I started working with Lacey after I showed my husband the ad that came in the mail. We booked an estimate and Lacey called me to work everything out, I senr pictures of the front and back of the house and the front of the garage. Lacey sent out someone to look at the areas that needed work.it actually ended being Danny the owner.my husband got there just as he was finishing up. We worked out a contract that we could agree on and waited to get the work done. There was a small wait but once we were on the schedule they came and got it done. They did come back to put in the covers that they didn’t have for the gutters and fixed one of the run offs to drain in another direction and my husband really appreciated the work done, he felt the tech did an awesome job! 5 stars for Windward Windows and Gutters.

I highly recommend Windward Windows & Gutters! Their customer service was fantastic and easy to work with. Scheduling was very easy, and communication was solid throughout. On the day of service, Dane was our technician and he was SO GREAT. Very easy to work with and he did an amazing job. The windows have never looked so good. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. Definitely recommend!

When the two guys showed up to clean our gutters and windows, and complete a repair to a broken gutter, I was immediately taken with their friendly attitudes and their utter professionalism. One of them took the lead and walked the entire job with me, explaining everything they would be doing, how they would accomplish their work and basically how long it would take. He promised that they would stay out of our way as best they could and not be a bother to us. I wasn’t really worried about that at all, and then they both took the time to meet our dogs and make them feel comfortable with their presence. They were fast and did an excellent job, reporting into me regularly with the progress. I enjoyed the experience very much and they did an extremely excellent job. They also took the time to walk the job with me when they were done to go over what they had done and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I cannot recommend Windward Gutters and Windows enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, excellent communication, and quality workmanship truly set them apart.

The installation crews were outstanding! Jordan did a phenomenal job installing gutter covers and performing a thorough cleaning, while Jaime and Ethan expertly installed an additional gutter, downspout, and bird spikes with precision and efficiency.

Every team member was on time, professional, and detail-oriented. They took photos throughout the process, kept me informed, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the job. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but Windward Windows and Gutters exceeded all expectations!

Great job in installing gutter for my house. Danny came a few time to estimate different part of the gutters around my house and gave very professional suggestions and reasonable pricing. Lacey and the workers are great, they were very efficient and did a very professional job.

Very pleased with the work GuWi did on replacing my gutters with new ones. Very professional and friendly workers who also kept me informed on the progress of the work.

I am a returning customer. As always great service. Did a great job cleaning my gutters. Reasonable costs and fast.

On the day of our gutter cleaning , they didn't need us to be home. we left the gate unlocked for access to front patio. they did a great job. They sent an email for payment and all was done on the computer which made it so convenient.

Great experience, from start to finish. Danny was fantastic with the site visit and scheduling, and the team (Santiago and Ethan) were so thoughtful and efficient. Outstanding service.

I called for a quote based on gutter pulling away from fascia and filling with water and debris. Danny was there the next day and presented the estimate that we accepted.

I dreaded another high cost home expense but the service was reasonable. He also completed it in one day while we were gone and sent me pictures to show the work completed.

WWG removed existing plastic gutters, 160 of & 5 downspouts. Quick/clean installation, came back to add downspout. Gutters handled the havoc rain in Kaneohe. Crew work ethic is excellent & product top notch. Very satisfied. Definitely recommend WWG .

Windward Windows & Gutters did a great job cleaning out my gutters especially the one section that looked like a fern planter. The crew was not phased by the task and promptly attacked the overgrowth in the gutter, especially being at the 2nd story of the house.
I called a couple other companies for quotes but got no replies.
I was pleased that this company answered their phone and was able to schedule me in within a few days.

Logan and Lane were very, very knowledgeable, professional and efficient at installing our rain gutter. They were also kept us updated on the and were so quick my comforter didn’t get a chance to even get warm!
