We bought our first home with Pulte at Spiritas Ranch but our main problem with the home is poor landscaping job. Puddles of water form on the sides of the home shortly after rainfall which leads to mosquito problems. Warranty department does not entertain this issue by saying that this is normal.

This was brought up over and over again and every time they would have a new excuse such as your neighbor is watering their yard too frequently which causes the issue or that there is not enough sunlight on the sides and so forth. I have friends in the neighborhood who own a Pulte home as well and they have the same issue with their homes. Why is it that only Pulte homes have this issue in the entire community? I checked the rest of the homes from other builders personally and none of them have this issue. We even brought in a warranty inspector and he had the same comments.

Absolutely beautiful homes! The architecture and landscaping are stunning, and everything is so well-maintained. There’s a real sense of community here—neighbors are friendly, and it feels safe and welcoming. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that’s not just visually appealing, but also really livable.

We visited Aster Park a couple weeks ago and really liked the model, especially the high ceilings. Elayne was very helpful and took time to answer all our questions. She explained the monthly payment, which made the process much easier to understand.

Matthew and Lee are incredible to work with and have been extremely helpful in making our home purchase easy and stress free! Both are very knowledgeable in their respective areas! Highly recommend purchasing/building with them at MI Homes!

Nice homes, nice community buildings. Not a laid back place. Feels like people there are competitive. I have the best...(fill in the blank). I guess I don't care about that so much. Do you love? Are you loved? Do you care for others in your community? That's what matters. I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling.

We went for information about the properties and they assigned us to Jacqueline McAteer, from the beginning very bad treatment, little information, she did not master the information about the company's financing systems, she did not respond to emails and we had to write over and over again, Several times we asked to change to another person but they assigned us the same person and in the end we gave up and bought at Mattamy Homes, where they have, by the way, better treatment and better options. Jacqueline McAteer, not recommended at all.

The community is very attractive and appealing. It's well maintained and the homes offered are top notch.
