Hired Turo based on good reviews, he was doing other work in the neighborhood. We needed a roof, siding and gutters on a 2500 sq ft addition. The contract was sent from him to us with a price he changed literally when we were sitting down to sign it. "Oh that was a quote, I'm not that good with math, I can't be held to that price" - YES he said this. We compromised to another, higher price. They did the roof and a few hiccups but so far so good. A few items were left to do and then we are talking about the siding and gutters. Mind you, we originally had all of these in one contracted price, but then at the time of signing he divided out. We now know why. Not one number was held. Pushed out and pushed out siding install date, it was now fall- we had originally contracted to be finished with the siding in the beginning of August. When we sit down to finally get contract signed - SURPRISE! A 30% price jump. Oh that siding you said you wanted from the very beginning is harder to get. We compromised on a much higher price. Then he came back a week later (still no date for install scheduled) and said the siding was actually even more than he thought - again the "I'm bad at math" crying. It will now be $2k MORE than the SIGNED CONTRACTED PRICE. WHAT?!?! He was well aware we were desperate to get the house sealed up, all other trades were being pushed off and we actually lost some contractors due to the much later start dates. We had areas in the house where water was pouring in due to incorrect/insufficient flashing. Then more weeks go by with no response to phone calls, emails, texts. I finally catch him on the phone and he says he can't do the siding at all - "my worker, he has an illness" YES HE SAID THIS. Yet he told us weeks before he actually had the siding purchased. Hmmmmm. According to Turo no one else could do the siding but this one guy. We had to fight and fight to get him to come back to repair where the water was now ruining floors and drywall - he had the absolute nerve to say "well that will be fixed once you get the siding on". He still has outstanding work but of course we give up. Lies, Lies, Lies. Broken contracts, half done work. BEWARE.

Turo and his crew removed and replaced a six diameter galvanized steel downspout three stories in height. The job was completed in an efficient yet careful manner, and on budget as estimated. Communication was great throughout the process, scheduling was accurate, work and cleanup was prompt and professional. I will employ this company again.

I've used Turo once or twice a year for gutter cleaning over a two year period. They are very easy to communicate with via text, they take Quickpay for payment, are always responsive and usually able to visit within 2-5 business days after request.

Turo Gutters communicated well, was on schedule and completed the project with distinction. They are efficient, professional and are a great value for dollar. They went over and beyond to pick up on and correct issues unrelated to the project they were hired for. I plan on using them for other projects.

Turo and his crew replaced all of the gutters and installed aluminum fascia. Looks great! They were fast and his prices were reasonable. Would recommend him for your next gutter project.

I had an issue with my gutters, namely broken fasteners and debris that had failed through my gutter guard. I contacted TuroWash and they were very professional and prompt in setting an appointment. The team at TuroWash did a great job of solving my gutter issue and I no longer have gutter rain run off. Very pleased with my service and highly recommend this local business.

Turo was out same day and was able to clean the clogged gutter and schedule full repair the next week. I would recommend, as cost was great as well!

These guys are excellent. Quoted me a price and stuck with it. One of my downspouts had fallen off during a storm. They repaired the downspout. Then I told them the gutter on the other side was leaking. They checked it out and again it was the downspout. It was clogged. They fixed it.
My basement had been leaking for a long time. Since they fixed the downspouts it is completely dry. Even after very heavy rain storms.
I highly recommend this company.

Turo and his crew are wonderful. They showed up on time. Kept the property clean and safe every night when they left for the day. The craftsmanship on James Hardie install was superior. The aluminum gutters, soffit and facia were installed with the precision of a surgeon.
Pricing is fair and competitive. They were patient and cooperative to fix things as the job went on - again at a fair price.
Best of all, the owner is on the jobsite nearly 100% of the time, so the responsiveness and attention to details is considerable.

Turo replaced our gutters and some of the wooden corners on the soffit. He was easy to work with when making improvements to the gutter layout. Turo and his crew were prompt, efficient and professional. When finished, they cleaned up and then his recycler came and took away the old gutters.

This company is pretty shady. Quoted me $800 to replace the front and back gutters on my house about 44 feet total. We decided on just replacing the back gutters since that was the main priority. On the day they were to come and do the work they called telling me that they wanted $800 for just the back. I told them it was an emergency since it was pouring and we didn’t have gutters back there and they decided to hike the price based on my desperate situation. Really shady and unethical.

Turo replaced gutters and downspouts in our 17 unit building. They also replaced a section of the roof that a previous roofer messed up. They explained the process, and how this would eliminate future leaks and ice buildup. They were very professional, easy to work with, and gave us a great detailed quote. Highly recommend!!!

Several other companies refused my gutter downspout repair because the power lines were to close. I then called Turo and he said "no problem". They came on time and completed the job in less than an hour. They were courteous and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. These guys are the "Rockstars" of the gutter business.

Turo "redesigned" the position of the gutters to improve the way they worked as well as their appearance on my house. He was responsive and reliable and charged a very fair price. I will use TuroWash again this fall for gutter cleaning and am so glad I found this service.

Turo came out the same day as my call. On the day of gutter replacement, he texted me 30 minutes before arrival time. Cleaned up all of the nails, sealed a hole i didn't know about, and the gutters look great. I highly recommend.

I found Turo on HomeAdvisor and left a voicemail with him. He promptly returned my call and came by to look at the gutters within hours of us speaking on the phone. I wasn't home at the time, so he returned that evening to discuss the condition of the gutters (and to show me in person) and to give an estimate for replacement. He scheduled the job for about a week out and showed up right on time. His team was finished replacing the entire gutter system plus gutter guards in a few hours! The price seemed to be within the range that I found online. I highly recommend this company!

9/2015 update:
I called Turo back to install a new downspout, work he mentioned they do when he was cleaning my gutters. He took out the old downspout and installed the new one in the rain, on 4 stories in under 45 minutes. Very easy to work with, and he let me pick up my own materials.

08/2015:
The business is run by the owner Turo. Turo and the crew he works with cleaned the gutters on my 4-flat and cleaned everything up in under two hours.
Turo gave an estimate in person, he prices fairly and reasonably, he came out to look at the building the day after i called and offered to do the job the next day. He's a very likeable guy, direct and knows what he's doing, insurance was all in place and good, and they worked a 45-degree pitch roof and cleaned gutters that hadn't been touched in years like it was nothing.
Absolutely no complaints. Will hire again, for sure.
