I just love the manner in which they speak. Polite and not aggressive, to the point and quick. The booking was a breeze and they provided time between the check out of guests and the arrival of new guests. The staff arrived right on time, didn't waste a second. They cleaned the grout in the bathroom which I hadn't even requested, and the appliances in the kitchen were sparkling. Only little thing, I wish they had turned off the AC on my preferred temp when done, but truly no deal breaker at all. Guests found a squeaky clean place, and that matters.

Anthony did a great job. He was thorough and respectful of my dad's apartment. The process and transparency of what to expect were great. Will use them again in the near future.

I was absolutely delighted with the outcome of the cleaning service provided. The quality of their work is truly unmatched, and my home was left in pristine condition. Their cleaners have an incredible eye for detail, and they go above and beyond to ensure every corner is spotless. My only piece of constructive feedback would be in the area of managing expectations regarding punctuality. While the cleaning itself was great, the potential delays should be addressed.

This is the third time we have used a cleaning service, and the first time with your agency.
We were very disappointed with prior cleaners, and therefore did not expect much. We were pleasantly surprised with how well Anthony did. His work is excellent. He is a pleasant young man with a great work ethic. He worked hard and even did extra cleaning we had not expected. We will definitely use your agency again.

Had them do a deep clean before my parents visited. Appliances were wiped inside and out and the house looked staged. Perhaps the best part is we got compliments for the work from one of our visitors.

Anthony was extremely polite and well-mannered. He handled our move-out cleaning thoroughly and with great attention to detail. Everything was done exactly as expected, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend this business and especially Anthony for any of your future cleaning needs.

Wally was a tremendous help in cleaning and organizing our home. He has good spatial relations and made good suggestions on how to reorganize our living room. We have more space now. He left our house spotless and more organized. He’s very efficient and very pleasant to work with. He came with all his cleaning supplies and was very systematic.

I liked Host & Home Cleaners’ form of communication - text. I am a texter, so it was perfect! And if I had questions or concerns through text, they answered right away! Extremely satisfied with their quick responses.

Regarding the cleaning, the only thing I am dissatisfied with is that there were a lot of missed areas/appliances from the original cleaning that were not in good shape for my inspection. Thankfully, Host & Home Cleaners bent the 48-hour policy to notify them of concerns and came out to work on those areas again. They originally cleaned on a Friday and my property manager couldn’t come out to inspect until the following week, so I appreciate Host & Home Cleaners for coming back out after my property manager’s inspection. Extremely pleased with them for accommodating me.

Very stressful experience with this company. Total waste of time and money. NOT RECOMMENDED. I scheduled a moving out cleaning three weeks before my preferred date (8/31 @ 10AM) and confirmed it 3 days before. Hannah (POC) said all good. On the day of service, when cleaners haven't arrived yet at 10:25, I called/sent a text message and got a reply at 10:45am saying Hannah couldn't locate Arthur, the assigned cleaner. At 11AM, she finally located the cleaner and rescheduled cleaning at 1:30PM. my concern was: can a one- person cleaner finish a 3 bedroom, 2 level house?! Initial conversation when I booked the service was 2 cleaners will come. I only asked Arthur to clean the INSIDE of the house given the time constraints (exclude lanai and outside main door. I asked Hannah pointly - can Arthur do the job alone? She said he's their best. I persisted with this issue, Hannah sent 2 more cleaners around 3:30pm but when I checked the house at 4:30, only 1 cleaner was helping Arthur (the other person was just waiting and sitting on the car - I talked to her to verify her role). Overall, the end result was VERY POOR (didn't clean cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms; ceiling fans still dusty (they only brought 2-3-step stool ladder that will not reach far/high areas); missed window screens; and sliding doors were untouched)!!! Difficult to see and inspect the areas since they finished at 7:14PM. My property manager was deducting money from my deposit for cleaning. Such a waste of money and time! Moving (eso out of HI) is already stressful but dealing with unprofessional cleaning service like this added more stress and costs more money. Hannah was apologetic but never do anything more than that to rectify the issue and wrongfully gave me information that 2 additional cleaners were sent to help. She offered discount but when I asked about it - I never got a response!!! Arthur was picked up by his dad with a car showing "Art's Cleaning" - so Host and Home is sub-contracting and will never be accountable to its VERY POOR service. Please look for another cleaning service provider and learn from my experience!

So many things just sucked honestly and I'll never use this company again. I confirmed my appointment the morning of, then they get there later than the 30-minute arrival window, a $537 hold was placed on my account before anyone even showed up. I got a text saying the cleaners were there within the arrival window (just to cover someone's butt) but no one arrived for another 20 minutes.
Once the ladies were dropped off by some guy in a tesla, I said so many times to let me know when furniture needed to be moved so they could clean under the couch, bed, etc. and neither of them ever let me know. The main thing I wanted was for the tile floors to be DEEP CLEANED as I'm 9 months pregnant and just can't and it was not done when the prior tenants moved out and was gross. After they were done with upstairs, I went up and the floors were still gross. I scrubbed ONE tile myself and the rag was disgusting which I showed to one of the cleaners. She said if I wanted them deep cleaned she would have to call her boss and explain, which would take them more time and would cost more (???) I paid $537 for a DEEP CLEANING and then get told I have to pay more for the floors to be deep cleaned. The tesla showed back up and was parked outside for the last hour. The ladies were obviously being rushed to finish. When I was upstairs, I even heard a man's voice in my house downstairs I'm assuming rushing them. I don't want some random man in my house period.
Then I get a call from their office asking about my experience. I told them everything I mentioned here and they said "we don't offer that kind of cleaning" okay then why do you offer a deep cleaning service and how do you justify calling yourself a cleaning company?? She apologized and did offer to reimburse me $30... of the $537 I paid. Ridiculous service for the price. It sucks to be let down from a service I really needed after spending that kind of money. Lesson learned.

Elena is incredibly professional and top-tier! She was prompt, efficient, and detail-oriented. We had to clean up after the last negligent tenants, which put a damper on our exciting new move-in. With Elena's help and skill, we finally have peace of mind that our new home is clean, odorless, and ready for a fresh new beginning for our ohana. Mahalo nui Elena, you da best!

Being a big on being on time kind of person and they nailed it. Cleaner texted when she was 10 minutes away, came exactly on time. Extremely polite and asked me right away if I had a special request. She did a thorough clean and I could tell the difference especially in the bathroom and kitchen. Floors were wonderful, smelled clean but not too strong. Only thing that would be better is maybe leaving a checklist behind of what was done, just so I can keep track for my own records. Other than that no complaints, I'll be booking again in the near future.

If the options allowed me to pick all 5 , I totally would! The appointment setter Olivia, was so absolutely helpful, responsive and well informed. We were absolutely blessed to get Elena as our professional cleaner! Elena , showed up on schedule & made magic happen! She made 7 years of living in same space look just about brand new. Elena, is pleasant, kind, easy to chat with, she shared her insight with me when I asked how to clean better as I am an avid fan of sparkling clean ! I definitely recommend Host and Home, and ask for Elena, definitely as she gets the job done! Thank you Host and Home for the very pleasant experience! Aloha!

My bathroom mirror is streak free for the first time since I moved in. Small thing but I notice it every day now. The vanity and faucets were polished too. IF you don't appreciate that kind of attention to details, you would not be able to rate the work.

The cleaning products this company uses are simply divine! My home smells so fresh and clean for days after they’ve been here. In fact, I was so impressed with the scent and the quality of the clean that I actually went out and bought the same cleaning products for my own use in between their visits. It’s a small testament to the high standards they uphold in every aspect of their service. Thank you, Host & Home, for not only providing an excellent cleaning but also for introducing me to my new favorite cleaning supplies. You guys are truly great!

As hosts on Airbnb, this is the team you should hire. They are courteous, timely with confirming bookings, and flexible with last minute requests. The cleaner did a great job setting up the space again, folded towels neatly, and even left a little welcome card which my guests noticed. Communication before and after was excellent, received before and after pics which made me happy from afar. Only small hiccup trash cans outside weren't wheeled out to the curb like I do but again not the end of the world. Extremely recommend them for stress less turnovers.

Anthony deserves 6 stars. His cleaning was fantastic. The attention to detail was great. We have used many cleaning services and this was by far the most thorough. Our condo looks excellent. Mahalo Anthony and Host and Home.

Quick turnaround for midweek visit and quite honestly they did it flawlessly even though it was a bit of a last-minute turnaround. Garbage was removed accordingly and they even recycled which most cleaning services toss everything in together but they actually separated it properly. They replenished the coffee bar with new pods and restocked everything so the next guests would be all ready. They even cleaned the shower drain cover, one of those things that always gets disgusting but most people do not even bother with at all. It was all tidy and clean when they finished and you could tell they didn't rush it even though it was a weekday appointment. The one tiny nitpick was one window catch was left half open but seriously that's so minor and I was able to shut it remotely afterward so it wasn't even an issue. In total they obviously knew what a midweek refresh requires and ensured all was guest ready without undertaking unnecessary deep cleaning. It's excellent when cleaners can adapt what they do according to what kind of clean is actually required.

I booked Host & Home for a post-event clean after hosting a big gathering, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. After the event, that property needed quite a bit of cleaning, and they handled everything thoroughly. This is excellent thoroughness for post-event cleaning, and I'll definitely use them again.
