Mark was amazing. He took his time explaining things was very personable & transparent about everything. First, the product itself is fantastic. I bought a house with the leafguard system on it and the home inspector commented on how clean the gutters were. I've lived in the house for 5 years surrounded by 60' tall maple, oak, and ash trees, and I haven't had to climb a ladder to clean a gutter once. I will never own a house without these gutters.

My experience with the staff at Leafguard is even better than the product itself. Honest, friendly, helpful, and understanding. They stand by their customers and their product. Paul and the staff at Leafguard worked with me to get the gutters detached and reattached for my roof replacement. When a piece of the product was damaged during detach, they replaced it at no cost to me. Any company that does business with integrity like that is worth the money and the piece of mind that comes with it.

Mark Cook was a Mary honest sales person. I saw the evidence of everything he was saying that demonstrated the disrepair of my current gutter system. He explained the product well and completely. Describing the design, its creation, its attributes! I never felt pressured.mark and his superior Paul Kelsey helped me get to an affordable price. I would recommend Mark and Leafguard!!

Gayle was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable. She walked us through the whole process.She was very genuine and is passionate about the product. I love that leaf gaurd offers a life time warranty on their product. They were able to get us in right away.

Today Paul came to my home, and did an amazing job. He showed me all my spots that needed work and told me how to fix them. In a one job stop it ALL can be taken care of. A wonderful product that I can not wait to be installed on my home. One thing he explained since I am scared of heights and hate getting on a latter (especially as a single mom) to clean the gutters, is that I will never have to do that again. The flexible payment option is what helped me be able to get this product. Thank you again

We had our Leafguard system replaced a couple of weeks ago due to hail damage. The installation team was wonderful. Kelvin was incredibly polite and professional. Quality work was completed quickly. We continue to love our system.

Alandis did an excellent job the gutters look great. Very professional, answered my questions and gave us some options on downspouts. The weather was cold, rainy and miserable no complaints, did their job, cleaned up and had smiles when they were done .

Kelvin and Marshall did an awesome job installing the Leafguard system on our house. Kelvin was great at communicating project timelines and explaining the process. They were very courteous and respectful. They ensure everything is cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend Leafguard. Everyone was genuine and great to work with.

We replaced all the gutters on our 125 year old home. They worked with us to meet our budget. Other than some delays due to high winds, installation was fast and all representatives and workers were friendly. Since we were not able to be present on the final day of installation, they returned at a later date to review them with us and make a few minor corrections. Having damaged one of the new gutters (I backed a motorhome into it), they responded quickly to replace it for us. I recommend their services.

Mark came to our home and did an amazing presentation. We appreciated the time he spent with us explaining everything and showing us what was wrong with our current gutter system. Really good sales rep answered all the questions we had on the gutters and answered everything was polite kind and caring even towards are dog and he just loved her she was friendly and caring person all the way around and she stays in touch to see how everything goes and make sure we don't have any questions or anything at all these are the best people hands down they will bend over backwards for u

Karina was a pleasure when she came out 2day for our free estimate. Very knowledgeable of her product presenting it professionally. My dad already had Leafguard so I knew it worked & wanted it. She diligently worked to make this system affordable for us. Now I can say I'm a second generation Leafguard user.

Garrett & Alandis installed our new gutter system Fri. and I was impressed with the proficiency of their work. They definitely knew what they were doing!! They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive & kept me informed throughout the day. They were friendly and cleaned everything up when they were done. Great job guys :)

Amanda's Lowe and John Farnsworth was very professional and hardworking. They came on-site set up and got down to business. They did a wonderful job replacing the facia before installing the gutters. If I had to give 5 stars they would have 6.

Do not BUY LEAFGUARD ...Way too expensive and the warranty that they say is guaranteed and LIFETIME IS a JOKE. Once it hails, they void your warranty. DO NOT FALL FOR THE GIMMICKS, and they lie to get your money. HAVING TO PAY FOR GUTTERS AT A 29.99 APR IS RIDICULOUS. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. I removed them from my house, and I am still being made to pay for them.

Just to follow up on my consultation from May 15th 2025 at 6pm, we never received the promised/advertised $100 gift card for hosting the in-home consultation. This wasn't surprising, as the salesman conveniently forgot to show up with the required paperwork for the promotion (though he, and the office, promised to complete the required form regardless of if we made the purchase.... Ha.) Forum posts would suggest this is common practice.

You may want to reconsider your advertising and promotional approach, as if you're unable or unwilling to honor the cheapest of your promotions and agreements, it does not build confidence in any of your sales promises used to justify your significantly higher prices compared to competitors. The price that started at $12,000, but just couldn't drop below $9,500. While competitors have quoted $1,500 to, at most, $2,500. And online Leafguard posts and records topping out at around $7k.

Customers, please keep the above info and numbers in mind, to think about and reference during your own consultation. Maybe my experience with them is a fluke?

Alandis Lowe and Rudy Rodriguez were the leads on my job. Both were very informative, professional, likeable and fun to talk to. There were a total of 4 installers yet no yelling, no cussing, no outlandishly loud music so my neighbors weren't bothered. They worked nonstop the entire day then did a superb job cleaning up when done. Alandis did a thorough walk-around while explaining exactly how the water would flow and reminded me that I could call Leafguard at anytime with questions or concerns.

These were 2 hard working guys with smiles on their faces. This team of 4 worked very well together.

These new gutters make my house look so much better too. The first rain I'll be standing outside watching the water and smiling the entire time. No more worrying about my roof because I can't find anyone to clean the gutters.
