The cleaning crew is special. They always ask what needs to be done. They work efficiently and communicate well with each other.

I love that the bill can be paid online when they are done.

Booked for a move out studio inspection, the team did excellent job and the owner kept the open communication through out.

After the realtor inspection, I contacted the Marlene for a touch up and they gladly did it and was free of charge!

I have been using Arise for my carpet cleaning needs since 2008. They are reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I use them for both my own home as well as rental properties. They have worked miracles when it comes to stains. I have seen permanent marker and make up stains set in for years come out with Arise. I've also seen what looked like clean sofa's become cleaner than I ever remember (the water used to clean the sofa came out to be black at the end).
