Christian noticed a possible problem in our furnace in Oct. So I made appt for him to come back out to recheck. He explains everything very well and is informative. Highly recommend Christian

First of all, Tyler was professional. I do have a Lennox pulse furnace, in which I'm finding out....tin man does not carry parts for. Why am I paying $98.00 for him to tell me that??? I understand travel fee...but thanks for nothing TINMAN!! I called local Lennox dealer and they do have the part.

Shane was here earlier than expected, he diagnosed the issue with my furnace quickly. He was very professional and personable.

Came by and did a great job diagnosing the issue with my AC unit and explaining why things the way they were!

Shane was knowledgeable & quick to diagnose basement furnace issues & gave good post inspection advice for the future Prev. Mtc. Paid for membership for 2 more fce check ups & 2 A/C check ups.

The tech never showed up after they text me and said he was on his way. I received a text stating the technician was on his way and eight minutes away. An hour later I received a text that my technician had arrived. An hour after this he still had not arrived. I called the office and told them to cancel my appointment as I had wasted enough of my time.

Aaron was a great person best customer service I have got. Definitely recommend him to anyone!

The service tech, Christian H., that came was amazing. He was attentive, polite, efficient and most of all honest. We were anticipating having to buy a new system but instead he found the problem and will be able to fix our heating system. We couldn't have asked for a better service tech. Christian did a fabulous job, explained all the areas of the furnace. He did take photos as I watched the cleaning and exploring each section. He is very informative and I really appreciate it. I value this maintenance and cost.

My husband called Tin Man and scheduled a furnace visit. Tyler came and was on time, courteous, hard working. He explained the issue, and offered package options for a new unit. He was friendly with our home and pets, and prompt to offer install within a few days. I apologize, my father had unknowingly lined up a service with another company as a surprise for our situation, but we highly recommend Tin Man and Tyler, he is a true professional!
