Nope! Overly aggressive sales people. This is the second time out of two calls - HVAC and Plumbing…both guys…too much. I was clear in requesting an estimate only. I was getting a quote for something optional…NOT needed and was clear. They came out third - I always get three estimates.

He talked in circles and was making it all take much longer than needed. When he told me the quote he stopped three times to explain codes he used and how those were used to give me discounts and reduce my costs and such. When he finally told me the amount I said - ok can you email it to me? He had a shocked look on his face and said - “you mean you don’t want me to do the work”??? I was taken aback by his reaction and told him I never intended on agreeing to the work that day and was only getting estimates. AND - I told him that he was $700 higher than the other guy who quoted $1400. He wouldn’t leave. He wouldn’t stop playing with his tablet and telling me he needed to do the work. He then said he forgot the discounts. But he had already said he was going to do a $75 discount. But at $700 too high it’s meaningless. Then he wanted to redo the quote. No. Quote it, answer questions, and leave.

That’s the last quote I’m getting from them ever. The HVAC guy…late on a Friday I was kind to let him come if he still wanted to - he interrupted us grilling out and relaxing for the evening at 7PM….was too high and couldn’t accept no as the answer. He actually sat down and put his feet up on my table after I said no - and that we weren’t making a decision that day. Nope.

Model: Lenox 3 Ton, 2 Stage

I wanna start of with what truly happened and how it got resolved. The sales person who came provided me with excellent customer, he knew his stuff and provide me with great information about there products and which would suit my need. He didn’t try to over sale me something I didn’t need. I have a new ac system and furnace installed with some duct work and the price was incomparable to other companies I called, there financial options where absolutely outstanding which made the price of the unit just that much more affordable. Moving forward to the installation, this part gets a bit rocky. I had two crews come out, the first crew was suppose to be my original crew for installation. There craftsmanship wasn’t the best, I will say it was concerning and I was completely dissatisfied. I had air leaks to the basement and unfinished work, that was told to get a contractor to finish when in fact I paid Assured Comfort to install. I called the company and notified them of the issue and the following day they sent out a supervisor with a different crew! This new crew which consisted of (Darryl and Mike) came and completely redid what the previous crew did! The difference was NIGHT and DAY!! When the second crew left they made sure that EVERYTHING was up to par and that I was FULLY satisfied with the system, appearance, and placement of Freon lines! It was an absolute art work of what they did compared to the previous crew. I do highly recommend Assured Comfort as this is the second home I’ve had them install a full system. The previous home was at my moms house. I wish I had before and after photos! The photos provided are of the system of its current status!

Omar did a fabulous job of quickly diagnosing and repairing the problem! I was so thankful since the air conditioning in my condo was not working and with the warm weather the temperature in my home was up to 91 degrees before the repair! The scheduling staff were very helpful as well. Thanks again for a great job!

Great experience with Comfort Solutions! From the replacement presentation by Rachel to the installation done by Jeremy and Josh, everything was smooth, up front, and well priced! Will likely be using their maintenance plan as well. It's affordable and offers a great service without having to think about scheduling things.

Comfort Solutions did an amazing job with the install of our new unit. From Sommer and Cathy in the office, to Chris who showed us our options, all the way to the installers, they were professional and helpful throughout. Jason has built a great organization. The technicians were very professional, kind, and personable. As a single woman, I felt safe with them in my home. They did an excellent job of leaving my home in good condition.

We unexpectedly had to replace our 30+ year old HVAC system. Josh and Jeremy did a wonderful job. They came in, were very polite, took a quick tour to get familiar with where everything was, and went to work. We are very pleased with our new AC and I’m sure the new furnace will keep us toasty this winter. We are so happy with Comfort Solutions and the work Josh and Jeremy did for us.

Have my hvac serviced with them twice a year and they are always very professional and personable. Have also had to call them when a unit went out and they were very responsive and competitively priced.

I called and someone was here within a few hours same day. He did great work, didn’t try to rob us. We will continue to use them. Michael was our tech. Thanks so much!

Comfort Solutions has been a great company to deal with! Rachel was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about what system I needed and wasn’t pushy at all- which I greatly appreciate! Greg and Jeremy came out a few days later for the install which only took a few hours- they were also awesome! And last, I just had David out today to service my older units and he was fantastic- I’m glad I found a family owned company that cares about their clients. Thank you!!

Our consultant Rachel was very friendly, informing and forthcoming about relevant info we would need to know in great detail about our HVAC system replacement. Our installers Paul and Austin were very professional, friendly, and did a quality job. They even gave me contacts for other types of projects around the house.

I built my home in 2021. Comfort Solutions installed my HVAC system. I purchased their mantainance program and biannually they service my unit. I have been impressed from day one with the TLC I have experienced. The most recent example is: Yesterday afternoon the system stopped working. I called the office at 5:15PM and reached Cheyenne. She was on her way home and promised to call when she got home to help me trouble shoot. We walked through the most common causes to no avail. She promised to have a technician out to my home at 8AM.
I was fortunate to have Joe Rayburn come. He was thorough and soon found that my issue was a fuse had blown inside the furnace. This was caused by an issue with the contactor on the outside unit. He had the parts on his truck and repaired the problem in short order. I have 3 zones with 3 thermostats. Joe reset the clock on each as he verified everything was in good order.
I have to say in 4 years this experience is not unique. Every person in this company is customer focused and has outstanding technical knowledge.

I recommend Comfort Solutions with no reservations.

I really only use Comfort Solutions for all of my HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. I don’t even bother getting quotes anymore. They do quality work, stand behind their product, and care about their customers. It’s not worth the time and effort of shopping around. Their team is always so friendly and professional. From Amber who does the scheduling, to Rachel who did my estimate, to Jeremy and Joshua who did my install, everyone is top notch.
