Can't say enough about what a fantastic job Rob and his staff did on our garage extension/ addition. HIs professionalism is second to none. The quality and workmanship is impeccable! Rob is very responsive to the customer during and after construction. There are many reasons to select Engle Construction one of the most important reasons is that he doesn't treat you like a number or just another job. He listens to you intently as an individual.

I just happened to run into Sun Country Homes while looking for a new home as I had very specific features that I wanted. Specifically, I wanted a 1 level home with a three car garage w/9ft doors and RV Parking.
I made a few calls, made an appointment and sat down with Travis Glendenning of FBR Realty and Dexter Kallianen, the Project Manager of Sun Country Homes.
First and foremost in all of my interactions with Dexter, is Dexter is an outstanding human being and was the best person I could have hope for to build my new home. Among any problem or any change or even if I forgot to add or retract something Dexter was there and made everything smooth and easy! And Dexter has been there for every question/issue after the sale.
The interesting thing about my new home Journey is I had been looking for my desired home for two years and could not find a fit. I had looked at the 5 big builders here in Clark County Washington and realized they have all lost touch with the end game....the Customer. One of the builders I met told me I needed to stop looking through the eye of a needle in my home search. Not Sun Country Homes! Dexter found my solution in the first 30 minutes of our meeting.
Also, my house was delivered not on time but early even during COVID-19. As cleche’ as this may sound, all of his crew, from the framers, drywall, tile, flooring, and finish wood workers in my opinion were the best in the neighbor that I reside in (and I’m an attention to detail guy).
If you are looking for a new Home, I suggest you check out Sun Country Homes and Dexter Kallianen in Vancouver, Wa. -
Sun Country Homes was a pleasure to work with building our new home. We have been in our home for a year now and we are as happy today as we were when we moved in. We have not had any issues with the home, this is a very well built house! Dexter and his team did a wonderful job and treat their clients the way they should be treated. I would highly recommend this home builder to anyone looking for
A very high character builder that cares about thier clients and builds very well built homes. We have gotten a lot of comments from friends and even neighbors in our neighborhood that had homes built by other builders. Thank you Sun Country Homes! -
High quality home building. Great response time from Dexter and his teams always. We have been living here in the new home for about a year. Everything has been great. I highly recommend Sun Country Homes. I have built 3 new homes in my life and I am as happy with this home as the ones that I have built myself. The electric bill is great with this HVAC system. Very spacious and comfortable home. I greatly appreciate Dexter. He is always responsive, cool, and calm which means a lot. The value we received in this home compared to all the other builders around is far greater.

I came here to see about the Build and pricing....
Not paying 450k for a 2k sqft home.... on a 8k sqft lot. and then have to pay 10 for the lot because its what ever... BULLSH!T.
Keep holding out... soon the prices will drop. then we can talk value.
Let them hurt a little more. -
Wow! Such a unique community. 68 unique modern farmhouse and craftsman style homes. Lake views, no back neighbors. Walking distance to amenities 💕🏡🏡🔑. The Focal point of the main entrance of BRIDGELAND! Front and back lawn maintenance.

This place treated my friends very poorly. They build a nice home but I would be very cautious about signing a contract with them.

Beazer Homes truly is the best builder in the area. I'm not just saying that. Do your research first! You will quickly find that Beazer is the only builder designing their units with insulating foam sprayed in the attics and all exterior walls. Everyone else uses the pink fiberglass or pulp in attics, accompanied with spurts of canned spray insulation to try and seal off bugs, making it an opened envelope (50+ yr old design). Beazer creates a closed envelope system which insulates the attic, allowing the A/C to be much more energy efficient and helps maintain less wear & tear, with the entire home feeling comfortable. Thus giving the owner a very inexpensive electric bill! Go with Beazer, you really can't go wrong.

I highly recommend NOT buying a home from this builder. They will make promises they cannot keep and make wrong assumptions then put you in a horrible situation due to their own errors and not give any of your deposit back.
They will send you the improper documentation, there were multiple errors on our finish sheet including color of the home which wasn't brought to our attention until after the contract was signed. The sales reps only care about sales and are not looking out for your best interest whatsoever. We have yet to receive any termination documentation after asking MULTIPLE times but they have already listed our home for sale, how is that acceptable if we are technically still under contract?
It would be understandable if we, as the client, were deciding to walk away but this decision was forced by the builder. Was under contract with this builder for over 6 months, lost so much time and money in an already difficult housing market due to their own error and awful communication.
This builder made no effort to help us find another option that fit our families needs after taking our money. The options that were given were 1) out of budget (when already told what our max budget was) 2) out of our timeframe 3) when asked to lower price of other available to help, they refused. HORRIBLE builder. It's very sad that a builder is willing to take your money and have not a care in the world to help with a reasonable solution when they are putting you in a hard and stressful situation after giving them so much money.
Ruined our home buying experience. No builder should be able to do this. -
Amazing!
