I have been trying to get customer service to call me back and when I expressed how upset I was that they still had not called within the promised 24 hr timeframe, she eventually hung up on me. They had not even put the request for the call back into their system until 12 pm TODAY and I called at 10:27 am YESTERDAY! Plus I explained that this was a urgent matter for we were supposed to close on the house today!! After reading the reviews, I now see that this is a pattern of behavior for this company and it's not customer friendly!

Mark from Leafguard was great! Very knowledgeable and showed me things i didnt even know! Im very excited to have this work done and look forward to having a secure system! I’ll post again if im able to after the work is done. Thanks Mark!

Kelvin and Johnathan the installers arrived on site did an introduction and got to work right away. Completed installation by 4 PM which was amazing. Extremely happy with the product and the service was excellent also.

Justin & John were on time and were very pleasant to work with. Our issue was addressed in an efficient manner.

When they showed up, they had the big truck out there and was cutting everything and somebody come over and talk to me right away. Told me what their job agenda was. Everyone that I talk to was very polite and professional!!! When they started their game plan, they got it done very very fast and it looks amazing Just want to say thank you for the very good job you did!!!! Awesome!!!!

Alandis Lowe & Alex Coello did a nice installation job at our house. They removed all trash and my yard looked good after they left. After I communicated that I needed regular updates Alandis did a good job of keeping me updated. They were perfectionists in their work - would highly recommend!

Verified Contractor Review: LeafGuard markets itself as a premium product and charges premium pricing. With that level of pricing, customers should expect premium professionalism behind the scenes as well.

I completed an installation for LeafGuard on August 25, 2025 and have still not been paid. Since then, the local office moved locations and I’ve been unable to reach anyone directly. When I call the national hotline, I’m told someone will contact me, but I have not received a return call or a clear plan to resolve the outstanding balance.

If this is how contractors are handled, consumers should be cautious. Before signing, I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and comparing alternatives because they are 6-10x’s the price of standard gutters which are superior in professionals eyes. Most home owners would rather pay $10 a foot over $60-100 a foot. Good luck trying to clean this product.
LeafGuard management needs to contact me to resolve this immediately. If payment is not addressed promptly, I will pursue formal remedies available to contractors, including lien rights where applicable.

Repeat customer. Had them replace the remaining down spouts and gutters. As always an excellent job. Just the nicest people you could work with!

These guys did an AWESOME job !!! My house was built in 1915 and
hadn't had any love for a very long time. The new gutters is just the start

My gutters had been pretty neglected for a while, but they came and I couldn't be happier with the results. And boy, I'm glad they came to save the day before this horrendous snow storm hit us! On July 15, Salem Oregon Gutter Service replaced an old, cheap and damaged gutter on a large shop building with a completely new, larger gutter and downspout. The three workers were knowledgeable, personable, and knew how to work together to complete the job as efficiently as possible, and explained to me what they were doing at each step. They cleaned up lots of tree debris that had collected in the old gutter that fell out when it was taken down, as well as all the old gutter pieces. The fascia board on the shop was only 1" thick, so they marked it where the rafter tails connected so they could fasten the gutters at the rafters, making for a stronger attachment. I was totally pleased with their work. Also, their price was lower than another bid, and they came out to do the work within a couple of weeks. Next time I need gutter work, I'll call them again.

The guys were on time, worked steady and were done in a few hours. The gutters look great. Finished product and service is better than we thought. They took the old down and cleaned it up and hauled them away. We couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely would highly recommend them.

We had a very long piece of gutter replaced and the rest of our gutters cleaned. They arrived earlier than scheduled, they worked quickly and efficiently, and made no mess at all. I was very impressed. We will definitely use them again.

Very happy with the service I received from Oregon Gutter Service. I found the staff/crew to be very professional on all levels, from getting a quote to execution of the work. Prices are very reasonable too! Thank you for the repairs you made to our gutters/fascia.

Lucas was very thorough and helpful with answering our questions as he helped me understand their product(s) and provided multiple proposals. He even made a special trip to our house to show us their color options. Courtney was always very polite and professional when I called to ask additional questions and to schedule the work. We had many questions about the gutter guard they use as well as making sure the colors matched our home. At a certain point, I'm sure they were tired of hearing from me but they didn't let my persistence outwardly irritate them in any way. Micah called 45 minutes prior to his arrival and came to our home to install the gutters on time. He was sure to verify the work being done upon his arrival, and was also very polite. Time will tell how the gutters and guard perform but with their lifetime warranty and my experience from the he installation, my hopes are high that they'll be fine and even if there is any issue(s), they'll quickly respond to any concerns.

I had this company out to install brand new gutters and down spouts all the way around the house. Theu did a great job looks really nice. They showed up got right to work and where only here a few hours. I would recommend this company. The price was cheaper than other estimates i got also!!
