Plant prices are high for sure. I watched them plant the tree. They are pros. I don't mind doing it myself but sometimes I can't. The money I would have saved buying elsewhere would have been lost trying to find someone to plant it who is legit.

I recommend Moon Valley for situations where you just need a good tree, planting done right and someone to call if for some reason you have a problem.

A huge thank you to Jissel and the team! Our front yard transformation was seamless. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Jissel, we had the best customer service and help with selecting our plants and scheduling. Then the removal of our large pepper tree with Omar and his highly skilled crew, to the planting of our pineapple palm and agaves with Owen and his great crew, was easy. Jissel made sure everything was how we wanted and came to the house to mark the exact locations with us. We’re over the moon happy with our experience! Pardon the pun 🌕

Wow!!! I came here for a couple small plants real quick, and ended up walking the grounds for an hour. So many beautiful fruit trees, flowers, plants, you name it, they have it. This is the nicest, largest, and most beautiful nursery I have ever been to. It really is a gem hidden away. Could never tell driving by. The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly. The prices were just right too. Thanks so much!

Moon Nursery on Charleston~
Kevin has been incredible each time we came to shop and research and dream up our back yard landscaping. We came 4 times over 6 weeks or so to look at options, discuss the plant's needs and pick his brain. When it came time to purchase and determine the best approach, quantities, and final selection, Kevin was fun, respectful and compassionate. It was like a family member looking out for us and guiding us to the best choices while honoring our vision. We walked away feeling like we were going to have our dream backyard with his help. Brad the GM helped us, too, to make sure everything worked with our budget. I cannot thank them both enough! Go see them!!

We have bought all our trees from Mondo at Moon Valley! They are absolutely amazing at pricing for cut down and planting service. Our back yard looks like a resort because of them and now operates like one. There is certainly a Moon Valley quality difference to our trees that catches your eye.

We can't say enough great things about Moon Valley Nurseries! Last year we decided to redo our backyard and we planted several Fire Bell shrubs against our house and they grew like crazy and now they look amazing. One of the trees we wanted to get rid of and they came, removed it, and planted a new tree for us. The entire experience was five-stars. Their staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful and their removal and planting crews are awesome. They are very good at communication and always arrive in the window they say they are going to.

Months later though, we had a lot of our older shrubs in the front of our house die due to the excessive heat we had last summer, so we had Moon Valley remove all of those and plant new shrubs for us (more of the Fire Bells and some Hibiscus plants) Again, super professional on the removals of our old shrubs and a week later, planting new ones for us. We admit that our green thumbs are closer to black in color, as we can barely keep a house plant alive, but everything we get from Moon Valley lives and thrives under our care. It's obvious that the plants they grow are of different stock than you get from Lowes or even other nurseries and their Moon Juice plant food is also a contributing factor as well.

Thanks Moon Valley Nurseries for contributing so much to the beautification of our home's exterior...you're the only place we go to anymore for anything plant-life!

I am not a Las Vegas native so having to become familiar with plants and trees that will survive the Las Vegas heat and soil has been challenging. When we bought our home we had it landscaped (not by Moon Valley) and for the first 3 years everything was fine. The last two years have been a challenge trying to keep up with the maintenance. Although we do have a maintenance service, the agaves and plants would always die with the heat in the summer and I had to replace them in the fall. Kevin at the Charleston Blvd location has been very helpful, giving me tips and suggestions as to what to do. Then suddenly two of our backyard trees (Japanese Blueberry) were not looking as good as they used to. They started out looking like beautiful Christmas trees, and now looked like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. I showed Kevin pictures and he told me our trees need to be "revitalized" and be given a serious fertilizer treatment. I truly appreciate their customer service. Kevin is patient and understands that not everyone knows about plants and or trees. He takes the time to explain things to you in layman terms so it's not so overwhelming. Let's face it, landscaping is expensive and one wants to preserve it and keep it looking as beautiful as it did on day one. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Nurseries and you should speak to Kevin or Armando. They are both pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. You need to be able to pick the right plants/trees that can survive our Las Vegas weather, and you then need to feed them and maintain them properly.

Outstanding Experience with Moon Valley Nurseries – Las Vegas

We recently bought three trees from Moon Valley Nurseries to add some much-needed shade to the front of our home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From the moment we walked in, Armando was incredibly helpful. I’m not the easiest customer (I can be pretty indecisive) but Armando was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people. He walked us through the differences between each option, explained how they would grow, and helped me feel confident in my decision. His customer service was truly exceptional (the kind you rarely find anymore).

When it came time for planting, Owen’s team did an amazing job. They worked efficiently, and treated our property with care. The trees were planted beautifully, and they didn’t leave a single trace behind. Clean, professional, and clearly experienced. These guys know what they’re doing.

The trees look absolutely stunning, and we’ve already noticed the difference in curb appeal and shade. Moon Valley Nurseries offers the best quality trees and service. If you're looking for the best trees in Las Vegas, and a team you can trust from start to finish, this is the place to go. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

We bought our tree on May 6th, It took 5 people to plant it. Soon after planting it. Within a week, it started to slump. I contacted Kevin on several occasions about the watering process and care. He was available for me every time. In the meantime, I had to tie up the top portion of the tree because it continued to slump. I understand that I'm not Moon Valley's top priority. Because of EDC. But sometimes people who make your company strive shouldn't have to wait 6 weeks to come and fix your product. Apparently, the tree was tied to low from the beginning. We still have 2 more days to wait. Hopefully, someone will come by and fix this problem. That is the closest day that they will be available.

Kevin L. was incredibly helpful during my visit to Moon Valley Nursery. I’m redoing my backyard landscaping, and he took the time to walk me through which plants will thrive in my yard. His recommendations were thoughtful, practical, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. I’m excited to see everything come together, and I really appreciate his expertise and patience. Highly recommend working with him.

Great place for trees grown in vegas weather. The staff is amazing and helpful and will stick by you until you get what you need.

Armando was great to work with. Very patient and answered all our questions. He helped us pick a tangerine tree and a pomegranate tree.

I have had several excellent experiences at this Moon Valley Nursery location on West Charleston. Kevin has been extremely helpful in helping me find the types of plants and trees that I’m looking for and educating me on them. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very quick to respond when I have a question… All the things you want in a salesperson. The quality of the plants that I’ve gotten from this Moon Valley Nursery location has also been excellent. Kevin and this location are my go to when I am looking for high-quality additions to my property!

Love this place! They have a massive greenhouse with a ton of indoor plants. Thomas was amazing with helping me find what I was looking for and even assisted me with loading my gorgeous new majesty palm in my car. Will definitely be coming back!

Owen from Moon Valley did all of the actual planting. The trees were delivered and planted with care, and they already look like they've been part of the landscape for years. Owen made sure everything was done correctly, from placement to staking to cleanup, and he took the time to explain how to keep them healthy long-term.
It's rare these days to find service that's this attentive and detail-oriented. I'd absolutely recommend Mando, Owen, and Moon Valley Nursery to anyone looking to add trees or landscaping to their home.
