S&S was so responsive and fast to get my cleaning job accomplished! Communication was Excellent (capital E) with Shyla; she made the job seamless! The work was outstanding, making my home look like new following heavy renovations. We are extremely pleased with the professional service we received from S&S. They performed a deep clean of our house and the detailing was top tier (all the corners, the high ceiling - gecko poop!) and the work was done efficiently. Everyone was polite and on time. Honestly I’m really happy with S & S Cleaning Services. I was planning on moving out to a new location and part of my lease agreement stated that I needed to have my place professionally cleaned. I’m so happy I came across their page on Google Maps and also on FB. When speaking with him regarding the services I needed, they were really friendly and super helpful. They have great communication and provided a great moving out cleaning services. Even when they finished their service they did a walkthrough with me to show me everything they had did. Some things they cleaned I didn’t even think of cleaning before. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

Outstanding job! Cannot stress enough how wonderful of an experience I had with Stephen, Shyla and their company. We had a cement slab poured and stamped in our backyard lanai, but black silica dust got in and covered our entire house. Walls, ceiling, every surface… it was a nightmare. We have louvred windows and single wall construction, so the dust really made a mess everywhere inside! I cried and was heartbroken thinking about how to even begin cleaning the house. My husband had an intervention and called S&S. Thank gaaawwwddd he did, they were able to come the next day and get the house clean in just a few hours. They cleaned everything inside, top to bottom- ceilings, walls, floors, furniture… my house has NEVER been so clean! Trust me, I’m a picky person and keep a pretty clean house, so I typically don’t appreciate other ppl cleaning my house, but there is no way I could've done what they did in a day. It would have taken me weeks to get clean, not to mention the toxicity of breathing and living in a space covered in that black silica dust with our family and dogs! We are so so thankful for Shyla and Steven and their wonderful company! I even plan to book them to come regularly now every couple weeks or months and help me with deep cleaning. It is worth it, they are worth it! Their communication was so great too! They made this process so so easy, and I cannot thank S&S (Shyla & Stephen) enough! 🙏 Just call them already, you will not be disappointed!

I called this company on a Monday night, and they were able to come by early the next morning. They finished the job in about three hours and did such a thorough, respectful job. They deep cleaned my bathroom, reached spots I couldn’t get to myself, and came fully prepared with their own equipment. The team was kind, considerate, and went above and beyond what I expected. The cost was very fair, and overall I was extremely happy with the service. Highly recommend!

We were so relieved to have S&S help us with a recent rental turnover. They were so responsive, quick to contact us with any clarifying questions, and even stayed late into the night to finish the job after the electricity got mistakenly turned off while they were diligently working. (We also hired them to clean our old school jalousie windows and screens- they have never been so clean!) We loved their service and friendliness so much we have asked them to start regular service at our main home.

This is the first time we’ve had our house professionally deep cleaned since we’ve moved in 4 years ago and we could not be happier with the service that S&S has provided! I’m 9.5 months pregnant and was stressed about the house but dont have the time nor energy to clean all the nooks and crannies. I found S&S through Google and saw they were a small, local, family-owned business with raving reviews so I reached out. Shyla was quick to respond and get us booked especially during their busy season right before the holidays. She was organized and sent us their info and what their services included and didn’t include. I loved the transparency so we knew exactly what to expect. It was a quick and seamless process to get booked. Day of cleaning, they send a text when they’re on the way. Steven was such great energy in the morning and walked us through his plans for the day. We let them do their thing and upon completion, he did a thorough walk through with us. We have an older mid century style home so we have some features that are just “aged” but they truly made the house look AND feel new. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great, local cleaners.

They are top notch professionals, experts in deep cleaning, and my favorite part is they are all family so no random strangers off the street coming into your home! This business deserves their 5 star rating! I reached out to S&S for a deep clean of my home. They were responsive on a Sunday afternoon, and very professional and transparent as far as services and fees. They had a last minute availability and were able to fit me in the next day. The gals arrived on time, were very friendly and ready to get down to business. They really detailed every square inch of my home! I keep the home pretty clean and am very picky when it comes to services but this team was sheer impressive! They even cleaned areas two previous cleaning companies missed! They are detail oriented; I don't think my home has ever been as clean as they left it! They are a little more expensive than other companies, but after using a few other less expensive companies it's clear why they are more expensive and in this case the added cost is well worth it if you want a super detailed deep clean by locals you can trust. Needless to say I'm really looking forward to having them back soon!

We had an excellent experience with S & S Cleaning and Concierge. They were able to fit us in on a Saturday for a last-minute move-out clean, which was a huge relief. They did an incredibly thorough job. They deep cleaned the bathroom and cleaned all the kitchen appliances, including the fridge, and everything looked amazing. The house was spotless afterward, and the owners were very happy. We also had a wonderful conversation with Stephen who was super friendly and professional, and communication with Shyla over the phone was clear and easy. The whole process was smooth and worry-free. It was a pleasure working with them, and we’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

The Maids is a very professional cleaning service. They have excellent management and integrity. I was moving out of a house and they cleaned it perfectly top to bottom.
