Junior was great! He was very thorough, did a good job and exceeded my expectations. He was completely honest about everything. Our carpet came out amazing. Absolutely amazing service. I do recommend his service.

Integrity is now my preferred cleaning and repair vendor for the multiple properties and business locations that I manage. I at least 4 times since July with future service scheduled. From tile cleaning, carpet cleaning, move out house cleaning and now moving to corporate and production cleaning. They show up when promised, get the work done quickly, and communicate well on status and set the right expectations.

Saved me $2500 on a paint job. It’s not needed anymore. Great service and I called him yesterday with the request. Less than 24 hours and they are finished.

“Integrity” cleaning sure is a fitting name. I asked for 3 rooms to be cleaned and was quoted for $42 dollars per room. Not only did they only clean two of the rooms, but they tried charging me for 6 rooms total. They never even reached out to me once to discuss changing their quote before the work was done. They cleaned my closet (something I didn’t ask to be cleaned and didn’t need cleaning in the first place) and tried arguing that it counted as a separate room.

The cleaning itself was mediocre at best, it’s clear they were using a Bissel and not an actual steam cleaner. Additionally, a pool of water was on my hardwood floor when I returned home.

If anyone else is reading this who had a similar experience, please know that you do not need to pay the ridiculous invoice they send. They’ll never win in small claims court if they didn’t discuss changing their quote before the work was done. Pathetic business and extremely rude on the phone.

We have used this service for our home on the recommendation of our daughter (a long time customer) for the past two years.
