Assured Comfort installed my heating and air about 10 years ago. From day one they have always been very professional. Over the years they have come out 2 times a year to service them. Over the years I have had one service tech come out to my home, his name is Corey. It's comforting to know who is coming into your home, it also says a lot for a company to keep employees as long as they do. If and when I have to have my unit replaced, I will not hesitate to call Assured Comfort, they have been the best.

I called Assured to get a second quote for a new HVAC system to compare against the 1st quote I received from another company. The staff was very professional and helpful. A very nice technician/sales guy came to my home. I feel he could use some extensive sales training. He spent to much time telling me why I shouldn't use a particular system that I was quoted on versus telling me why I should use his product and go with his company. You can quickly lose a customer when this happens. If he is given proper training I'm confident he will be able to close the sale.

When our AC stopped working on a hot summer day, Assured Comfort was able to get there within 24 hours. Mike A. was our technician. He called before he came and arrived on time. He got in and got our AC running quickly but he wasn't too rushed to listen, answer questions, and even checked some extra things on our unit by request. We have been very pleased with Assured Comfort!

I used Assured Comfort Heating Air and Plumbing service to repair my AC on 9/27/18 and exterior pipe plumbing on 12/31/18.
In both cases, the technicians were very knowledgeable of their respective disciplines and provided quality work. The customer service over the phone was great, very professional. When you are spending your money this is the type of service and comfort you need. I would highly recommend this company.

We previously used a home warranty service that always sent a different crew out to the house. We now use Assured Comfort exclusively and they have come to know us and our systems much better. In addition, their service techs are always very knowledgeable and helpful and obviously well-trained. Chris Townsend is the most recent example of this. Keep up the excellent work guys!

Although it wasn't the most pleasant thing in the world when our old water heater died without warning last weekend, Assured Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing came to the rescue on short notice and completely resolved the problem within 24 hours of my calling to schedule an appointment. BJ and Ricky were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I can't thank them enough for offering honest feedback about the issues and talking through the options for repair or replacement with me. I also love that they came prepared with replacement water heaters and various parts in their truck so that they could finish the job right then and there without wasting any time. Overall, the service was excellent. We highly recommend this company!

We have been customers for several years. We ve used Assured Comfort for plumbing issues, when we needed a new AC and now for our new furnace. All techs have always been very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff is super nice. They be always been on time calling ahead and you can't beat the price.

GREAT service. When our AC broke down this summer Assured comfort was the ONLY company I could find to come service it that day. The company I had a service agreement with was going to take well over a week! Since then I have had Assured Comfort install some duct work for me and am on the service agreement with THEM, not my no service former company. Friendly people, professional, knowledgeable and they show up when they say they will. Also, Mike is a great tech, guys! Thanks for introducing our family to him.

Chris, the technician, was absolutely fantastic! It was extremely cold and my heating unit was malfunctioning. It took one call and they came out quickly and fixed my unit for a very fair price. Chris explained the problem and showed me step by step how he fixed it. I am an Assured Comfort customer for life! It’s a wonderful company!

I have to say that I am very impressed with the knowledgeable technician that Assured sent out to my house. Chris was very personable and informative. He walked me through every step, and provided timely advice that other service companies never spoke on. When up-selling services it didn't come off as pushy, and I was glad to hear that the company supported the troops by donating a portion of the proceeds from the extended service plans. Being an Air Force veteran, it is always great to see and feel the support of our country. To Chris, and Assured, thank you for the speedy and efficient service to get my heat running before the cold showed up today. Chris, keep up the great work!

I was impressed with these folks starting with the Xmas letter I received which actually influenced my decision to go with Assured Comfort. ( I hope I get these names right) From Amy who took my calls and arranged scheduling and financing, Mike from sales who came out and reviewed my estimate, Eric and TJ my installers and Brandon and his partner that came out and cleaned the ducts. Everyone was friendly, showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done and answered all my questions. If you want a company that will treat you right I highly recommend Assured Comfort.

We've had our updated A/C, dual heat system for the last 7 years. It was installed by Assured Comfort. We know we have saved about $700 dollars each year by having the new units as well as having zone systems put in. We did the zoning two years previous to the units. We had a standard builder grade unit which could not cool or heat the upstairs properly. The zoning with dampers and an upstairs thermostat helped (Assured comfort installed). We then decided to replace the entire system (dual heating -heat pump and furnace/cooling) and have been so pleased with the outcome. We use less electricity and gas every year and we have the ability to move to solar power if we decide to get panels in the future. The upfront cost was an investment but the savings each month have been worth it. We also have a service plan with Assured comfort where they check our heating system in the fall and cooling in the spring. We just had Chris T., our technician, do our cooling check. He made some suggestions for ongoing upkeep (allergies) to help us. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I have been very satisfied with my 10+ years of service from Assured Comfort. I would recommend them to anyone!! I highly recommend if you have a system that is 10 years old and/or put in by a builder to consider replacing it if you are paying a lot each month for heating/cooling. You will not regret it.

The service was great. Professional. The technician was very helpful. But, even with the issue, my a/c was working. Now that he came it doesn't even turn on, so no a/c at all, which is very disappointing. You are getting the business of me purchasing from you, why not let it work a little until I get the new one. That's the only thong. Rachel Collins was great!

I have been a customer of Assured Comfort Heating and Air for years. They currently service both my residence and my rental property and I've always received top notch customer service. They don't ever try to sell you things/services you don't need and they offered the best prices around when I had a unit replaced. My service technician for my home today was Dathan - He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and took the time to explain to me what he found during his inspection, not to mention he was a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend Assured Comfort to all my friends and family located within their service area.

First time caller and I was very impress with the service of Assured Comfort. I emailed 2 companies about my noisy HVAC. A.C. was the first to call me. I was surprised that they could schedule me for the same day. I was very happy that they worked with me on the time (it was after 5pm for a new customer) Totally unheard of and it told me this company understands CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The ladies in the office were very informative and concerned about my needs. When Chis arrived he was very professional and by his presence you could tell he enjoys his work. He explained my options and we developed a plan for my 14 year old unit. I was very happy that he didn't come in telling I needed a new unit. If he had, I was going to return the call of the 2nd company I had contacted. In the end, it was a great service call and will continue to be a customer.

We would recommend Assured Comfort to anyone. Tim was an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable in helping us meet our air conditioning needs. We felt very comfortable in dealing and with him and would gladly recommend him to others. What started to to be a difficult situation, with the help of Tim became a pleasant one. We used the plumbing services of Assured and were very impressed. They were the only plumbers of the 4 I called to offer me an appointment within 24 hours. The plumber who arrived was polite, on-time and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue we were having and the worst-case scenario of what would be required to fix it. Luckily, we did not have the worst-case scenario as he was able to resolve the issue efficiently. He then walked us through a separate plumbing issue we were having and helped us trouble-shoot a solution for that matter as well. We will definitely use this service again and appreciate Scott's helpfulness. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Assured Comfort enough! This is the second time we have used this company and both times have been excellent. Our technician Bruce, was prompt, friendly, and very easy to communicate with when scheduling the appointment. The work that Bruce did was thorough and well done, and I am so happy to have my kitchen faucet back to working order! Bruce also was very knowledgeable with what he was working on and offered some great advice for future upkeep and maintenance. It's never fun to have to call out technicians for leaks or things that are broken, but we will use Assured Comfort whenever we have issues in the future!

I am a very satisfied and happy customer. From my initial call to Assured Comfort and Heating I was greeted by a friendly person who set up an appointment. Before their representative arrived, I received an email with the representative picture and biography. The representative explained all the options thoroughly to my satisfaction and promptly set me up for installation of a new HVAC unit. The price was very competitive. The day of installation I received another email with their technicians' pictures and biography which I really appreciated so I would know who was coming to my home. They were extremely courteous, clean, made sure they cleaned up their mess and laid tarp to make sure my carpeting was protected. They explained how to operate the thermostat and advised that if I had any problems to call them immediately. After the installation, the representative called to verify that everything was installed as agreed.

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent excellent service provided by Assured Comfort, Winston and their service provider Chris. He explained clearly what he was checking for and discussed what pricing would be for different services, but then checked to find out that my unit was still under warranty. He was initially concerned about a leak but couldn’t find one; however, before he left, on a hunch decided to test again and was able to find the problem. His diligence and knowledge were much appreciated. His attitude and courtesy were both very professional. I highly recommend this company. They said they would call when the service provider was about 30 minutes away, and he did just that. They also provided courtesy calls a few days in advance to check and make sure someone was going to be there or if they needed to reschedule. All in all a great, trouble-free experience with a cheerful, courteous Mr. Chris.

Excellent service! The technician was professional, very knowledgeable about the Lennox i-Comfort Thermastat heating/cooling system, and very thorough. The customer service rep was professional and got us scheduled right away. I liked receiving a text with a photo of who I should expect in our home to work on our system and a short description telling about them. The technician notified us with an ETA and arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do, was able to explain the problem and how he fixed it, and we have cool air again. I will be using them for semi-annual maintenance! I’m thankful to have found them and feel we have paid a good price for the service we received! Highly recommend!
