I have had the pleasure of contracting with Stacy several times to help with my HVAC. Thankfully he noted my water heaters were leaking while he was in the attic working on my furnace this past winter. He made a reasonable bid and replaced both water heaters promptly. The HVAC system he installed had a hiccup and he stood behind his work and made sure everything was done well and I was happy. I would absolutely recommend him to others. BTW, his assistant Dennis is also very professional and represents the Company well.

Unfortunately, our experience was a bad one. Quality's employees that we're on our job site we're not up to par. They smoked pot and we're drinking on the job. We told Barry Lowe (the owner) about it and he said he would take care of it but it continued. We won't use them again.

The mechanic came very fast after I called. He made a good job. Best prices. That is my favorite heating and air conditioning company.

I had a tech come out to help me remove a stove and cut a line. He was on time, quick, and a nice guy.

The next day I had an issue with a different furnace and Mr. Rutt walked me through a solution over the phone, after they were closed.

We recently moved to town and needed a new furnace and airconditioner. Robb came to look things over and sent a proposal in a few days. We felt the price was reasonable and scheduled the installation. The crew that came were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Both the furnace and airconditioner were up and running in about a half day. They were careful coming in and out and cleaned everything up before they left.

I called on a Wednesday to see if they could come get my air fixed and stated they would let a tech call me to set an appointment. No call so the next day I called back and the receptionist asked if I had explained to the tech what was going on so I explained to her no one ever called me back. She got my name down and my problem and told me she would make sure they could get back to me. One week later no call. I finally called back and she told me she would make sure this time they could give me a call. Now it’s been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them so I ended up calling a place from grand island that fixed it the same day.

Rutt's was able to come and service my AC unit within 1 business day of my phone call. I had tried to get into contact with their leading competitor, who we have done business with in the past. They never returned my request, so I looked up other companies. Rutt's was listed as #1 for heating and air in Hastings - and rightly so! Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. The technician explained what was causing the problem and was able to repair the issue quickly. We will certainly be patronizing this company again!
