I manage several rental properties and have about given up using Home Warranties and now do all my AC through Tempco. I have tried several other companies in town but none are as reliable, friendly, and looking out for my tenant and my personal best interest like Tempco. Totally recommend.

Bob is very honest and professional. Replaced a rusty part that would have resulted in leaking expensive freon, was here over an hour and the total cost was only $143.17. I found them through my son who had been quoted a repair on his air condition/heat pump of $4,900 by Air-Tech so wanted a second opinion. Tempco repaired his unit for $350.00. Highly recommend.

Update: 8/8/16 Air conditioner stopped working during the night. I called at 7:30 this morning and he was here an hour later. Replaced a failed capacitor and charged a total of $145. I cannot recommend this company any higher.

My family has used Tempco for well over 25 years, and were always satisfied with customer service, dependability, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, the business changed hands to a different family member a few years back, and service has changed drastically. It went from a company I spoke highly about and always referred, to now not willing to refer to anyone. Calls don’t get answered, appointments that were set up become no shows without explanation, no return calls/texts when inquiring about repairs or service….etc. Hate saying this about a company that served my family and myself so well for so long, but it just goes to show who’s good at running a company and taking care of customers, and who is not. I have been in contact with the original father/son duo who ran this company, and they are now aware of how the business is being handled.

Squared my *stuff* away!!!! They have what you need. I had an electric motor capacitor blow and found the right replacement here. The staff was exceptional good.

Two days ago our AC unit started making a loud sound in the evening. I contacted the team and they arranged a repair visit the next day. The technician came around 2pm and checked the outdoor condenser and thermostat. After a short inspection he found a loose fan blade causing the noise. He tightened the part and ran a full system check to make sure everything was working correctly. The house cooled normally again after the repair. The staff were polite and explained the issue clearly. It was a good service experience overall.
