I recently had my boiler replaced by United Home Comfort. Excellent service and superior understanding of my houses heating system! I strongly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs!!

After a LONG/hot day at our daughter's softball tournament, we came home to a sauna of a house at 8pm at night, on a Sunday/Father's Day. After I tried to do basic trouble shooting, I started reaching out to HVAC companies to come out and give us some relief. We were all hot and our twin infants were miserable. Matt took our call for help and was quick to fix the issue as well as show us a few tips/pointers on what to do to prevent the issue in the future. He was extremely professional and quick to get our house back to a comfortable temperature. I am very pleased with the services and would highly recommend United Home Comfort Inc. For your HVAC needs!

Excellent work. Manager Matt is amazing guy! He diagnosed the problem accurately, explained process crystal clear, charge is pretty fair, and the fixing work was completed fast. Love his work. This is the best heating and plumbing company at BG!

Mike just finished a complete redo of the piping under my sink which was a disaster. He even caught a couple small electrical issues. Amazingly with the hours he spent wrestling pipes and a disposal, there was not a scratch on the paint! Job well done.

UHC was able to get me a high quality 30 gallon water heater for my specific needs. Mike explained which piping would need to be replaced and why. The cost was hundreds of dollars less than the first estimate I got elsewhere.

Mike came over to fix a few electrical problems we had. He did a great job, got everything working for us. Also fixed a plumbing problem for us .
Very polite and kept us informed of what was wrong and how he was gonna fix it . Highly recommended

Highly recommend United Home Comfort. We had them come out and replace both our furnace and our AC unit. They were able to complete the job in a timely fashion, and were wrapped up in under two days. When there was a supplier issue with the furnace we were hoping to get, They worked directly with the supplier to get us an upgraded unit at no charge and resolved it quickly. They were kind, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Can’t recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with United Home Comfort for a simultaneous furnace and AC replacement. UHC were knowledgeable as well as fairly priced. Their communication was prompt and they were able to answer any questions we had fully. When there was an issue with the parts supplier, UHC both notified us and resolved the issue within the same day. During the installation, both installers were friendly and professional. United Home Comfort is exactly what a company should be these days, and have earned all of our business moving forward.

Mike did a great job removing my garbage disposal and replacing it with a new flange and sink strainer. It looks great! I also had a powder bath faucet that has never drained properly and he was able to fix it so it works wonderfully!!

We really appreciate Nate's service! He is always very honest with us and takes great care of us. You should feel in good hands when having United Home Comfort out to your place.

We have had this company out to fix a plumbing problem. They communicated well about time, calling to let us know they were on their way. Mike was wonderful. He got the job done😊
Even though it was a bigger job than expected he charged the original quoted price. I highly recommend this company.

We have had United Home Comfort as our heating service provider for 20+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently we had issues with our furnace likely related to a power surge from yesterday's storm. A technician came out the same day, provided a temporary fix, ordered a replacement part and came at 6:00 pm this evening knowing that they had a full day tomorrow and otherwise would not get to it until Monday. We are greatly appreciative as temperatures will drop below freezing over the weekend.

I had United Home Comfort put in a new system in one of my rentals in 2024. They did a great job completing the installation at what I thought was a fair price. The real test though was when one of my other rentals lost heat during the January intense cold weather. United Home Comfort got a tech out within hours to diagnose the situation. They had to order a part but I got lucky that the part arrived 2 days earlier than expected. United Home Comfort immediately notified the tenants that the repairs would be completed late that day. They arrived late that evening and got the part installed and the heater working! I believe the pricing was more than fair and the service exceeded what I would have expected given the number of heat outages they were trying to resolve at the same time mine occur. I would recommend them for both repairs and system replacements based on both their service and fair pricing for the work performed.

Wonderful people. It is great to have a honest and upstanding local company. Would recommend to anyone. They have true 24 hour service!

We recently had UHC replace our old furnace and AC with a Rheem Heat Pump system. I cannot give enough stars for the service, attention to detail and workmanship. They also installed an AC and furnace for my daughter, and replaced her plumbing. I would not call anyone else, and would recommend them without reservation.

One of the top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with from a customer service standpoint. "Jen" from their office unfortunately "doesn't have time and isn't paid enough to be explaining the billing" to me... I have never been told by a company I'm about to pay thousands of dollars, they dont have time to deal with me. After paying for a repair that did not fix my AC unit, that I also found out part of it should not have been necessary to start with, refused to reimburse me for the failed repair. Refused to even roll it a new one and then inadvertently admitting to price gauging! Noticed several complaints about "Jen" in their office after doing some more extensive research on reviews. Shows it really only takes one bad apple to spoil the barrel. Filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and probably going to have to file small claims now too if I ever want to see my money again. Steer very clear of these people!!! Never in my life have I paid someone to not fix something before this company..

On that note as to not discredit the technicians themselves, they were however, very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. My home warranty company selected this "business" for a claim we submitted on our home. After a little phone tag, because both they and I were busy, I spoke with Jen about our claim. She said she needed to talk with the contractor to see where they can "squeeze me in" to come assess our electrical issues and go through the process of getting approval from our warranty company. She tried calling me the first time to tell me THAT DAY they could come out. I have a job so I couldn't just leave. The last I spoke with them, Wednesday (5/16), Jen told me she needed to call the contractor back and see when the next available date was and that she'd call me back. She never called back or left a voicemail. Today, Monday (5/21) I call to get an update, and the woman on the phone (not Jen) tells me that my claim has been re-dispatched to another company. She also claimed that Jen called me on the 16th and left a voicemail. Phone records show she didn't. So not only do they not want a job, they also lie to potential customers. I would have paid them to address any issues our warranty wouldn't cover if there were any, but now I will avoid them like the plague. Horrible.

Jon and Collin came out multiple times to do work on my shower remodel. Did great work and very polite. Very satisfied with their work.

Unlike Brent, I call for an appointment for service on my furnace. I described that my furnace was down and i needed someone to take a look. I have a wood stove for back up heat and told them no rush. They came out the same day and repaired the issue! Thank's Guys for going the extra mile. a very fair price as well i would add.

They were great! I'm in a rental house, we had a burst pipe from the recent extreme cold. The landlord's usual plumber was unavailable, and many companies would not do an emergency call for someone who was not already a customer.

This company sent Josh out right away, he made sure the water was shut off properly (I did it, but I wasn't sure we were in the clear.) He explained the job, and even explained to me how money could be saved since I was somewhat capable of doing little jobs myself.

This morning they came out and finished the job. They were careful that their boots didn't make my house a mess (there was water and mud in the basement crawlspace where they were working), they were great answering any of my questions, and gave great suggestions as to how to avoid similar problems in the future.

I don't know if the landlord has decided these are her new Plumbing and HVAC folks, but I hope so.

Great service from the beginning to the end! The office staff was polite, attentive, and had a van out immediately. When the men arrived, they were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were sure to talk me through all of my options.
I will definitely be using this company again!
