Had a pipe to break in my kitchen Thursday night. Ben from Action Plumbing was dispatched and quickly made the repair. Great price, too!! Way less than I expected for an after hours service call.

This company is great. They installed the updates I needed to my plumbing for my new business, Animal Hospital of Tyrone. The workers that came out were hard working polite and professional. They did more than I expected and came in a little under the estimate, and they cleaned up behind themselves each. I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

We discovered water spouting up out of the ground late in the day. Action Plumbing caught a technician on his way home and he turned around and came to fix the broken fitting. Anthony was quick and efficient and we were quickly back in business. Thanks to Anthony and Action Plumbing!

I couldn’t say nicer things about Action Plumbing. This week we had a water leak AND a gas leak. At first we didn’t know the gas leak was there but while my husband was trying to turn the water off, he discovered it. I called action plumbing and they were already on there way before I knew about the gas leak. I mean, these guys were FAST. I was worried about the water damage to our house but the gas leak truly scared me. These men really made sure that we were taken care of and safe before they finished the job. They double and triple checked to make sure that there was only one leak and that it was fixed. They were all gentleman and seemed to sincerely care about our safety. I can’t emphasize enough how proactive they worked to make sure that all our issues were solved in a timely manner. I didn’t get all of there names but Chip and both of the men named Ben were awesome. Thank you all for making my home safe again.

We returned home from a vacation to find our basement flooded due to a faulty hot water heater. I called Action Plumbing on Saturday morning at 9 am and they were able to show up at 10 am and had the new hot water heater installed by 12. No hidden fees, they just expected the price quoted to me on the phone. I was totally impressed with the quality and speed of this repair. We will use them in the future for sure.

I have used Action Plumbing twice this year (2016). Both instances were great. First I had a bath tub faucet with very limited access replaced. Joey changed the faucet and corrected/improved the access issue. They were courteous, clean and efficient. Second instance was for a new water heater. Again they were prompt, courteous and efficient. Also, the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. You can feel confident about using these local folks! I would recommend them & use them again.

Could not be more pleased with Action Plumbing's professionalism and responsiveness to my plumbing request. They had a technician on site within 2 hours of my call and solved my toy-clogged toilet issue immediately. I'm now able to get on with the rest of my day accordingly.

This company claimed they went out to our property to service a leak. However, no such service was ever administered. Later, after confronting their office about this, they insisted that work was done to service the apparent leak. They proceeded to try and charge me $265 for the work done, and threaten legal action.They presented a picture of a notice I had received (and provided to them) from a different company as proof that they had serviced my property. However, the picture that I sent them of this notice I took, and was not from them. Not having the money, at the time, to confront them in court my wife and I found ourselves forced to pay them for doing literally NOTHING. Never. Use. Action. Plumbing. There are plenty of other more reputable plumbing companies out there. Don't waste your time nor money.

Best plumbing company!!! Great customer service!! Today...thought that the garbage disposal was not working, but Anthony quickly discovered that the pipes were not draining. Stinky black water in downstairs tub day before overnight guests! Who ya gonna call?! Action Plumbing! Anthony arrived two hours after our call (third company we called). He was knowledgeable, courteous, and successfully fixed our pain in the drain without any drama. Will call them again and ask for Anthony.

A little rough start last week, but Travis and Tyler just left after resetting a new commode. Excellent job that needed a little adjustment to the floor flange and great guys to have working in the house.

Same day service. the plumber who came to my house was Anthony. He was the quintessential professional, and had my issue fixed in no time. Needed some standard repairs in a timely fashion for a house closing. Anthony of Action Plumbing provided multiple services for us. Very friendly, professional, and multi-skilled. Would highly recommend their services and will use them again.

If there was a rating better than 5 Stars that would be my choice. Our technician, ANTHONY, was the employee that all employees should use as a model! He was competent, friendly, knowledgeable and an all around good guy. Highly recommend him personally and Action Plumbing as our “go to” company for future plumbing issues.

Action Plumbing is a life saver! We had recently bought our home and needed our old, broken cast iron plumbing replaced immediately. We had a very tight timeline and Action came in with an amazing crew and finished the whole job in one day! We were able to move in with fresh plumbing, that has been perfect ever since. We are so grateful for Action Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone!

I had a very deceptive and frustrating experience with Action Plumbing Company. I was quoted a $145 service call fee over the phone, with the clear understanding that it would be applied toward the cost of any needed repair. A technician came to my home, assessed the situation, and determined it was actually a septic issue—not something they handle. No repair was done, and no plumbing service was performed beyond the diagnostic. However, I was later billed $495.

I immediately contacted the company to dispute the charge and asked to speak with a manager or owner. I was told that no one was available and that the invoice would not be adjusted. I was only allowed to speak with front desk staff, who insisted on full payment and threatened to send the charge to collections.

I ultimately had to pay a licensed septic company the next business day to resolve the issue, and I have receipts showing that the problem was septic-related. Action Plumbing provided no repair, no follow-up, and no transparency about the inflated charge. They also refused to provide documentation explaining how they arrived at the $495 amount.

This is a predatory, bait-and-switch practice. I was quoted one price, received no service, and then was billed over three times what I agreed to. If you value honest communication, fair and transparent pricing, and ethical business practices, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

My builder used this company for an addition on our home. I was not happy the second I saw them using cpvc. I left them the tub and valve with trim kit and black tub drain/overflow kit. They put a chrome tub drain/overflow kit in. I also opened my vanity I showed them where I wanted the water lines and drains at. The still installed the too low and had to come out and cut brand new sheetrock out and left a huge mess to move it. The toilet supply line was at a 45° angle from the wall. When I tried to install the trim kit after the tile was installed the valve was sticking too far out of the wall. They came back and cut out brand new sheetrock and left a huge mess again. My spout is loose and another mess to clean up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I can't say enough great things about Luke and Mark at Action Plumbing. We noticed our water bill continuously climbing and thought we had a leak, so we called Action to see if they could help us out. They took their time, traced our entire plumbing system, and found several issues they were able to correct immediately, and ultimately located the leak. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and showed up early to their appointment time. I will continue using Action Plumbing for my residential and commercial properties.
