He also took pictures of our current gutters and showed us problem areas where nails are popping out due to poor installation methods. Our sales representative CK was very informative. He explained very well, answered all my questions. Didn't pressure me into buying, and I will pass on to friends And I was showing him the door before he got here, but he made a believer out of me.

Our Leafguard representative Tommie was very helpful in explaining how the system works and pointing out the defects in our old gutters, The crew showed up the next day and did an excellent job total installation took about 6 hours tear out to finish.

The process was made very simple. From the quote to the installation. I was a previous customer many years ago and some great improvements were made to this product.I highly recommend this product. It will save you from crawling up a ladder or on your roof to clean the gutters.

Gutters look great and time will tell in the spring how well they handle rain and some of the stuff that comes out of our oak trees. Workers were OK although I think they were in a hurry finishing up on the second day in the dark so they didn't do as good of a clean-up as I expected (see pics of items I found the next day without too much effort). They do tell you that you might get ice sickles and I was a little surprised on how many formed on the south side of my house. Would I buy again, I don't know until I see how they handle heavy rains.

Ours salesman, Zack was very knowledgeable and professional. Zach answered all of our questions and worked with us on price. This was on February 19th. February 20th the crew is here putting up the gutters. Service has been exceptional!

Zack was very detailed in his review of our current gutter situation. He thoroughly explained his observations of our gutters and the issues he identified. Zack showed us examples of our current gutter system and compared them to LeafGuard so that we could see the difference in quality and design. We appreciated the time and attention Zack gave us as well as his friendly demeanor.

*Update as of 9/3/2025*: We have called the number provided in response to our review. It was the normal customer service line and we were told we'd be getting a call from their General Manager within 24 hours. It has been well past that point with zero follow up.

We purchased a whole house Leaf Guard system in 2018 thinking we were buying into a long-term partnership with premier customer service and ease of any future repairs. We sat through the lengthy sales pitch and were sold on not just the product but their core values and how they said they conducted business! Since 2018, we have called back Leaf Guard 1 time (this time) to fix a broken gutter (our fault/expense) and to repair a pinhole leak we found in a gutter that had obviously been there for years -- pictured below highlighted in YELLOW that was discovered during our re-roof project. You can see how saturated the plywood is under the shingles to which we had to replace. Our roofing contractor said that the saturated wood had been wet for a very long time and all rotted out. We then discovered a punctured pinhole under the gutter which was causing the massive leak issue. We ended up covering it up with tape in the meantime.

When I called LeafGuard regarding both issues, they were eager to come and fix our broken gutter to which they charged $1k for only 14' (crazy!), but when we asked them to check out our pinhole leak and see what they can do for us given our Lifetime Warranty with the 2018 purchase. They seemed hesitant about helping us and even suggested to just leave tape over the hole as a “fix”. The service guy called his Supervisor, Jacob Kadich and my husband could hear on the other line how annoyed Jacob was to hear that we were trying to “pull games", how he wasn't going to fall for our “lies”, and he wasn't sure why these homeowners would think that they would warrant any sort of warranty.

THEN, after the service guy finished the $1k job, Jacob proceeded to demand payment for the 14’ gutter repair and I went on to ask what the plan was for the pinhole issue in the other gutter. Jacob said he would have to discuss this with the higher levels first before we figure out next steps. I then told him I would hold payment for the $1k work until we had a plan for the pinhole because I felt like he was going to give me the “taillight guarantee” and I’d never hear from him again. Jacob then proceeded to have his installer wait for payment on our front porch and demanded a check or he would ask his installer to remove the fixed gutter and leave with zero work done – WOW! Like, really? This is how they do business? Jacob said “yes, we only work for payment. If you’re not going to pay today, we will remove the gutter we just installed and leave”. I was dumbfounded by Jacob’s lack of professionalism, snakelike attitude, and complete lack of “customer first” mentality. I truly feel scammed as I have YET to hear back from Jacob after 20 days, 2 email follow ups, & a phone call to resolve our pinhole issue! Truly the "taillight guarantee".

The buying process was very easy and the salesperson who arrived at our home was very knowledgeable about the products, and eager to answer any questions we had. They were also flexible when it came to negotiating a final price, and I feel that I received a very good value for the product that was purchased. The new gutters were installed the next day in only a couple of hours, and the crew dispatched to complete the work was very professional and thorough. We are very pleased with the final results and overall process in purchasing and having our new gutters installed from start to finish!

After 19 years of cleaning out gutters we finally called Leafguard and we are happy we did. Representative CK explained everything thoroughly, Rafael and Martell came out the next day to install them. They were efficient and professional during the installation and cleaned up afterwards. And, they look beautiful! Thank you Leafguard!
Unfortunately I need to add to my review. A few weeks ago when we had a lot of rain our gutters were overflowing profusely! When I contacted Ben he said he’d send someone out but that was two weeks ago, and his answer to the over flow was ‘you know this is a covered gutter system’! Their follow up service is not good. The video below show the water streaming from the gutter!

My mother (Mary) has had these gutters since they began from 2003 on her home. We called them to fix a part that was leaking. The first repair person came out and started the process but claimed he needed more supplies that he would be back. Never came back. We tried to call and leave several messages with no response. I finally after three weeks sent an email with attached photos showing my mothers open hole in her home which had been there through the snow storm and the freezing cold we had had after this last thanksgiving. They finally responded and sent another crew that couldnt complete the job so they recommended a carpenter (Ignacio Cruz) who works for them. After 3 weeks (of a literal open hole leading into my moms attic) he was able to fix professionally, and very clean and neat. Left my moms house looking great. The 3 stars are for Him. He is terrific. Thank you again Ignacio Cruz for doing the job. My moms house is so warm now.

This company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They came out right on time for the appointment and did a full and thorough review of our current gutter system. Showed us everything on the iPad and explained how their new system worked and listened to every question we had. I love that they offer an amazing lifetime warranty that stays with the address so that will only ADD value to any house. They also have so many loyal customers around your area that they use as references. The representative we had was Zack Bruce and he was so nice and well informed! If you’re tired of cleaning your gutters or worrying about getting on a ladder I would 100% recommend calling up leaf guard and getting a free estimate and consultation!

The salesman, Tommy, was very knowledgeable and educated us about the various products and engineering behind the gutters available on the market. He was very responsive after the sale as well. He was patient, answered all of our questions and got us a good deal on our gutters.

The crew did a great job, explained the process during the installation. They cleaned and hauled away all debris and the work area was spotless. They were on time and finished the job as promised.

I had an exceptional experience with Leafguard. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable starting with Celestine the salesperson. He was upfront and honest and did not pressure. He explained and even asked me questions to make sure I understood the gutters. Then the installation group Stephen, Michael and David were superb. They answered my questions. They were quick and cleaned up after. And finally Jacob who gave me a follow up call and was so polite and courteous. I just love the features of the gutters and can't beat the lifetime guarantees they give! My house now looks like a entirely different house. Thanks again Leafguard!

I had Leafguard installed in September 2024. I have been very happy with the system! I don't have to pay for gutter cleaning anymore! But this past November, we had a big snowstorm and I had huge icicles form on the Leafguard system. I had some damage but Robert Gill was great coordinating a repair in my budget. Good people and a great company!

Our initial interaction with our Sales Representative Anne I. was superb! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful! My gutters look great!
But, since the installation over two weeks ago, I have called twice about the condition my property was left in and I am thoroughly disappointed. There were tools left behind, a hammer left on my roof, debris left on my food, landscape lights broken, water faucet knob broken, aluminum scraps left behind, cable lines left hanging, and I am still picking up screws around my property!
