My Parents Wanted to have their roof cleaned prior to the installation of the incoming Solar Panels, and contacted Pacific Spray Wash. After Speaking With Matt and Coordinating, an Appointment was set. The day Matt and his Team arrived (Mike, Mitchell, Steve) They were all very friendly and professional. After introducing
himself and the team, Matt explained the process, and what to expect. They were mindful of the plants near the roofline and kept them rinsed with fresh water as the cleaning runoff would run down from the roof. The Guys did a great job ensuring all roofs of my parents 2 story home was well washed. Talk about a total Transformation! Not only did they do such a great job they even brought in my parents trash can after it got picked up! Overall The work and service Matt and his team provide was excellent. I was very impressed with their professional demeanor, because you can tell they enjoy what they do and are happy when clients are satisfied. I recently had the pleasure of contracting with Pacific Spray Wash to soft clean my rooftop PV panels. The entire process was transparent and easy. I reached out to Matt Comstock in order to obtain an estimate for the job. His response was timely, courteous, thorough and professional. We communicated several times prior to setting up a date for the job to be initiated. His quote was very reasonable. He entertained and satisfactorily addressed every question and issue I raised, and we were set to go. One of his crew, Mitchel, arrived promptly and immediately started working following an introduction and explanation of the process. He was polite, considerate, efficient, thorough and very professional. He left our residence without a trace of evidence that he was ever here (except for a small amount of water on the ground around the roof with the panels, which would be expected). Matt provided me with a summary of what Mitchel found, re the condition of the panels, as well as both 'before' and 'after' photos. The entire process went so smoothly and, to boot, the kilowatt production of my panels increased dramatically. I would strongly endorse the services of Pacific Spray Wash without reservation.

We knew we needed our roof and PV system cleaned, but were unsure about who to contact. The last company we hired used a heavy rotor pressure washer. They damaged part of our gutter getting the rotor onto our roof and one of our PV panels didn’t work after the cleaners left. I’m so happy to have found Pacific Spray Wash! I found them a few years ago whale frantically searching for someone to pressure wash and soft wash my driveway, deck and house. (The soft wash is amazing for the home exterior and deck!) They were literally the only company that quickly responded to my inquiry. The "science" and tech behind cleaning solar panels, roof material and nasty algae on my roof was a learned experience. I called for a quote, they were trying to charge me for the quote, there prices are really expensive especially for solar panel cleaning. I will call someone else! Why deny that we spoke on the phone! I called 01/13/2026. I asked for a quote. This is why your providing bad service and not admitting to our conversation. Patrick and Joey did a great job with the roof soft wash. They were thorough, efficient and quick, and professional in all aspects . There were also friendly and came with Aloha. Owner/operator Matt was the consummate professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
