We have used Downey on several occasions, most recently for fixing a frozen pipe. Every time we use them, the workers are super knowledgeable, professional, and always kind. They always take time to answer our questions and explain things clearly. Super helpful!

Lukas and Ella from Downey Plumbing/Heating/Cooling/ went above and beyond for me, and possibly saved my life! My heater stopped working and initially I believed it was the thermostat. I replaced the batteries but the heater still would not work. I called and they arrived promptly (on a Saturday), and began to inspect everything. They got the heater to work almost immediately, but they noticed that my hot water tank was leaking and the exhaust pipe had separated from the tank. The floor beneath the tank was giving way and it had pushed the tank into my furnace. Carbon monoxide was possibly being released into my home! Lukas and Ella were very reassuring and professional. They explained everything they were going to do in terms I could understand and got to work right away. They repaired the floor, put the hot water tank back in place, and installed the necessary equipment and made repairs to ensure this would not happen again. I am so grateful for all they did to keep my home warm and to keep me safe. I highly recommend Downey for all your plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical needs. They are the absolute BEST!!!

My 28 year old Water Furnace is going to the Big HVAC in the sky. Time for a newer model with updated parts. Tyler Rozek is an excellent Technician. He listed all the necessary features and components for my new unit and he listened to all my questions and concerns.
I’m satisfied with the details and I am happy to report that I will have the new unit by the 27th.

Count on Tin Man when the weather is freezing and your heating is out to lunch!
My email asking for service was promptly responded to and a Service Tech arrived within an hour. Zach was courteous and professional and addressed the issue and provided the best options for repair.
I have been a TinMan client for over 25 years and they have always been amazing. The Water Furnace I have has been efficient and economical and has been reliable.

TinMan now has Plumbers!
August 2024 I needed some repairs and a sink replacement. TinMan sent me a Super Hero, Josh Hyzy who found and replaced a defective water heater and completed the sink installation and the other repairs. Josh is friendly, courteous and professional. He analyzed the situation and made suggestions and recommendations which were amenable. I was quoted a fair price for the work and I am a Happy Customer!

New water heater installed.
Space it was placed is small and hard to access. Job was accomplished well and quickly. Some water escaped in kitchen dried up fast. Area I leave to Tin Man and they hook it up.

Hunter is a wonderful person and a trustworthy technician. We actually enjoy him coming and feel safer afterwards.

Aaron was great, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to try to help. Unfortunately though, i was still left without heat on the coldest days of the year. Couldn’t get financed for the parts i needed.
