100% scammer, talks a good game when quoting a job, but will take your 50% deposit and not do the work promised.
All that aside, just try and find reviews for his company. What is the name of his company?
And, if a contractor is quoting prices heavily discounted in this market, and can do your job right away, STAY AWAY!!!!
Any paint contractor worth ANYTHING is no less than a month out from getting to your job.
I’m giving them time to do the right thing. If they don’t, will post pictures and details after my attorney takes care of it.

This as an owner run business and the reason much care is taken for the great work. I have had two major paint jobs done by them and have no reason not to recommend them to any prospective customer. Their pricing was the best. The owner clearly explains how long the total job will take and how much it would cost. They are able to complete jobs professionally at a very short time due to the experience they have. One can always fall back on them if an amends are needed.

4 times I've asked Bay Area Discount Flooring and Kitchens to tackle both personal and investment home painting jobs and they've excelled EVERY time!

1st time was painting an entire 3k sqft home remodel of my personal house. Michael's team showed up on time and blew me away with their efficiency and professionalism. He walked the house with me afterwards and pointed out spots he was not happy with, but I was thrilled and couldn't tell there was any issues. His trained eye seen some of the smallest imperfections I've ever seen and he wouldn't take a dime from me until he was happy with his finished work. He had his crew repaint the entire wall!

2nd time they painted the entire interior and exterior of an investment rental home we had and completely modernized the outdated appearance of the home. It is truly amazing what a good paint job will do to give new life to walls, ceilings & garages!

3rd time he painted the entire exterior of my personal home. Every little detail was cared for with white gloves. No overspray on the windows.
Eaves & soffits painted. Even the gutters & downspouts flawless!
Everyone that walks by raves at the improved appearance!

4th time (today) they returned to paint my mis-matched sidewalks (I added to the original sidewalk and ended up with 2 different colors because of it) and they also shot my entire garage with a fresh coat of white paint, making everything look clean & bright inside. Good stuff!

Future renters beware as Michael is using this company for property management now. We rented a home in ZEPHYRHILLS and everything was all good up until 5 days after the move out. We moved out and Michael stated how nice and clean the home was and asked for the cleaning ladies information so he can have it for future. He said there would be some minor deductions off the deposit for paint repair. Little did we know he lied to our face and the landlord kept the entire deposit for very minor damage and charged a re cleaning fee. Michael talked a whole different game when he was called about this and said it was the landlords decision and not his. He clearly makes decisions as a property manager and they trust him to do the move in and move out inspections. His response is well if you take them to court it will cost more than just loosing the deposit. The property manager and the slum lords are the real scammers. It would have been better renting from a corporation then using him. He even drove by several times while living there and thanked us for taking care of the property so well.
