I went to downstairs and found that my waterheater was leaking enough to start pooling in my basement. I start a search and saw the info for Plumb Ready and placed the call. The response was within five minutes. I spoke with Bruce and he took the time to listen and and gave me what he thought was the best course of action. I sent him pictures so we had a good starting point. He coached me in the way to shut off the water supply to stop the leak. We made arrangements and he was on time the next morning to start the job. The job was complete in a few hours. He finished up with a briefing on the new tank and a question and answer period. Good Job !.

The best customer service ever! Bruce and Roland really took care of my family and our needs. Bruce has a heart for his customers and it shows in his open communication, showing up, and going above and beyond to get the job done (and helping with work not related to plumbing). I think we’ve started a lifelong connection. If you’re reading this review trying to decide if you should call them, trust me…make the call; I’m glad I did.

Roland has come out twice now; first time to install faucets and toilets; second time for a outside line leak. He came out in a timely manner, was very polite and professional and resolved our issues competently. Will definitely use Plumb Ready again!

6 hours.... from the time the leak was noticed to a brand new system installed!!! Amazing quick response on a SATURDAY! Courteous, professional, clean with reasonable prices. I will definitely use Plumb Ready again for all my plumbing needs!!!

Due to a cpvc major water pipe leak in my crawl space my water had to be cut off Sunday afternoon. Monday, 10/20/25 at 12am I booked an online appt for Bruce with Plumb Ready Plumbing to come out asap. Bruce immediately responded and showed up that same morning at 9am. Within 10 minutes he had a plan to repair the water leak and he had everything on his truck to fix the leak. Amazing! Within a few short hours the leak was repaired. He checked the water pressure which was 130. Due to the age of my home and condition of my existing cpvc pipes, Bruce recommended that I replace my 25 year old pressure reduction valve. He explained how that much pressure puts undue stress on the equipment and pipes. After installation of the pressure reduction valve my water pressure dropped from 130 to 40. He is a Master Plumber! He owns the business which is growing really fast! This does not surprise me! It’s makes sense due to his level of expertise, but even more important, his winning personality and attention to the customers needs. He was a joy to have in my home and I would highly recommend him for any of your current or upcoming plumbing projects! He’s always Plumb Ready!!!

Bruce was recommended to me by two people. He is extremely kind. Fair in price and takes his time to make sure it’s done right. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues. He fixed a bad leak for me, replaced a pipe and installed a new toilet. 10 out of 10 stars.

Today would be my 2nd time using Plumb Ready Plumbing. Bruce installed a new water heater last year and today he installed a Trash Incinerator in less than 45 mins. Always completing the job in a very professional manner. His installation jobs has been flawless. Great repairman and awesome company. Keep up the great work. . Bruce came out to my home to check on a pressure regulator leaking. After seeing it he explained all options for me and we had a plan. Took care of it immediately and professionally!
After that was done I also had him repair 2 other requests and he had no problem taking care of those also.
If you are looking for a plumber that is reliable and experienced give them a call!

Bruce is amazing. Willing to take a call at a super early time and be there the same day for our hot water heater that decided to burst a seam (only 6yo) even thinking ahead to bring down our cut off valve that i couldnt reach in the emergency (jeff lindsey build smh) then troubleshoot through a few things late at night. He was amazing and will definitely be calling for all our pluming needs!

Absolutely a blessing! I am very grateful for Mr. Bruce he truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. Even though it was a cold Saturday, Mr. Bruce remained positive and took the time to explain all the extra precautions we should take to prevent future damage from cold weather. Glory to God! 10/10 experience. They were able to come out within hours and help our family get back to normal 🙌 We have a disabled daughter who can only be bathed with a bathtub, and we are so grateful they were able to ensure that was possible again, while also offering the best price out of 3 different companies we called!
