I had trouble with the orignial down sprout that was put in where the water to come out the bottom was completely closed. I phoned Oregon Gutter Service and they sent Jose and he was extremely professional and fixed the down sprout for no cost since it was an easy fix. He fixed it within 5 minutes and he was done. I appreciate this company and will call on them the next time I need gutters cleaned or if any other work that needs done on our gutters they will be the company I call. Thank You Oregon Gutter. I give them 5 stars and I wish I could them 10.

The estimate was given within a few days after I contacted them. When the day came to install the guys were friendly and said what they were going to do. Work went faster then I thought. Cleaned up after themselves. Great job. I would recommend the company to anyone. Thank you for a great job.

The guys that installed my patio roof gutters texted 15 minutes prior to arrival as I had requested. They were polite, explained what they were planning on doing, showed me the final results and cleaned up after themselves. This is the second time I have used them and would definitely recommend them for gutter installations. Thank you for a great service.

I had a disappointing experience with this company for gutter repairs. They sent only one technician to work on my three-story home, which seemed insufficient for the job. After two failed attempts to seal the corners, it was clear their work was subpar. While I eventually received a partial refund, I had to hire another company to fix the issues. The new contractor discovered large amounts of poorly applied caulking that didn’t adhere to the gutters at all. The poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail were unacceptable. This company is overpriced, and the quality of their service does not match the cost. I do not recommend them.

After receiving a quote from Leaf Filters, I decided to try my luck with someone local. Salem Oregon Gutter Service came out two days after requesting a quote and was a significantly lowered price than other competitors. After choosing which level of service I wanted, they scheduled the service within a few days. The crew that came out, notified me in advance on when they would be arriving and how long they would work each day. The first day they removed all my old gutters, down spouts, and removed moss from my roof, cleaned up and left. On the second day, they replaced my damaged Facia, installed all new gutters, gutter guards and down spouts. On the third day, they treated my roof, did a complete overall check and cleaned up any left over messes. They provided a detailed description of the work performed and provided contact info if anything did not satisfy my liking.

Salem Gutter Service was fantastic! I was called with a 15 minute heads up of their arrival. Jose was professional and personable. He performed the repair on my gutter quickly and well. I would highly recommend him and Tilly in the office who is very kind as well. I will call again if I need roof or gutter service!

Salem Gutter Service went above and beyond all our expectations! We got a quote within a couple days of calling and the installation crew started a few days later. The quote was thousands below any others we received, for more product and complete service. The installation crew was knowledgeable and friendly, worked fast, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly after each work day. We had all gutters and downspouts replaced, EcoPro gutter protectors added, and multiple corners of damaged fascia repaired - all the work is of the highest quality. The crew even helped us add a roof treatment while they were up on their ladders. Highly recommend!

Complete gutter replacement on large two story house.. excellent job…. They take great pride in their work and it shows! Arrived exactly at agreed time, worked fast, cleaned up well, explained everything that they did…. And made sure we were Completely satisfied!

I was very pleased with their work repairing our gutters a few years ago so I called them again when our downspout got clogged. Jose was prompt, friendly, professional and assessed the situation quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service and excellent prices, these guys are great. My estimator I believe was named Jose, he was very helpful and friendly and an honest guy. I had an issue where my front gutters weren't draining well and he fixed it for me real quick adjusting the hangers and didn't even tack that on to the price or try to upcharge it. Scheduling was also quick and easy, and I received an invoice promptly by email which was simple to pay. Highly recommend these guys for quality work and excellent service.

I was having a problem with overflowing gutters during the last couple big rain storms. My husband had already cleaned out the gutters and they were still overflowing. Jose got up on the roof to take a look and found a huge chunk of leaf debris blocking the opening to the downspout. He scooped it out and now we should be good as new for the next storm. I just had my roof professionally cleaned by Oregon Gutter Services and Jose Diaz did an exceptional job! There was a lot of moss growing between the shingles and he was up there for several hours cleaning and removing all that mess. And he also cleaned the gutters and downspouts. I feel confident that my roof is in good shape now to face the rainy season.
I highly recommend Oregon Gutter Services. Their price was reasonable compared to other quotes that I got. They are ethical and reliable. I will certainly use their services again in the future.

I had new gutters installed on an accessory building. I had to reschedule a couple of times and Oregon Gutter Service was extremely accommodating. The installers were great and fast . I couldn't be happier with the job done or the price paid.

Oregon Gutter Service provided an excellent and very detailed estimate. The workers arrived exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently, cleaned up everything and the quality of work was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation and installers were topnotch and were quick and efficient. Appreciate all they did in replacement of a leaking gutter section and re-attaching my existing gutter screens. Looks great and hopefully everything will flow well during the next diluge of rain. Thank you!

Scheduled 2 appointments for estimates and no one showed up. June 19th were supposed to be here at 10, no show. Left message for them and David rescheduled for this morning at 8, hasn't shown up yet. Very frustrating!
