Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. The cleaning was good but we got badly scammed with pricing. $700 for “wood floor polishing” which we were told would be a polish buffer machine, but then they showed up with a $20 soap bottle to mop that I could’ve got on Amazon and done myself. The owner tried to justify this price as “labor” for 1 hour work. Beware of this company.

Shiny Cleaning came to my office building to clean both inside and outside of all the windows as well as general cleaning for inside the building. They did an excellent job with the whole space and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were diligently cleaned and left smelling amazing. The windows are crystal clear and look just like they did when installed! They called to confirm they were coming and called after the job was done to be sure I was satisfied. Immediately I got the feeling she was the right person to give such a difficult commitment..
She sent me over a very professional crew and they worked so hard for more than 12 hours (cleaning kitchen,floor,walls,ceiling ),and because she was not completely satisfied she sent me the following week other 2 people to finish the details.
Believe me this company worth every penny you invest in your place .

I had great experience with Shiny Cleaning with a post construction clean up. They were extremely responsive and thorough with all aspects including windows, items left in closets and walls. The team did a great job and worked hard to make sure everything was right. They even came back for an additional light cleaning to make sure all the dust was taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

The team was wonderful from our first interaction with them. Moon and Martha are lovely and really know how to build loyal customers. We had a massive renovation in our house and we got the Shiny team to come in to do post construction cleaning. I have two little girls (including a baby who crawls all over the place), so I was anxious to get all the dust out and the team did not disappoint. I’m so so thrilled by their work and looking forward to getting them to come clean our home on a usual basis.
