We’ve known Scott and Paisley for many years and rely on them for their honesty, promptness, and professionalism. Scott installed an air conditioner in our home over 20 years ago, and handled other various repairs and projects throughout the years. They were there for us when our water heater sprung a very large leak, and got us through the process of buying the new water heater and even improving the performance of the household system afterwards.

I came home after a trip and my heater was blowing cold air. I called Paisly and got a service visit scheduled for the very next day. Chris came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. Thank you P and C for your prompt and professional service.

I contacted this company for maintenance on my heating and air in May of 2025. Went to turn on my furnace in November and nothing. I just had a repair done from another company. A wire had been disconnected to the unit. Also the technician reported that the unit was extremely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. I tried to contact the owner Paisley and there was no way to leave a message. I would suggest looking elsewhere for Heating and Air help.

We were moving from out of state and needed a specialist review in a short time frame. I am happy to report, we got it!
I did not know this company when I called them from a referral. They very readily engaged in boring conversation with me and appeared to listen to my concerns.
They arrived when they said they would.They provided a well-designed report the same day, and they provided a follow-up phone call to summarize their findings.
If you are looking for sincerity and honesty, then give this company a try. They appear
to be concerned with what's best for the consumer which oftentimes goes against common industry practice...and they seem to have an interest in a greater level of industry knowledge to help their clients make better choices.
They will be my go-to choice once we relocate.
Give them a go, if you haven't in the past. You and your home may thank them!

Always professional and timely!

Made the appointment over a week ago. Not only did they not show up for their appointment time they never had the common courtesy to call me

I've used them for maintenance and emergency work. They did a great job each time.

had glo come over for hot water problem they didnt tell me they charge double on wk ends...i could'nt figure out pilot light he had it lit in 10 min..wonderful but cost....$210.00 won't be calling them again think twice before calling on wk ends...what a rip off

We just purchased our home and used GLO when our heater needed repair. The staff made us an appointment right away, and the technician was on time, professional, thorough and very friendly. The part needed to be ordered, and they knew where to get it, and arrived the next morning to do the repair. What could have been a negative experience during a very stressful time for us, turned out to be fine, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at GLO. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately not professional and they did not seem very sure what to do with my house set up. Im guessing very new and inexperienced. Maybe they will improve over time.

One Week and two messages before they answered my call. I hired Gearhart instead.

We've been customers for 20 years and wouldn't think of using another plumber and heating company.

The most fair and honest HVAC group I could find in the area. Working with them is straight forward and pleasant.

Cody came out and replaced a part on our water heater that was malfunctioning. Fortunately it was under warranty and we weren't charged for parts or labor.

Sorry but I called and left a voicemail on two different days with all my information and never received a return phone call. I’m giving three stars instead of one because they may have a legitimate reason for not calling, and I’ve heard good things about them.

I love Maine and sons I've been using them for years. They do not take advantage of you and they watch your bottom lthey're bottom line while they keep your family safe from carbons in such.

Called Jeremy because our furnace was not working correctly and with the forecast of below zero temps needed to get it looked at. Jeremy came out and solved the problem quickly. Can't ask for more than that on a cold day. I can't thank him enough for keeping us warm.

After buying a house in the area we noticed a few small things and one large thing that needed fixed. After a quick google search we stumbled upon Main and Sons and I'm glad we did. Quick response time, friendly, professional, and fair prices. Choose them in the future if you want the job done right.

Called as we were told that our leech field for our septic needed to be replaced two gentlemen came out and had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Then took the time to explain how to stop it from happening in the future. Amazing customer service. We will be using Main and sons solely from now on.
