Comes out asap every time I call. He visits us once a year maybe because our AC is always clogging and shutting the thermostat off. Comes quickly and fixes the issue. Reminds me of a military grandpa- always gives me advice on how to prevent the clogging. But I'm not very good with ac's

Our air conditioning went out on a very hot and humid Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning it was getting almost unbearable. I called at 7:30 AM and the technician said he would be at my home in 5 minutes. And he was! Got my unit up and running with a temporary fix while he chased down the part and returned a short while later to complete the fix. Awesome response and service. Recommend them highly.

I’d like to start off by saying I did not use their services. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone regarding a situation where my cat was stuck in attic was very friendly and nice. He helped me out a lot even though he did not have to and even gave me suggestions on who might be able to help me. Even though I wasn’t a customer I think Red’s just won me over with their great customer service on a Saturday night. Thank you again.

Great service from Red & Kevin. Replaced our entire system the day after Christmas on short notice. Explained the options and got us the right system for replacement asap. Highly recommend, these guys are top shelf and know everything about everything HVAC.

Been doing business with these guys for many years, before they were called Reds. They saved me many thousands of dollars after Milestone Electric recommended I replace both of my AC units for $20,000. Red came and said there was nothing wrong with my units. That was five years ago, and they're both still running perfectly. Super honest, super professional, and super good at their jobs.

An edit now. Nearly 10 years running on the two units that Milestone said were shot. Red continues to service them very reasonably. Do NOT go to one of these huge electrician outfits.

Awesome AC company. My father has used them for close to thirty years. So when my ac went down I gave them a call. Kevin came out that day and tried to get the system going. Unfortunately it was shot. I expected to be living in a hot house for a few days. Kevin made a few calls and they were able to come the next day and install a new unit. They were professional and timely. Highly recommend.

Super fast and friendly service and very thorough! Within 1 hour of me calling, Kevin finished up with his other job, drove 20 minutes and completed all work on my A/C unit. Thankfully it was just a small part that went out, but I had A/C blowing in no time. He also cleaned everything out and made sure every part of the system inside, in the attic and outside was in proper order (I'm so sorry you had to go into my oven of an attic). I will use them again.

Our fantastic new heater system, expertly installed by Dale, was a lifesaver for our Thanksgiving! The specific model is a Navien heater, boasting a 97% efficiency rate. It's a hot water (hydronic) system which heats our home in Fontana much more effectively than the old steam boiler we had. Moreover, it delivers almost unlimited hot water, meaning no more running out of hot water during the morning rush! I couldn't have imagined a better system. Beyond the quality of the heater itself, Dale managed to secure and install the system faster than other heater repair services we considered. When our steam boiler broke down early in November, we reached out to multiple companies for quotes. Two couldn't even find the time to provide us with a quote, but Dale was there the same day and got us a quote by the afternoon! None of the other quotes we received could offer a conversion from steam to a hydronic system. In my opinion, hydronic is superior as it adjusts the water temperature between 110 to 170 depending on the external temperature. This ensures our home in Fontana is always at the right temperature. While steam heating can be effective, it tends to cause temperature fluctuations and hot spots near the radiators. One vendor even suggested that a conversion to a hydronic system was impossible with their 20+ years of experience. But Dale managed to remove our 30+ year old boiler and have us up and running just in time for Thanksgiving! Dale also included several thoughtful extras that made a real difference. Firstly, he was able to vent the heater exhaust through the chimney the old steam boiler used, so we don't have a cloud of exhaust gases in our backyard. Secondly, he installed a high-efficiency filter on the system to catch any debris, which was a surprising amount and would have otherwise ended up in our new heater. Lastly, Dale used large diameter copper to connect to the old steam pipes. After some research, I found out that while this approach is more costly, it ensures optimal water flow. We are thrilled with our new system and it's a joy to have a home that maintains the right temperature no matter how cold it is outside. Big thanks to Dale and his team for their quality work and expertise!

Zachary and Dale, their technicians, came to repair my air conditioning unit on a day when everything else seemed to be going wrong for me. When a terrible mishap occurred after their arrival, the compassion, grace, and kindness they demonstrated was truly heartwarming and much needed. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC, promptly fixed it, and now my air conditioning is even chillier than it was before. More importantly, they managed to restore my faith in humanity with their understanding and empathetic attitude. I haven't encountered such understanding professionals in any other business dealings before. These people are genuinely good-hearted and the service they provide is top-notch. I have decided to use their services exclusively in the future and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. They truly are outstanding!

We were notified 15 minutes prior to their arrival, ensuring we knew they were en route, and they arrived on-site within 3 hours of our initial contact. Leonard was courteous and well-informed. He meticulously cleaned and checked the furnace, thermostat, and the connections to the breaker box, shut offs, and thermostat. He presented us with choices and guidance without any pressure to buy more. The prices for the on-call service were extremely fair and we were highly satisfied with the visit. A 30-day warranty was included with this service call. We will surely contact them again should we encounter any issues in Fontana.

It took him about a week to get back to me, and he kindly apologized for the wait, explaining that he was waiting on quotes from multiple suppliers. The outcome? Their quote was a third less than the other two I received! The installation went smoothly. Since my unit is in the attic, the team worked in a hot environment, but they handled it like pros! They were all polite, professional, and well-groomed. They answered all my questions and made sure to clean up as they went along. Even my dogs seemed to like them! There was a minor issue with a defective part for the heater, which meant it couldn't be tested since it was summer. They assured me they would return once the part arrived, and they did just that. Their technician quickly installed the new part and made sure all my airflows were balanced throughout the house. He also checked the installers' work to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, the entire process was great, and I felt I got excellent value for my investment. I know a coworker who had a similar installation done and feels just as positive about their experience. i called for ac repair on a saturday during a big heat wave because the fan on my outdoor unit wasn't working. they sent out a technician, leonard, the same day, and he quickly fixed the electrical problem that was causing the issue. leonard was professional, knew what he was doing, and kept working until the ac was running again. the price was very fair for the service. i would definitely recommend their ac repair to my friends and neighbors.
