Phillip doesn't mess around. He came same day I called for an estimate, took his time inspecting, testing, and pinpointing the precise problem. Arrived on schedule for the repair, tested again, explained everything in detail, and threw in a free condenser cleaning, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg plus he guarantees his work. He's who I'll call for annual maintenance going forward. A+++

Phil (and George) are great! Not only great at what they do, but great humans in general. They changed out our entire HVAC system, cleaned everything, and answer any and all questions I had. Phil is the most reasonable person I've met in this industry and didn't try to swindle us into more than what we need. I was so impressed with Phil that I didn’t even feel the need to reach out to another service provider for a second estimate. His explanation was thorough, clear, and honest. He’s also extremely responsive and easy to reach ... when you call, he answers the phone himself. That level of accessibility and accountability made the entire process even more reassuring.

Even though I ultimately had to move forward with a full system replacement, I felt confident in the decision after doing my own research.

Once the system was installed, he took the time to walk me through all the new components and made sure I understood everything. And the results speak for themselves ... before, my furnace struggled to keep the house heated at 72 degrees. Now I have the thermostat heat set to 70, and the house is noticeably more comfortable and warmer than before.

And last week, when the outside temperature hit 78 degrees, I turned on the AC and the house cooled down quickly and evenly.

So far so good, the system performs exactly the way it should... and its better.

I got bids from 5 of the top HVAC companies in Dane county and D&D came though with a bid lower than the rest. The attention to detail and professional personalities will make me a return customer and pass their name to everyone I know. Save yourself the time and call D&D.
