I had my water heater replaced. Josh was vey thorough and explaining everything that he did, the installation was done in a few hours and everything went great. Hoffman Brothers has always been great at anything that they’ve done. We’ve also had our HVAC air-conditioning and furnace replaced by them too.

Randy did an excellent job for us today! We came home yesterday to no heat- yikes! Filled out the online service request this morning & we got the earliest appointment.
He fixed the issue and we are delightfully feeling the heat again! Randy was professional, kind, empathetic and thorough. Thanks Randy

John and Tom did a great job installing our new water softening system. They explained everything in detail and demonstrated the change in our water before leaving. They were both professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Had a furnace checkup. Was supposed to order an air filter and get back to install in a couple days. It’s now been over two WEEKS and nothing. In the meantime, allergens are through the roof and we have NO FILTER in our system. Called the office, got some AI runaround, only to be hung up on 2 seconds after they wanted me to leave a message. NOT HAPPY.

Layne our tech was fantastic. Honest and hardworking guy. Hoffman Brothers probably is not the cheapest firm, But no doubt they hire some of the best. Our furnace was out for several hours. From time of scheduling to visiting me at me door was less than four hours. Rarely do you get great service.

Luke arrived right on time which was 7am the morning after I called for service ion our GE Range about need the previous day. He started by explaining what he would do and then proceeded to go to work. He stopped to read more about our particular unit and then let us know the part needing replacement and the price $$. Hoffmann offers an annual maintenance plan that helped reduce our total cost by bout the amount we will pay for the plan. So while we are waiting for the installation of the part I think we had a really good first experience and will stay with them for future troubles.

Had Zach Huntsman out to review an external sump pump installation project. Zach was awesome, knew his stuff and got me a quote in no time. Really knowledgeable on different options I could’ve done and was very upfront with what the project required. Didn’t go with Hoffman Brothers this time but would happily reach back out to them based on my experience with Zach

Had Hoffman bros come to my residence for a routine water heater flush. Upon arriving Brandon was able to identify several issues with my relatively new water heater as a result of improper installation and after thorough testing he also noticed the old pressure valve feeding the entire home had failed. He walked me through his examination and explained everything very well, offering his insight and recommendations, along with several options. At the end of the day several components of my water heater were repaired/replaced and my pressure valve was replaced along with some brand new piping. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire job and did quality work. Price for the fairly extensive repairs was a little on the higher end but worth the peace of mind knowing a critical system of my home is functioning properly and had a 1 year parts and labor warranty to boot.

Carl repaired my leaking whole-house water filter system. He did an excellent job of explaining my options and of explaining the options and costs for the repair. He was very thorough and totally professional.

Contacted Hoffman Bros on-line and setup service with their plumbing department. Joe Vetter came out today. Joe explained what he was going to do to repair 2 sections of my main copper water pipe. He has 30 years of experience in the industry. Joe repaired the sections of pipe and also added a new water valve with shut off for my refrigerator ice maker. Joe is a very friendly guy, and I believe he loves what he is doing. I highly recommend Joe Vetter and Hoffman Bros for all your plumbing needs.

Great experience with Hoffman Bros. I have used them a few times over the last many years. They aren't the cheapest or most expensive but their technicians are always professional and friendly and I trust their workmanship.
This visit was for electrical diagnostic on our main panel for flickering lights when using appliances. We also requested estimates for electrical upgrades.
Hoffman Bros is very thorough and offered many options. We appreciate this company since there are plenty of sketchy businesses out there.

Was very easily and quickly able to get an appointment to fix a drain clog and replace my garbage disposal. Zach did the work for us and he was great, explained the whole process very thoroughly and wrote up several repair options with all the details we needed and clear pricing. the work was done well and he went over everything with us. great experience!

Mr. Donald spent time troubleshooting an electrical issue. He got a good workout - up and down the stairs. The issue occurred after an Ameren power outage. We had trouble with the circuit breakers. Mr. Donald figured it out. The issue fixed. We were educated as to why the issue occurred and suggestions discussed regarding another issue we will have repaired in the near future. Donald was very thorough. We appreciated his hard work. Hoffman has a great team of skilled professionals.

We worked with Joseph to get our dishwasher repaired and had a great experience. He was professional, easy to talk to, and kept us informed the whole time. Joseph quickly figured out what was wrong and recommended the right fix, which gave us a lot of confidence. Based on our experience, I’d definitely recommend Hoffmann Brothers.

Hoffmann Brothers has maintained our Geothermal system for six years now, ever since installation. Their home protection plan is reasonably priced and very convenient. We are all ready for this coming winter after today’s visit.

In addition to our Geothermal system, we have used Hoffmann for our plumbing work, electrical work, appliance installation, tankless hot water heaters, sewer work, and air duct cleaning. No matter what the service, it is always highest quality. We are very satisfied customers.

I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Hoffman, and especially from Wyatt.

I had been dealing with a very stressful floor drain issue in my older home, and after being told by others that our concrete floor might need to be busted up, I was overwhelmed and honestly very worried about what that would mean for my home. It felt like one more heavy thing to carry, and the stress was really weighing on me.

When there were delays and I wasn’t sure anyone was going to make it out that evening, my anxiety only grew, so when Wyatt arrived, it already felt like a small miracle. But what truly made the difference was how he handled everything from that point on.

Wyatt was patient, kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and did not rush until he was confident the problem was fully resolved. Thanks to him, our floor drain is fixed and I’m able to use my washer at home again, something that brought me an overwhelming sense of relief.

What meant the most to me was that Wyatt didn’t just fix a plumbing issue, he lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I went from feeling stressed, worried, and discouraged to feeling calm, reassured, and grateful. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at their job, but also genuinely caring and thoughtful in how they treat people.

I am truly thankful for Wyatt and for Hoffman. Please recognize him for the exceptional work he did, because he made a real difference for me and my home. This experience reminded me just how much compassionate, professional service matters.

Nick was amazing. So professional. He was patient with all my questions and explained everything throughly. I will be using Hoffman to change out my units and continue with them for maintenance. Really enjoy working with everyone I come into contact with at this company. It’s hard to find companies that still value customer service- Hoffman Brothers clearly does.

They have done my power panel, stand pipes and drains, sewer lines, sewer lateral liner, furnace, kitchen sink, some outlets, grounding rod, outlets, water pressure valve, water heater calibration. They’ve also done inspections and maintenance (filters, vents, smoke/CO detectors).

They are a reasonably priced high value service- not a dirt cheap service. What you don’t see simply comparing prices is value. I’ve had too many repairs that are delayed, low quality, or take too long— but never had that issue with Hoffman. I do have their membership. Considering quality and service I haven’t found any one of higher value.

Most professional company I’ve worked with. For any reason. Across all sectors. Privately and professionally.

Xavier was wonderful. I needed to convert my old dual handle shower to a single which required removing a large section of tile from both bathroom walls.

He explained everything clearly and provided multiple quotes for various projects. He showed up on time and respected my home. He cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
