend their services especially if you live in the Suwanee area. They also have the family business in other trades as well. Had a slow filling toilet (for months). I called Alliance plumbing and Drain based on great reviews on the Next Door App. I called at 9:00 am… they were close by and got here in less than 30 minutes…fixed the toilet and left by 9:52 am. My toilet fills now in 20 seconds instead of 10 minutes. What a great experience. Really nice folks too! I highly recommend.

Alliance Plumbing is a top notch and first class company. From the first contact to the payment of my bill, the service I received was absolutely unmatched. Alliance was AMAZING. I woke up to no hot water, tried troubleshooting it myself, and ended up calling them. Within two hours, Michael and Phillip were at my home and had the issue resolved. The fix was simple, but they took the time to explain what happened and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also walked me through options for the future without any pressure. Honest, professional service, highly recommend.

I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and I though I could fix it myself but it was more than I could handle. They responded quickly and gave me the estimate up front. Once I got the new faucet he got me scheduled for the next morning. Alex and Daniel showed up when expected and were quick and professional. Would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Ok I never do reviews of companies but I had to for Alliance due to our recent experience. Best plumbing team EVER!! Thank you Mr Dmitriy and his entire Alliance crew. I came home after work and the garage floor was flooded. Next day I called him and was able to get me same day service. Amazing job how they ran the new line to the water heater and the lawn looked untouched after they finished. What a life saver. Thank you guys!!!

I called Rapid HVAC services around 8pm, due to my a/c not working. Within an hour Corey was at my house and diagnosed the issue and fixed our a/c with no problem. He came prepared with tools and material and got the job done with integrity. Our AC is fixed and we can sleep well tonight thanks to him.

Corey was very thorough when inspecting our AC unit that was struggling to stay cool. Cleaned coils, repaired a noisy part, found a duct that had come undone from a vent and even checked the ceiling fans to make sure they were all moving in the right direction!
