The true value is with the installation crews, they were friendly, respectful and diligent. I was a General Contractor for 30 years in Hawaii, I know when I see a good contractor. The team was highly professional and courteous. They even repaired a previously installed (another company) gutter that was leaking and missing anchors, at no charge. I am pleased with the resulting gutter installation - just in time for the rainy season!

I had a partial gutter install done. Response to my online inquiry was within 24 hours. Danny, the owner, came and provided an estimate. He was friendly & professional, very thorough and explained everything well. On the day of the install, Logan & Keagan came, they were pleasant & knew what they were doing. It was a bit of a windy day so additional crew were called to assist. Danny also arrived to assess and help. I was so thankful he did because he had the foresight & ability to suggest & change the design slightly to achieve a more balanced draining efficiency. There was exactly enough leftover material to add a 2nd end spout that he offered to do at no charge. He could have made extra money for this addition, but didn’t. THAT small decision made me a customer for life. I trust this company & the employees to do outstanding work and stand behind what they do. Thank you Windward Windows and Gutters!

Had replacement gutters made on site and installed. Great job. Very happy with results. From sales to installation, everyone was top notch. Would highly recommend this Company for any of your needs.

I had a couple of concerns based on differences noted during the service and what I thought was going to happen based on the contract. The staff was receptive to my feedback but didn't really provide any answers or actions to address them. That said, my gutters are much cleaner now than they were.

The recent rain and wind almost blew my gutter off of my roof. I needed pretty urgent help reattaching the gutters. Gave me a quote pretty quickly that was very reasonable and lower than other quotes I got. The guy that came over knew what he was doing and was able to get it fixed quickly and efficiently.
Getting through the various automations and having quotes edited for changes was a little slow and it took a while for us to get scheduled (dispite communicating that this was urgent) but those were minor issues that were overshadowed by the great price and great service.

From start to finish it was a smooth and quick process. I inquired about getting some rain gutters installed and the estimator was onsite within a few days. Once scheduled, the installers was very professional, the Quality and workmanship speaks for itself. Highly recommended for future service.

I needed solar panel cleaning. Technicians were prompt, easily answered my questions, then got to work and finished quickly. I took my own before and after pics and have attached.

We have been struggling with this company for several years. They missed our weekly scheduled pool maintenance on many occasions resulting in our pool turning green. After several text messages about missed service, they would often show up, blame us, or the rain for the green pool and they would dump many chemicals in the pool. If they had serviced the pool on a weekly basis, they would not have needed the extra chemicals. When they did clean the pool, they would perform a sub-par service, leaving many areas dirty. On a couple occasions, we paid another company to clean the pool, as they refused to provide service. We additionally had a leak in our pool, they checked on the pool, stated that there was not a leak, but the water continued to drop substantially on a daily basis (i.e., one inch a day). The last straw occurred when the cleaner sent us a message about a family emergency, he stated he would be gone for one week which is understandable, but he showed up three weeks late. When he arrived, he refused to clean the pool, left and stated that he would no longer service our pool. Unfortunately, our time with Pool Service of the Pacific was very frustrating and a financial drain. We would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

Matt at Pacific Spray Wash just did the outside of our house in Kahalu'u. Our side of the island is always wet, so the walkways and house get green. My Mom wanted to get the house cleaned so she could repaint. Matt was very responsive and got us a quote in a timely manner. Both of my parents commented on his professional nature while he was at the house and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. Parents wanna do it every year now! Owner/Operator Mr. Matthew Comstock was very accommodating as far as scheduling goes, provided a very reasonable quote for a job that would have taken me weeks to perform myself, was very thorough with each cost line item, took the time to explain to me how his business operates and the work entailed and answered every question I had. With the current COVID situation and just overall hesitation to let people into my home, Mr. Comstock came dressed according to keep himself and my family safe and just made us feel overall comfortable. After cleaning our rock wall, he even came back a week later to inspect and make sure we were satisfied with the work. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend this company to others. Will be soliciting him for future roof and PV cleaning work in the very near future.

Mahalos Pacific Spray Wash!!!!!

I requested a quote to clean my roof on the Pacific Spray Wash website. Matt, the owner, called me back within a half-hour of my completing the online request. We discussed what I wanted done and within another half-hour, he emailed me a firm quote - which was very reasonable.

They showed up on 06/28/21 and finished in about 3 hours. My wife and I were amazed at how clean our roof looked. In fact, the roof looked brand new! I highly recommend Pacific Spray Wash to anyone who needs/wants to have their roof cleaned by a professional, conscientious company.

Pacific Spray Wash did an excellent job on cleaning my deeply darkened roof blackened by decades of mildew and algae growth in rainy Moanalua Valley. The crew arrived on time and immediately set up equipment to protect foliage and garden plants. They worked efficiently and professionally to systematically turn the gray black roof to a bright white finish. They thoroughly cleaned even under each of 20 PV and solar panels so the entire roof was a consistent bright white from edge to edge. Before they left, they cleaned up any runoff and overspray so all sides of the house and driveway were completely clean. I would highly recommend Pacific Spray Wash for your most challenging roof cleaning needs.

Our home needed cleaning on the outside, the walls, eves and patio ceiling had dirt and mold. I call Pacific Spray Wash company that had ads in the Hawaii Renovation newspaper section. Matt the owner came to our home to see what needed to be done. After patiently explaining how their process of house washing is done, I knew I call the right company. On the day scheduled for our house to be washed Matt and his crew of Mike and Patrick who were very polite and friendly knew what to do. They sealed and taped the electrical outlets, outside lights and doors where water may enter. They did an excellent job of eliminating the dirt and mold on the outside of the house, garage and sidewalks. We were very pleased with the work done. If we had to do the cleaning by ourselves it would have taken 3 or more day. They did it in about 6 hours. We recommend this company to all who need their services.
