Miesners have serviced our condo community for the past 6 months. A month or so ago the back window in our Nissan Rogue was shattered and paint around the window had been damaged as well. Also on the same day they broke another residents storm door.
Initially we thought this would get worked out. They paid for the window being replaced but did not pay for the paint damage. I told them I'd get a couple of estimates and also get an estimate from a body shop they use for all their paint and bodywork needs. The 2 reviews I received were good to go. The shop they sent us to immediately said the paint was bad and the car had been repainted. No it definitely has never been painted. We bought the car new and its never been painted. Essentially we went to the shop they chose and they tried to backdoor us and deny liability. We did not complete and estimate with that shop.
Ultimately, they are refusing to fix the paint damage. Its $1700 in repair work and we are going to potentially get stuck with the bill.
This situation is serious enough for us to retain counsel which we have. We have never had an issues in the community until we switched to Miesners. Be careful if you do business with this company. -
Wow what an amazing place.

Amazing place and great employees

I called the Gardening department and asked if they had any Aloe plants. He replied with "What's an aloe plant?"

If you do happen to shop at this location hopefully you will encounter an employee that actually knows what they are doing and tries to assist you if you need it. Employees here that care-not come across strongly as having a severe lack of professional development and communication abilities. If I cannot grab what I need off of a shelf and head to check out I do not waste my time at this location shopping. There almost always is a coupon complication, non-updated employees, or an enormous wait. Also- every plant I have ever purchased at this Truse Parkway location has had an extremely short lifespan. I haven't had the same issue when I purchase plants from Kroger, Lowe's, or Whole Foods.

The store was well stocked and they had great signage to help you find items you are looking for. We were approached twice by employees asking if we needed help! Very unusual in most stores today. The garden center was bringing with outdoor products, plants, and all kinds of flowers! They carry most of what you need for home upkeep.

Was in Walmart to pick up my mother's Rx.
-
The garden department is sad dead flowers everywhere in that store
-
Everything is DEAD! I really don't think they water anything. Par for the course bc this Walmart is the worst!!
-
All good. Quick check out
-
For you truckers out there this Walmart is NOT truck friendly. Do not attempt to park here unless you are just getting food and leaving.
-
I don’t recommend because the times I came there nobody in the makeup section and I have to wait for 30 minutes. They ignore me
-
Easy to find, pretty well-running place. Staff seems knowledgable.
-
Wish they can provide customers more assistance such as loading garden supplies, potting soil, fertilizer etc. It is very hard for elderly to do so.

Moon Valley Nursery is so much fun! Excellent, friendly customer service from the moment you enter the lot. The exotic birds amid the acreage of healthy greenery for both outdoor and indoor gardening and landscaping were a bonus! How fun! Thank you, Will, for your expertise in helping me pick out my Gerbera daisy! I've potted it and am looking forward to many blooms!

My family and I had the MOST PLEASANT, and informative time at Moon Valley Nurseries. This is the most professional, patient and compassionate Team I have ever come across in this industry. Ms. Lesta took us on a tour of the grounds with such care, patience and knowledgeable insight of the fruit trees we were looking for. She even brought us water, due to the high heat outside. We learned so much. She is high-quality, and I highly recommend her. This was also an extreme boost for our children, for their Homeschool learning, regarding Agriculture and Self-sufficiency. They also loved the Koi Fish pond! We LOVE this place!!!

We were told that the Red Push tree we bought was a male, non fruiting. Several times I asked the salesman, Eric, several times he reassured us. WRONG, it’s a female and the berries are a mess. They will lie to make a sale. Very disappointing.

Mrs. Landry at Moon Valley Nursery was phenomenal! She helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

We have used Moon Valley for many years. Today was further evidence as to exactly why. We had a tree planted today by the team consisting of Anthony, Ivan and Chris. These three men were hard-working, polite, informative, and personable. They patiently and politely answered all questions we had. And in the end, we got exactly what we wanted and paid for. I strongly recommend Moon Valley and even more strongly recommend this particular team. They are top flight.
