Megan did a really good job explaining how leafguard works and was very patient and thorough. She made it really easy to make a decision.

Steve was an amazing sales representative for Leafguard! He was very professional and showed up right on time. Expect a very personable and patient experience in which you will actually learn about why Leafguard is the only real water management system on the market. I will never have to clean them ever again! They have great financing options and will work with you on price. Overall experience was a 10 /10!

Your crew Sydney and Evan were very pleasant to work with, they even took the time to greet our dog as she loves to be with people. Sydney and Evan did a fantastic job and also made sure all waste was picked up.

UNBELIEVABLE… I called Lead Guard on Tuesday. The NEXT DAY Dominick gave us our FREE estimate. And by Saturday afternoon Martell and Rafael had our new Leaf Guard gutter system completely installed. Who does that!!! And these guys did an absolutely awesome job from start to finish!!! My wife Bobbi and I can’t say enough great things about about the Leaf Guard family. We are thrilled with the exceptional service and professionalism they provided. The speed at which they responded and completed the installation was truly impressive. Hello, I'm have the same gutter drain issue. There's water pooling in front of my front entry door. Causing a mud slide for me to step out into. I just Don't know. This was to have been fixed almost 3 years ago.
Leaf guard requested I remove the following post but I will not!!! Because their gutter service is not all its bragged up to be!!!

Leafguard has Terrible time reaction for trouble shooting and respond to their customers. I've been on the Leafguard repair call center over 8-eight times in a three weeks time frame. Last call attempt 3-times in one day re: confirmation I was home and waiting. Hell, I even emailed them twice. I was told Leafguard would be out to this past 7/2/22 to service my complaint(s). So, I stayed home ALL that Saturday for a NO CALL NO SHOW APPT.. All Leafguard had had to do??? 1) was repair a gutter piece on a down sprout that constantly was falling because of no srews to bolt it to the upper piece, and 2) spray paint the scratches from them packing my complete gutter system on a van too small to carry it all. And the 3) replacement of their failure to give me back an original spout flex lines directing water into the lawn area away from the house. I asked for them to be replaced last year at the install time, but the installers SIMPLY TOLD ME. Ok, Here's a piece of Our tubing pipe take it with you to the hardware stores and find your own. BUT come on now!!!!!! LEAFGUARD had a special patiented gutter system and no other company can Duplicate the tubing.size of their product.
Hey I paid this Leafguard company $7,500. And I can't get service. I only owe a balance of $800. .But Leafguard is blowing me off???? Or shall I say rained on. I Deprived myself to pay off this Leafguard account.
But I just get No answers to my request for email communication and I just continue to speak to a bunch of leafguard call center representatives, ive asked for a manager but missed her one call back by seconds and then i attempted to call her back. Those call went to voice mail then dropped calls by their phone system
Hell, it the pre-holiday weekend.
If this continues. it's just me talking to the BBB of Illinois fo action. Why is Leafguard committing falsehood on TV telling the public their system is guaranteed for life.
I Feel like they have my money, and now giving me the run around about service, cancelled appts. And no follow through back to their customers advising them their staff would be a no call no show apportionment.

These added photos; are two years out from the Leaf Guard.work being completd and rain is still overflowing at my front door entrance.
This was Not, Not, not a good property investment.
I have to do a repeated phone calling for service to come out.
And they have mistreated me by no call no-show.

Our neighbor got them installed but we had issues with the install crew. They used our yard as the install construction site without asking. We have nice neighbors so I didn’t mind helping them out. I asked the staff to keep the old gutters with nails off our yard but the worker just chuckled and ignored me. I called their corporate number to complain to them but they didn’t do anything. I called later because they left some trash in our yard. They said a manager would call back and it’s been over 24 hours and no one has called.

If you want gutters that you never have to clean or worry about again for the life of your home, look no further than LeafGuard Chicago! What other home product can you buy that has a warranty for LIFE?!

We hired LeafGuard Chicago to install all new gutters on our home in January, 2022 after a very convincing sales pitch from Jasmine. Jasmine has excellent product knowledge, and she patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions to help me fully understand the benefits of their unique the system (and why they're better than the competitors). While the initial estimate was considerably more expensive than we expected, Jasmine worked with us to revise the scope of services to fit our budget (and she was not pushy or persistent, which I very much appreciate).

When it came time to install, the team was punctual and professional. Christian took the time to walk through everything with me before and after installation. The gutters themselves look great with clean craftsmanship. We did encounter a hiccup with the existing flashing post-install, but after I spoke with customer service, the team came back to correct it right away the very same day. My suggestion for improvement would be that they bring some sort of magnet roller to clean up the site after the job is complete. I have been picking up dozens of rusty nails for weeks (granted, it was snowy the day of the install), and we've had two flat tires (one bike, one car).

Overall, I am happy with the high quality product and customer service. I especially look forward to never climbing on our roof to scoop out debris ever again. :)

We received information and free estimate as advertised. Leafguard rep was professional and thorough. Installation was set up immediately. Appreciate an actual person rather than computer based info.

Make sure you cover your a/c unit, they won’t tell you to & it will be covered & filled with dirt. Salesman forgot to show up to the first appointment, install took 2 days instead of 1. Left cigarette butts & dirt all over. After they left they left my gate wide open so my two dogs got out. Maybe the gutters are ok, too soon to tell. But the company is garbage. Spend more time on professionalism & less on commercials.

Jeff and Bryant were exceptional! They explained everything! The materials for the gutters were of the highest quality!!

I called to have my downspouts reconfigured due to a recent fence installation. Wow! The guys came out and did an outstanding job! It was heartwarming to watch them work together as a team to get it done. Their camaraderie was clear. Donna orchestrated it all. Excellent Customer service---3 years later! That's when they installed my gutters. Rock Stars!!!!!

We had a great experience working with Jeff. He made sure we were educated about the decisions we were making and understood the importance of a functioning gutter system.

After years of messy, clogged gutters, we finally decided to explore some other options. We sat down with a knowledgeable Rep from Leafguard to see what they offered. Once we saw the quality of their product, choices, warranties, and reputation, it was an easy sell. We can’t wait for Leafguard to transform our home!

Steve showed up right on time and was very pleased on how professional the appointment was throughout. Very thorough on the education of gutters, including other options available in Chicagoland. Leafguard was the choice because he helped us with overall price and the product speaks for itself!

Steve was great to work with. I was happy that he provided an estimate before doing measurements and then was able to get to that estimate. We have a large house with a lot of roof space, but I feel confident with the video he showed and that Leafguard is the right product for our home. Can’t wait to see how well it works! I would definitely recommend working with Steve.
