Great service great guys. My issue luckily was easy and these guys were in and out. They got all fixed up.

Bruce was awesome. After my repeated attemps that failed, and on short notice, he was able to come out and fix my toilet stoppage. Bruce also discovered and fixed other issues at no additional cost. Very courteous and professional.

Plumb Ready is an excellent company! I couldn't recommend them any higher. Bruce did a great job replacing our cracked toilet flange. He responded quickly to our message and was able to come out and make the repairs within the week. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We will be using them for all our future plumbing needs. Trust me, you will not regret using them!

I can't believe how quickly Bruce was able to fix my issue. Long story short, water company called to say I had high increase in water usage & may have a possible leak. I called Plumb Ready Plumbing on Wednesday and Bruce was out on Thursday. Very detailed & explained things in a way that I could follow. Being a single female, its hard to trust just anyone, but Bruce was very understanding and patient with me and all my questions. I would highly recommend Plumb Ready Plumbing and Bruce to anyone in need.

I had my water heater replaced today and was extremely pleased with the professional service I received from Bruce Fortenberry and his assistant. I placed the call yesterday and got an appointment for arrival between 9:00am and 10:00am this morning. I got a text and email confirming my appointment as promised. The text message also had his picture on it which was very nice to see who you are talking to. I like the fact that he communicates with you by text and email concerning your appointment. Bruce was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. He was done within the time he said he would be. Excellent job! I am a happy customer. I highly recommend Plumb Ready Plumbing.

First, I called Ragsdale they couldn't fix the problem and wanted to overprice me for another option. Next, I called Bruce and he fixed the leaky streaming tub faucet. He came back again to make sure all was working and he did not over charge me. Plumb Ready is a fair, professional, knowledgeable company. Bruce is a keeper. If we should encounter another plumbing issue. We are calling “Plumb Ready”.

Bruce answered all my questions and responded quickly with multiple estimates. Bruce and Roland installed 2 water heaters, Brio water filter and Moen shut off valve. Projects were fairly priced and work was completed with excellent scheduling and installation. Online payment by credit card very easy. Will definitely use Plumb Ready for any future plumbing work. I was referred to Plumb Ready Plumbing by our septic guy. My septic pump died, and had been so overfilled that our septic caused a blockage from the main line into our house. I got in touch with the Plumb Ready team, and was told that Roland would be able to make it out to me same day. He arrived in less than 2 hours.

He told me the price range upfront, which was determined by the extent of the work needed. I really appreciated that. Additionally, I felt like he was someone I could trust, and he explained things to me in a very clear manner. He not only fixed the blockage, but also noted that our pipes were quite old and made out of cast-iron, and explained to me how cast iron can weaken over time. I appreciated the advice on replacing our pipes that are going to our septic.

I really appreciated the communication, the quickness to come out, and the overall service they provided here. I would highly recommend working with this team. Thank you Roland!

We had the pleasure of having your employee Roland at our home today to fix our leaking toilet. He arrived today at 11am when they stated that the arrival time would be between 11am and 2pm. He was polite and got right to work and figured out what the problem was and quoted us a reasonably good price and stated that he could fix it quickly.
