Chris and his associate were excellent! I called and they were here expeditiously! They were extremely professional and brought a good sense of humor to the situation of a busted water pipe and flooded house. I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are awesome. We had a toilet installed a few months ago and the two guys that came out were quick. Before I realized it they were cleaning up and taking out the old toilet. I will be using Action Plumbing again.

Anthony came out the same day I called in. He found the leak between the house and the meter and quickly dug a hole and repaired the pipe. Excellent service!

Monday morning we were told someone would be out to fix our busted pipe/leak. No one ever showed up, claims to have come out but no one was home but didn’t have the stuff to do the repair so would have to come back the next day—after not being able to use water all day we did eventually have to vacate our house (water and plumbing is essential, so duh). So Tuesday morning we were told someone would come back to fix the issue and it’s now after 9p and no one has come by. I called and someone answered and hung up on me, then I called back and the lady said someone named Tripp would call me shortly about if/when he’d be coming by.. I never received the call after 3 hours I call back frustrated asking to speak to someone that might be able to tell me if/when someone of coming out and the lady got ‘smart’ and said “this is the answering service, I can’t answer any questions or help you any further and can’t put you through to anyone else so you have a nice day” just trying to get me off the phone, rather than actually assisting the customer. I understand it might not be you that can help BUT someone in the company should be able to and she refused to direct me in anyway to who I could contact for further assistance! I work, I have children—I don’t have all day and night to just stay awake and wait around for someone to not show up! It’s very unprofessional that they can’t OR won’t communicate if/when they’ll be able to provide the services they claim to offer—24/7 service but can’t even answer questions.

Everyone working for this company is both professional and polite.
I have called on Action Plumbing many times and always been very pleased with the results. I would not consider engaging any other plumbing service.

I left a message five days ago with "answering service" of my full job details for a master bath remodel. I needed some advice on replacing an existing jacuzzi tub with a soaking tub and reworking the plumbing if necessary. I guess they are not interested in the job because I still have yet to get a response from anyone. If this is something they were unable to assist me with then I would have appreciated the decency of a return call. Now I'm set back another 1-2 weeks waiting for a plumber....this is not how you do business and unfortunately it has cost them a reliable customer who potentially would have used them for some AC work as well.

We noticed our water heater leaking on 12/01 and immediately had a plumber come out to look at our water heater from our usual plumber that fixed a toilet a few months prior. He happened to be already coming out on Tuesday for a shower leak and he advised us to replace it asap. My bf called his dad and connected us with Chip who came out on 12/04 to take a look at the water heater and checked everything to make sure the tankless won't have issues with installation. Luckily I used to work at Rinnai Corp. and it's the only tankless brand I trust. 2 gentleman came the very next day and installed our unit in under 4 hours. I was extremely impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, flexibility, and promptness to getting our family hot water again. We won't be using our original plumbers any more. Thank you so much for your knowledge and answering all our questions. I will recommend you to anyone in the area. WE LOVE OUR RINNAI TANKLESS!

I called to have someone checked out a water leak issue at our rental house. I had to contact them several times to see when they were going to show up but was never given a time. The plumber didnt contacted me to say if they were there and what was fixed. After calling my tenant to ask what happened he said the plumber was there for 10mins and when he asked him for the bill he was told to not worry about it. I was not told there would be a minimum charge and I do record every phone conversation so no price was mentioned. I get a called today a month later saying it's $245 to fix the flapper on the toilet on a $10 item. I could have replaced the whole toilet for that price.

When I comes to your plumbing, Action plumbing is the one you call. I have known this family run business for 35 yrs, from water heater changes, to new residential construction and commercial, they do a great job.

We called Action Plumbing to repair a leak on a 1" PVC pipe. The plumber had to replace a T joint and the process took less than 20 minutes. He then said he had to wait one hour to let the glue dry and then check for leaks, he sat in his truck for one hour. After an hour he checked it and it was fine. Materials used were less than $10. Days later we received a bill for $645.00 which was shocking. I was told the hourly rate was $195 when I disputed the amount which still didn't total $645.00. I was told "licensing and overhead" were included in my bill. I was grossly overcharged for this service and will never use them again.

Needed an emergency plumber today (Sunday) as water flowed outside my house and city and county determined it was a private pipe on my residence. Called them as they were one of the only ones who had emergency plumbing on a Sunday. Called about 8am and was told someone would call me and be out today. Here it is 830pm and no one ever called or came. Luckily I got another company to come. That’s horrible customer service. Even if they couldn’t make it, I was sitting here hours waiting until I decided to call another later.

We had a problem with a broken water pipe in our yard. This happened on Friday at 4:00. Called Action Plumbing and the technician arrived in less than an hour. Solved the problem in short time. I received this invoice yesterday and I have paid for it online.
But let me tell you something.

I called you on 12/23 because the water heater that you sold me was not working right, not enough hot water.
You looked it up and said the heater was still under warranty for parts.
You said that you would send a technician to take a look. You did not mention a charge. I assumed it was because you sold and installed it.
The technician came and said there was nothing wrong but the thermostat needed to be set higher.
He did not mention a charge or presented me with a bill.
Now more than 3 weeks later I receive this bill.

This is not OK and I will never use you again.
