Turo and his crew have been terrific to work with. I have hired them twice and recommend them without reservation. They take the time needed to understand the details and are very solutions oriented. Water seepage is my basement was dramatically reduced thanks to Turo’s expertise.

Turo gave me a quote on a fair price last night. He had three of his employees on the roof at 7 AM today. They were done cleaning and replacing joints and refastening all of the gutters on my property within 2 hours.

Turo is great to work with. He fixed some gutters added some drain pipes, and fixed a bunch of little things that needed some repair. We will definitely use again for any gutter /roof work!

I had some siding that was damaged by high winds. I immediately thought of Turo Gutters since he did such a great job installing my gutter guards. I contacted him and he quickly responded, repairing my damaged siding within days of my call to him. I will use him again and highly recommend his services for gutters and siding.

I called Turo and we came same day to quote the project. They came the very next day to install about 50 feet of gutter with downspouts on a new construction addition. Great work very responsive. I will definitely work with them again.

A Resident recently moved in our Condo Building on Grand Ave., and was experiencing leaks., due to the recent tornado storms that passed through River Grove, IL. We called Turo Home LLC., He arrived and checked our roof and not only found missing shingles but extra damage. He texted me pictures and communicated professionally. Turo’s knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspired. He discussed roof safety and concerns with us as well. We got a whole new roof and he started very early and finished the same day! What a relief! He’s AMAZING!

I needed down sprout repair years ago, I googled gutter repair And turn gutter repair came up. I'm so happy that they came up first cause they did great job. They gave me Fair price and great work. Now anytime I have problems gutters they are my go to company. I guarantee you will be satisfied with their work if you use them.

Turo came out to repair a blocked downspout, and install screens on the remaining downspouts. Fast service, on time, and does good work.

When they came out for the estimate he was also very informative of what they should fix and why. They were able to get the job done quickly and the crew was extremely professional and cleaned up after the work was complete. Turo made the process to replace our gutters so easy, fast, and smooth. After one storm w/ gutter guards installed on the house, the gutters overflowed and I had to call Turo back. The situation was supposedly fixed, but another storm and another overflow with little water coming down to the ground in the downpout.

I finally called another company who sent me pictures showing the situation from the roof. The photos showed wire mesh sticking up and under my shingles which were lifted, sloppy mesh cuts, openings that small animals could still get into, capping hanging, and a birds nest in addition to lots of sticks and leaves that couldnt possibly have gotten into the gutters after the guards were on. Of course one cannot see these things from inside the house. Turo had INSTALLED THE GUARDS WITHOUT FIRST CLEANING OUT THE GUTTERS! I had to pay Guaranteed Gutters to come out, remove the guards, clean the gutters, then REINSTALL the guards on the house (because I didnt want to have to replace them and pay twice).

One of my gutters pulled away from my roof due to ice this winter. One guy came out and told me you need a whole new gutter. I called Turo. He came out and checked it out. He said it can be repaired. He fixed it immediately. It looks like new. He made it better by using heavy duty clasps and 2 1/2 screws into the studs instead of the 1 inch nails that were originally there. He then checked the rest of my gutters and repaired to potential weak spots. His price was reasonable and fair!
It was reassuring to see a man and a company that is honest and takes pride in their work! I’m a satisfied customer!!

Turo did a great job cleaning and fixing our gutters. He was very responsive, showed up the next day, worked fast, and gave us a great price! We'll definitely be calling him again next time we have an issue.

Turo did an excellent job on my roof, gutters, and soffits. We changed color of roof and gutters from Brown to black, Turo recommended that he could paint all of our windows and sliders black to match. It turned out absolutely amazing. His price was very good and he went above and beyond with his quality of work. I was lucky enough to get a good recommendation for Turo and I will use him in the future.
He also installed lights for me in the soffit which is not his expertise and they also turned out amazing.

Product appears to work, installers were great. After salesperson gave us a long lecture on how important gutters are to a house, removal of our old gutters was scheduled on a day when flash flood warnings were made. Gutters removed in the morning, heavy rains followed shortly which resulted in water pouring into our windows in the kitchen, sunroom and basement. Poor planning Leaf Guard. No follow up by LeafGuard when we brought to their attention the water pouring into our house.

Mike and Evan did an exceptional job. They were prompt and friendly Anything we asked was completed to our satisfaction. No pushback.
Leafguard was very good to work with. Our salesman was also really nice to work with . So sorry to say forgot his name but believe it was Joseph or Jacob? It was not him I am just really bad with names So glad we made this decision. Waiting for the first rain storm so we can see how well our new gutters (which look very nice) work Would recommend Leafguard without hesitation.

Terrible customer service. Even worse install. They installed the gutters over a week ago. They put downspouts in the most disastrous spots. One pours water into my A/C unit. One is leaking and pouring directly into my foundation. Another one prevents me from opening our car door. We have been calling every day for over a week to get someone out to address these urgent problems. Each time we are sent to voicemail or told that the problem will be escalated and the project manager will call us back. Never once heard from him. I would only give 1 star because the sales person, Jeff, was really nice.
