Phil did a great job, and quickly!, when our nearly 20-year old A/C gave up this year, during the first hot week of the year. He was very responsive, uses a great texting service to let you know when he's on the way, and did a great job explaining our options. Two days after the initial call, our new system is installed. His pricing is very competitive and he's very upfront about costs. It was a great experience and we're thankful for The Furnace Guys!

Phil came out as quick as he could (15-20 minutes) to diagnose my system. I told him what was happening with the AC system on the phone and he was fairly certain he knew the cause for my concern before he even arrived. He came here removed the capacitor to tests it, he determined the capacitor was no working as intended. He even showed me what he did to test it and showed me the readings with his meter. Long story short my AC is working as intended now after his service and my kid is no longer hot. I can't thank him enough. Keep up the great work Phil!

I am a returning customer of The Furnace Guys Heating & Cooling, and I've got to say, unless my homeowners warranty demands that I use their people, I'll never use anyone except Phil. The man is truly the best, not only as a heating and cooling professional, but as a person as well. Twice now, he has arrived late at night for my emergency calls, arriving within 40 minutes of my call and came prepared with all tools and parts to my job. He is fast and repaired my systems in less that an hour both calls. (Obviously it takes as long as the job requires) He is even affectionate towards my three rowdy dogs. I am not a rich person, but on top of all the aforementioned, he is affordable and experienced. Pretty sure he told me he's got 20 years in the business. I've never met a more reliable contractor in my life, and I've dealt with plenty. Imagine what you might want/expect from your hvac professional, Phil checks all the boxes.

Heat index was over 100 degrees when our air conditioning fan went out. We called Phillip at 430 pm and he was finishing a job but came right out after and had our air conditioner fixed and running by 6 pm. I have never experienced such expedient service. Highly recommend him and will definitely keep his number handy .

So awesome. The owner came to do the work and he was awesome. Fixed the drain and cleaned it out. The drain needed replacing and he did it. Within 2 hours he was done and had it replaced. Very very reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Everything I admire in a service professional. If you have a drain problem you cannot go wrong boring Tracy. I suggest 10 stars for Phillip. He installed a new furnace and A/C. I am so happy I found him. He is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, experienced and well qualified. Phillip takes great pride in his work. If you need his skills and expertise you must call him. He will not disappoint.

Phillip took great care of us! He made it out the same day we called, when our furnace stopped working with below zero temperatures. He gave great service and recommendations. We will be using him in the future for all our furnace needs!

Phil was great! A/C went out on Father’s Day and he was there within a hour to diagnose the issue. He was very transparent with pricing and throughly explained the issue with our system. Although the part needed to fix took a couple days to get, Phil lent us a window AC unit at no charge! 100% recommend!

Very responsive, quick turnaround, priced good, and help after the call. Had furnace issues the week of Thanksgiving, but was able to keep the house heated by resetting the system. Phillip was able to come out the Friday after Thanksgiving, within a few hours of my call. After testing some things, he suggested on fix, but after talking, we thought that the problem might be with the zone controller. After Phillip left, he read up on my zone controller and texted with some things to try. Knock on wood, so far so good. I highly recommend the Furnace Guys, thanks again Phillip!

Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to The FurnaceGuys Heating&Cooling! One of our ac units had issues and Phil was a hero! Literally was on site within 30 minutes of calling and had it fixed before I got home 25 minutes later. If you need regular or emergency service he is your guy!!!

He was very nice. Answered his phone at 6 am on a Sunday! He helped without trying to push expensive repairs. Will use him again. Highly recommend the Furnace Guys.

And on top of the amazing customer service the quality of work on the installation was extremely high, not to mention he came out on a Sunday and did not leave until the installation was completed.

Quick and reasonable for furnace check a few weeks ago and came back today to clean my dryer vent. Again they did excellent work for a fair price.
