Excellent service by Doyle Heating & Air Conditioning technicians.They are polite, professional and offered options for a replacement of our HVAC system. They were also very personable, neat and cleaned up after themselves.Their charges were also very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

After looking around for a company to replace my AC and Heat furnace, my wife and I were glad to find Complete Heating & Cooling. John came for an estimate the same day we called and he was very professional. The installation took 2 days and the 3 guys in charged, He and team were excellent. We definitely recommend this company!

From start to finish, the team exceeded expectations with their meticulous attention to detail. Our new ventilated ceiling works flawlessly!

We had a problem with our AC unit and it seemed like no one was able to diagnose the problem.That was until the technicians from Adams Heating & Air Conditioning came,detected the problem and fixed it.Will highly recommend.

WHAT A JOKE! My heater had went out at my home. Called this "business" and set a service appointment for five days later. I was told that the tech would call on their way over. As the appointment window was closing, I had not received a call. I called the "business" and was told that the tech supervisor would investigate and call me right back. After 30 minutes, I called again and asked why no one was calling me. The very rude lady answering the phone told me to just wait, she would do nothing more. I finally get a call back from the "supervisor". He tells me that their tech called in sick, the day before. They never called me to let me know that no one was coming. It was only after multiple calls to the business that I found out for myself that this place is a sham. They all work from home according to the customer service individual. The address is not a business located on a map. WHAT A JOKE

we have had nothing but issues since they installed this unit last december. very un professional one of the employees was asking for alcohol while he was here working. kept going and smoking cigarettes on the porch and throwing them in the yard. they have had to come back numerous times due to improper installation. they don’t honor there warranty and the call center gives you the run around. company is a joke. i would suggest not using this company so u don’t have go thru what we have

Excellent customer service. Outstanding knowledge of possible issues and corrective actions towards the A.C. unit. Chris helped my a.c. to get back up and running late in the evening and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. Very pleased and happy with Adams Heating & Air Conditioning. It was a very pleasant experience.

The serviceman was sent to fix a heating furnace which wouldn't start up. He was very quick and efficient, was able to diagnose the issue to be a malfunctioning pressure switch and replace it on the spot. New pressure switch couldn't be mounted in old holes, so instead of letting it dangle free, created a new mounting point in the steel doo-dad with which to secure it. Very positive experience, highly recommend!

John has helped us with our AC for over 10 years now. He has always been honest and we are confident with him. He made numerous repairs to our old system. He also installed a new system that has been incredibly efficient & saves us money every month. We highly recommend his outstanding services!

We bought a unit last December and have had nothing but troubles ever since. Been back several time to re wire the unit causing it to freeze up and ruin the circuit board. Then there is the service they don’t have a home location the address is fake. The call service has blocked us from being able to reach out to them and not holding up to their warranty that was given. It’s been 4 days without heat and no one will call us back or respond. Do not use this company. Horrible

John is the best heating and AC technician I have ever worked with. He is professional and very knowledgeable.His customer service is outstanding. I had him service my furnace and replaced a very old water heater. His charges are very fair and the service is excellent.I will highly recommend him.

We were in need of a major service overhaul on our HVAC units and of course called Adams Heating & Air Conditioning. We have been customers for 25+ years. Our Technician and did an amazing job. What a nice man and he was a perfectionist making sure the job was done just right. Highly recommended.

I got a new furnace from them 10 months ago. Have had nothing but problems since. Have had to have technicians out numerous times to fix issues re wired 3 times still not running correctly. The call service doesn’t do what they say. When I got the system one of there employees gave me a deal if I paid cash. Maybe I should have realized then this may be a scam. For the last 3 days I’ve been waiting on a technician bc my furnace won’t run and it’s 48 degrees in our home. I have a year warranty on parts and labor and the call service says that they do not validate the warranty and Adams makes u pay regardless of the warranty. I will be contacting the bbb on this business and take further action. I highly recommended using anyone else besides this company.

The service from St. Louis Heating & Air Conditioning was exceptional. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue fast, and completed the repair in no time.

Couldn't ask for better service. They always stay in touch and keep you updated on the process and what needs to be done and how much it is going to cost. An Honest man, making an honest living and always quality work. Would hire them again.
