I recently had the carpets cleaned by Integrity, and I am completely impressed. The service tech was on time , friendly, and knowledgeable! I had my carpets, rugs, and couches cleaned for a reasonable price and the difference shows! I highly recommend Integrity cleaning!

Junior is really nice guy. I just repainted my home and a lot Stains of paint on my carpet. He did it really carefully and very clean! At the end of work, he cleaned up everything. I will recommend him to everyone who needs.

Integrity cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning and restoring the exterior of my home. Having them pressure wash my front and back porch, driveway, brick mailbox, deck, and backyard patio literally took several years off of my home as it relates to curb appeal and overall all exterior appearance. My porch, driveway, patios, brick mailbox, and decks were so clean that they looked like they were freshly painted or that they were just constructed. Additionally, I was in the process of spring cleaning and was going to add some touch up paint to the deck and patio. After, Integrity Cleaning was done pressure washing, it was so clean that I returned the paint back to the store. Painting is very time consuming and expensive compared to a really good deep pressure washing. I highly recommend Integrity Cleaning and I have their number saved for future use. They do EXCELLENT WORK and I recommend them enthusiastically!

The tech arrived on time and was very helpful identifying ways to care for my carpet. The company honored the price given over the phone (no bait and switch). I was very pleased.

I initially contacted this company not through a referral but because I saw the sign on the side of the road. I was moving and needed the carpet to be cleaned so I made the call. I explained what I needed to get done.
Before I scheduled the visit I spoke with the owner Junior. I asked him if he was available to get the work done for when I needed it to be done. I specifically asked that question because I didn't want someone who would be rushing and not give me results. I had 3 rooms to be cleaned. I also told him that the carpet was in a really bad condition. Myself nor he knew the origin of the stain in the carpet so when the question was asked about whether or not the stain could be removed, there was no definite answer which was fair. Arrangements were made for the carpet to be cleaned. 2 rooms were cleaned and were acceptable. The main room with the stain was cleaned twice on 2 different occasion. I contacted the boss who came to look at the carpet with the stain. Based on the conversation we had after he came to look at the carpet, he said the proper stain remover was not used. Still don't know the cause of the stain. He suggested a few remedies and said he would be in touch to use the proper stain remover or try some other alternatives and see what works. He even jokingly said he may have to try good old Awesome. I've been calling him and leaving messages and texts. I spoke with someone at the office who said he would be in touch. It's more than a month ago since I got the service done. I paid extra for the stain removal because it was separate from the cost to clean the carpet. No phone call or nothing in that regard have I gotten, especially since I paid for a service which I didn't receive in it's entirety. As of 03/16/24 I still have not heard from Integrity Cleaning Services about finishing the job that was paid for but service not completed. Where is the Integrity?
One star for the 2 rooms that were cleaned.

Integrity Cleaning Services need to show some integrity and finish the job. The carpet still has the stain. I don't think it's fair to me to find and pay someone else to do it when I've already paid for the service.

Don't get me wrong. We had a very good conversation and he seemed like a really good person. ( The boss). However I still need the carpet to be cleaned. I need closure.

Very reliable, all employees are very respectable and friendly. It doesn't matter which one does your carpet cleaning little or big job, the job is done correct. The owner Mr lawerance is great and understanding to your needs. I have been using them for at least the last three years on my commercial properties and my residential properties and I have never had an issue. Great job integrity cleaning I recommend you use them you won't be sorry.

Integrity Cleaning did an amazing job pressure washing my house. Very Polite, Professional and Extremely reasonable. They also do carpet cleaning. 3 rooms for 99.00 Not bad all. I promise you will not be disappointed.

After 20 years my house still sparkles after this treatment. The fascia boards, soffits, and window trim are so white. The driveway concrete is so white you can see the embedded rocks. Good price!
