I called one day to have a sump pump repaired in our downstairs. They made the schedule for the next day. They were timely, two guys with a very good working knowledge of what to do. They were in and out in less than two hours, replacing the motor and float valve and re-plumbing and rapping wires as it should be. Great service, fair priced, good people.

Daniel came to my house today to fix my shower. He did an awesome job and the price was a couple hundred dollars less than another plumber quoted me! He also found a leak in the basement that was caused by work the other plumber did. I would definitely recommend Jones & Jones Plumbing.

I have a tankless hot water system, which on Thursday night at midnight ceased to work. So, I called Tommy this morning, and he walked me through the process of fixing it myself. He could have just as easliy come out and charged me the service call rate! The Ransom Family appreciates the integrity and honesty that Tommy Jones has shown us! I recently had three bathrooms remodeled and a wet bar installed. Tommy Jones was wonderful! He was always on time and in a great mood. He even figured out how to pipe my bar sink behind a drawer stack my cabinet maker didn't tell him about. He also did so many things outside of the remodeling for me - he fixed drips and weird noises. I truly felt as if he performed magic! I HIGHLY recommend Jones and Jones Plumbing.

Tommy and Daniel have completed several jobs for me, the most recent of which was today. They installed a new sink/cabinet for my Mother and a partial toilet re-build for my Rental Home. Tommy is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and the prices are fair. They are both extremely clean which I haven't always experienced with this trade. Highly recommend.

So my hot water heater sprang a major leak and flooded my downstairs apartment. It was a few days before I discovered it late last night..so I'm good and flooded. My real estate neighbor referred me to Jones & Jones, she even called them for me (good neighbor). Chris was my installer and was here to install a new one by lunch. Chris takes such pride in his work and man does it show. Not sure how you can say a new hot water installed is pretty but mine really is with shinny new copper piping. When Chris finished his job and explained every pipe,how to shut the gas off, how to shut the water off right their on a pipe... yeah. OK mine was 15 yrs old and I'm an older lady as you can tell. I really appreciated how he explained everything to me.

I've used other plumbers and wasn't satisfied with sloppy work. I asked a plumbing parts sales rep for a recommendation on a complicated shower replacement and without hesitation, he said "Call Tommy Jones." These guys have been around the block and nothing surprises them. Tommy diagnosed my problem and needs over the phone and had it completed in no time. He and his team are smart, respectful of you and your property, clean up immaculately behind themselves, arrive on time, finish when they expect to and don't overcharge. They are #1 in my book.

Tommy Jones was a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem where water was leaking from the ceiling on the first floor of my townhome unit but had to go into the very hot attic area to confirm and then fix the issue. I enjoyed visiting with him as the glue on the repair was drying and learning about his experience in the plumbing trade. Very personable guy. I will definitely be recommending him when ever possible. I hope to see him again if I have another plumbing issue, but no insult intended to Tommy but I hope that is not for a long time.

Tommy & his crew are very professional. They answer your request quickly & do a great job. My water heater was replaced in no time & they even cleaned up after! Recently had some work done by Jones and Jones Plumbing and was very impressive with the company. Both Chris and Justin were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly. Chris and Justin were able to find and repair a leak within my sprinkler system that everyone else came out said they couldn't repair. After months of dealing with this issue we are able to use our sprinkler system again. I would highly recommend Chris and Justin to others.

I am very happy with Jones & Jones Plumbing. Tommy was very pleasant to work with, on time and great pricing. Tommy very quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking shower and scheduled to have the pan rebuilt and tiled with a new drain. He was very quick to answer any and all questions and explaining the situation so I could understand. The mess was very minimal after the tiling and he made sure I was happy before collecting payment. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend!

Chris T. was the technician that recently did the Fall maintenance for my AC and Heat. I appreciated his thoroughness and explanations of updates that I can add to my system.

Dan came out for my seasonal check up. Needed a small part for efficiency but very pleased with friendly service. I have been an Assured customer for about 15 years now and they have always taken care of my AC needs especially when my son and husband were deployed. Kudos to this awesome company.

Assured did the install on an updated unit for our house. They finished in one day and we finally had a system sized to our house. After a few months we noticed it was no longer keeping up and made a call to them. They had a tech out the next day. They found a very small leak at a solder joint in the refrigerant line and fixed it under warranty in about an hour and a half. There was no hassle and they were very responsive.

Chris T was very thorough in attempting to solve my HVAC issue. He was very courteous and also knowledgeable of the unit itself. Assured Comfort is always very fast with service when you have a problem. I also want to say that I am extremely pleased with my HVAC system that I purchased from Assured Comfort. It has been an incredible energy savings for us and my home is 35 years old.

We had a wedding in July and our a.c. went out. Our home warranty declined the repair. I called Assured for a second opinion. They returned my call immediately, addressed my concerns and gave me direction. With no resolution from the warranty company I called them back. Joyce was so empathic to our situation as it was Thursday afternoon and the wedding was Saturday and I was on my way to the airport to pick up wedding guests. When I got back home Mike was in my driveway. He assessed the situation and before he left he had us set up for installation and financing. The next day Jason and Johnny came and worked in the rain until they were done! They saved the day! Then the snow came a few weeks ago and guess what, no heat! I called and Aleneia took my information and got right on it. I did not expect anyone for a day or two due to the amount of people without power after the storm, but she called and told me a technician was assigned and would come that day. Lane came shortly after and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was actually an issue we had caused due to connecting a dehumidifier into our ejector pump and the line froze. Extremely reasonable charge and heat back on. Today Chris came to perform our maintenance and made some reasonable recommendations and performed the maintenance . This company is top notch from start to finish. I would not even consider looking for another company to perform any repairs or maintenance on our system.
