Phil answered his phone on the second ring and was out diagnosing our AC issue in about 15 minutes. He was able to get us back up and running in a couple hours on Memorial Day - when no one else would! Great service at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I called Mr. Phillips on a hot evening with temperature in the 100's and within 30 minutes he arrived. He was so friendly and kind you couldn't help but relax and know that things will be okay. Mr. Philip found a leak in 20 minutes and repaired it. When he filled the coolent my home started to cool off already lowering the temp. He will be my my repair man from this point on . He left my house at 9:00 pm and by 9:30 my home was cold and comfortable. After batting all week at 100 degree weather it felt so good not to sweat. Phil did a great job installing our furnace and ac..he also was very helpful getting and installing the heat coil for our wood box..his prices are very good..he is a great guy to work with. Communication and respond time were great.

I have been using Phil as my HVAC go to for years. Be it small troubleshooting, repairs, to when it comes time to bite the bullet and put a new system in my home, Phil is always upfront, honest, and does a phenomenal job. Phil was very professional and honest! He came quick to my house ( within a half hour) and explained everything he was doing to me , he was very informative and I didn’t feel pressured at all, he laid out all options and explained each one, he fixed my AC and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing service ! This guy answered my call on the first ring and was infront of my furnace in less than 45 minutes and with in 90 minutes of first contact my home went from 62 degrees to 68. All of this on a holiday weekend for an incredibly reasonable fee.

I am a repeat customer. Phil once again saved the day and came to my house within 30 minutes after I called with furnace trouble right as the extreme low temps were rolling in from a winter storm. He was able to get things going quickly.

Great service, very professional. Had to have our A coil and outside ac unit replaced. Phil was very upfront about our issue and gave us a few options to go on. Once we made our decision he had an appt for us a couple days later. Phil arrived early to the appt which was awesome and completed the work in less time than was figured. Thank you guys for getting our system back up and running before it got any worse!

Phillip answered my call when my AC went out on a Sunday. He came the next day and topped my Freon off until he could come back and fix the AC permanently. Our home was a new build by CA Jones who had a AC contractor who did a poor installation job. Phillip found the issue immediately and insured his work upon fixing the leak. I would recommend The Furnace Guys for your AC and Heating troubles!

Called Phillip when furnace was not turning on. He got here as soon as he could. Fixed the problem. Very polite, efficient, and reasonable. Looks like we have a new hvac guy.

Our 12 year old HVAC system was malfunctioning and I found The Furnace Guys on line and called. Phil showed up the next day and spent a lot of time troubleshooting my system and advising me of the options while getting the system running again. We decide to replace the equipment.The next day it went down again and Phil came right away and redid some wiring so we could use the system temporarily while we waited for our new HVAC system equipment. Two days later Phil showed up with the new equipment and had it all installed in six hours. That evening I felt the system wasn't performing correctly and Phil was here within 30 minutes at 8:30 PM to correct the issue. Phil was personable and professional and he gave me detailed info about the equipment, warranty, etc. The pricing was fair and the service was great. I would definitely recommend The Furnace Guys for all your HVAC needs
Update: Phil came back today to activate the furnace as the temps are now dropping. He fired it up, tested it, and watched it run for a while to make sure it functioned correctly. He explained everything he was doing and told me to call any time if there was a problem in the future with colder temps coming and he would come back and tweak it to my satisfaction. Phil will be my go to guy for all my future HVAC needs. He keeps you updated by text on arrival times, shows up when he says he will, and gets the job done quickly and makes sure you are perfectly satisfied with the result.

What a great guy he was here very quickly. Me and my son were without heat all night and froze. He got it fixed in less than 10 minutes. I am so happy I would recommend him to anybody.
