Even with some staff issues and rescheduling, the crew showed up with notice, day expected, and had excellent service. Aligned a gutter, removed a rain barrel, and installed guards on downspouts. Knocked it out and did a great job. Highly recommend and will use again.

Oregon Gutter came highly recommended by our contractor who ha them do his home. I was very pleased with the whole process and the crew was friendly and open to a few changes I made as we were in the process of installation. I love our new rain gutters!

I have used Oregon gutter service for many years, and they never fail to perform. The timing and the workman for my particular project turned out amazing. Will definitely call them the next project.

We were happy with the estimator, who came on time and explained things well. They offered to do the installation the very next day. The installation went quickly and everything looked great. The gutters seem very sturdy. HOWEVER, three days later, during a heavy rain there was water pouring over the edge of a gutter. We found that a two foot section of gutter had been installed angled the wrong direction, causing all the water to sit at one corner of the gutters. We sent photos and video of the problem, and we were told it would be sent to their warranty department. (I was expecting a response more like "I'm so sorry, we'll send a crew out to fix it right away) It has now been a week and we haven't heard back. I called and they said the warranty department is backed up because of the snow storm "a few weeks ago". It was a month ago, and hardly a major event. I understand being loaded down with work, but I don't really understand why this needed to go to the warranty department in the first place. I know there needs to be systems in place, but it seems like there could be exceptions. It will probably take them 20 minutes tops to fix it. Just call the crew and tell them to head over there. And hey, that's one less thing for the overburdened warranty department to worry about. It's especially frustrating since the estimate was immediate, the installation could be done the very next day, and it certainly didn't take long to get the bill. Now that we have already paid and there is water pouring down right next to the foundation of our 95 year old subterranean basement, there is week+ long wait just because of some paperwork. I'm sure it will be fixed eventually and we will have some quality gutters, it's just very frustrating in the mean time. Oh, I almost forgot, while doing some gardening, we found they had done serious damage to an established shrub that is probably at least 10 years old. Looks pretty bad now that we pruned off the broken branches. It sounds like this is unusual for them, and honestly I think we are cursed right now. We've had frustrating problems with fence installation, roof repair, dishwasher repair, and shower installation. Trying not to let that stuff affect my review, but I thinks 3 stars is fair.

UPDATE: After complaining to them on the phone about the delay, they sent a crew out the next day. Much appreciated. When the crew called to confirm that it had been repaired, they asked us if someone had moved the gutter in an accusatory way. Why would we do that? They sort of apologized for smashing the bush, but made a bunch of excuses for that as well.

SOGS removed the old gutters and replaced them with new and so far I'm very happy with them. They were prompt, professional and affordable. I'm eagerly anticipating the next rain so I can see them in action. One very minor issue is that I found 3 large nails from the old gutters laying around the house and one of the downspouts either came disconnected or they just overlooked it and forgot to reconnect it. I'm sort of handy with tools so I will reconnect it myself but I'm sure they'd send someone back out if I asked.

I was extremely pleased with the work that was done by Oregon Gutter Service. They were quick to give a quote and were able to do the installation the next day.
Cree and Brandon arrived on time and worked through the hottest part of the day. There was absolutely no mess left. They were done from start to finish with in 5 hours.

I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done at a reasonable cost.

I called to schedule an estimate and had one on the books for later in October. Apparently it is their practice to have someone review requests for estimates and in the process someone called to ask me some questions about my repair needs. After some discussion he said, okay I will have an estimate sent to you for your signature and then we will get you on the books for the repair as soon as it is signed. I have to be honest, they were so quick and efficient it all happened so comprehensively and with so little effort on my part, I can't even give a perfect timeline. I have NEVER had any home repair, contract work, or even an estimate go as smoothly or as quickly. I realized this morning that the original date for an estimate can be deleted from my calendar because the whole job is already done! It looks great and I am so relieved it is finally repaired and it didn't cost a fortune! Thank you Oregon Gutter Service!!

Great service and a job well done. I am a DIYer and an auditor, so I like to stay on budget. Having that said, if you want to install gutters yourself, you might save a few dollars (literally) and spend days of work installing them yourself. Or just have Salem Oregon Gutter Service install them, save you a lot of time, headaches, and money. The prices were extremely reasonable, they were prompted to respond to everything, provided a detailed itemized quote, and from start to finish within a few hours. Highly recommended

Very well run business. Excellent customer service, and time management from beginning to end! Everyone I spoke with from estimator to work crew was courteous and professional. The crew did an excellent job, leaving no sign they had even been here. They were very proficient and personable. The whole process was a pleasure and completely stress free. I have used them in the past on several other jobs they always do good honest work for an honest price . Called for an estimate they were out within a couple of days installed then within 2 weeks after that. Great job courteous people will definitely use them again.

I am a very skeptical person when it comes to contractors, services, and so on. When I requested the quote from them it was not the exception. I got several bids, did research about doing it by myself, materials, details, etc.
I was surprised that they came next day to look at the gutters and that they gave me the quote right there in my house without waiting any longer. We scheduled the service for two days later, they showed-up early and I did not have to be there, but they were in contact by phone with me constantly (because I requested it).
Part of the boards I had, needed to be substituted because they were rotten. I got the option of doing it on my own, with someone else, or with them. I did it with them because it was fast and the price was competitive.
They came a day later and substituted the needed boards, and installed the gutters. When they were done, I went to supervise the work and found aesthetic details that could be improved. I told them about it and they corrected the things right away, even if they had to cut more material and re-install some parts. They made sure I was happy with the work done.

This is the first long review I have ever given to any company, but they did very well, from initial phone call, quote appointment, and installation.

Price was good and they did a great job on installation. They even added little pieces of flashing where the house needed it at no charge. It took a while to get an appointment but that would be expected since it’s a good deal

We had a small gutter repair job and were disappointed with the quote from our roof maintenance company. Oregon Gutter responded quickly and courteously with a much lower quote. Always wary of low quotes, I was happily surprised when I didn’t have to deal with an inflated invoice after the job was completed. In fact, they further reduced the price since they were able to use my original elbow sections that were’t damaged.

I had a gutter damaged by a fallen tree limb. They came out and replaced it and installed leaf guards for a very reasonable price. Great workmanship and pleasant to deal with.

OGS did a great job replacing our gutters and downspouts! They arrived on time and had the job done in about 3 hours—and completely cleaned up before leaving. Now that we’ve had some rain, I’m even more pleased!
