This is a fantastic company. We have been using them for years. The owner and his team are fantastic. Good Value. Everyone who comes into our home thinks that we have new carpet. It's not new but Clean Carpet RX has made it look so good.

My couch looks brand new now! Before Steve cleaned my sectional, it was disgusting and way past due for care. It was coated in pet hair and had been the victim of multiple spills and accidents. Frankly, my spouse just wanted to start fresh and purchase a new couch.
Now our old couch seriously looks brand new and there isn't even a hint of the old stains. I'm very grateful for the attention to detail and service Steven provided!

Stephen of Clean Carpet Rx was able to accommodate our request to have the carpets cleaned in a vacant unit of ours on short notice before the new tenants moved in. He did a fantastic job and was even able to remove stains that were previously on the carpet. Very professional and efficient.

I highly recommend Clean Carpet Rx! This is the second time we used their services; first for a rental property last year, and a few days ago at our home. On both occasions we received spectacular customer service and superior carpet cleaning. Steve squeezed me in this week after I shared I had concerns about a stain and had a tight schedule. He called us the morning of the service to give us an ETA, then shared his location so we could track his arrival. His expertise on stains is amazing, and he is completely honest about which stains he can remove or not, or perhaps just lighten. He worked neatly and expeditiously and shared some of his carpet care tips with me when I asked about various concerns. He even went above and beyond by treating and removing a stain from my daughter’s area rug that was recently delivered in a damaged, partially open shipping box. He was there to clean our living room carpet, but when we showed him the area rug that was folded up in the adjacent room and asked his advice on the stain removal, he kindly offered to clean it for us and just requested that we lay it out next to the living room carpet he was working on. Our living room carpet looks and feels amazing and has a subtle fresh clean smell. Clean Carpet Rx is the only company I will use for my carpet and upholstery cleaning.

They did great on the carpets, no complaints there, and for the price it’s even better. I really appreciate this company providing great service at an affordable price. Only downside is that I wish they would keep the rest of the hard floors clean by either removing shoes or using shoe covers. After the cleaning my hardwood floor was messy with footprints and more from the cleaner walking with their shoes in the house. It would be great if they cleaned up any messes they made while doing the carpet.

Very disappointed and disgusted. I had my carpet cleaned in my vacant unit that I am going to rent out. When I came back to my unit 5 days later I discovered this in my KITCHEN sink. He didn’t even bother to rinse it down or let me know. Basically there is 8 years of carpet dirt and dog bacteria sitting in my kitchen sink for 5 days. I was offered no compensation.

I have used several carpet cleaning companies throughout the years, but Clean Carpet Rx is and has been the by far the best one yet. Their prices are very reasonable, their customer service was very professional, and best of all their services were impressive! Our tenants left the rugs in poor shape and we seriously considered changing out the carpet.

We decided to call Clean Carpet Rx and see if they can help. They responded the next day and did an amazing job. They restored the carpets to looking like almost new. Highly recommend.
